Foreign exchange reserves are the guardians of macroeconomic stability and the country's financial system in supporting Indonesia's economic recovery. This research aims to examine the impact of rising Oil and Gas Exports (Export MIGAS) and Non-Oil and Gas Imports (Import Non-MIGAS) on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves, as well as the prospects for these variables in the future. This study uses data from 2006-2021 obtained from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). This study uses an analysis using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Model, and the Error Correction Model (ECM) method through the Augmented Dickey-Fuller test. Tests include stationarity, cointegration, Adjusted R-squared, t-test, and f-test. This study applies a research method that focuses on analyzing Indonesia's gas export and non-oil import data over the past 16 years as part of an evaluation of the country's foreign exchange reserves. The results of the study state that Export MIGAS and Non-Oil and Gas Imports (Import Non-MIGAS) have no influence on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in the short term, while in the long term, Export MIGAS have a negative influence on foreign exchange reserves and Import Non-MIGAS) have a positive influence on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves

This research aims to examine the factors that influence procrastination among education staff at a university. The research used mono methods: quantitative method, survey strategy, and cross-sectional research design. The data were collected by questionnaires distributed offline and online via Google Forms to 145 education staff at a state university in Yogyakarta. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling equation based on Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The research found that achievement motivation and organizational commitment influence procrastination directly and through the mediation of fulfilling the psychological contract. Meanwhile, job satisfaction does not significantly affect procrastination, nor does it mediate the influence of achievement motivation and organizational commitment on procrastination. The research results were then discussed according to the characteristics of organizations in the public sector in higher education.

Telah dilakukan pengamatan korelasi penerapan metode t-sigma dan Chauvenet pada jumlah data pengamatan yang divariasi sesuai ruang lingkup obyek pengamatan yang digunakan. Masing-masing metode diuji dengan jumlah data tertentu, untuk menghasilkan ralat yang cukup kecil, dicari korelasi dari kedua metode tersebut, dipilih jumlah data yang optimum untuk kedua metode yang diuji.Hasil Analisa dari jumlah data pengujian pada penelitian ini (n=50), untuk menguji kedua metode yang diterapkan dalam analisa data pengamatan, diperoleh (n=10) sudah cukup untuk menseleksi optimasi kedua metode tersebut. Bila jumlah data (n<10), metode t-sigma masih menghasilkan ralat yang cukup besar (>10%), sedangkan metode Chauvenet sudah cukup terpenuhi untuk mencapai ralat pengamatan kurang dari 10%.

Procrastination, or delaying or postponing something frequently, is often found at workplace including university staff. Many factors in personal characteristics, task characteristics, and organizational work settings can cause procrastination. The existing empirical literature on procrastination focuses mainly on student procrastination, with little attention paid to the procrastination patterns of academic staff. Therefore, by using social exchange theory, this study aims to discuss the factors that influence procrastination behavior in academic staff. This research examines the influence of achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and psychological contract fulfillment on procrastination directly or through organizational commitment. The study was conducted through a case study approach. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design of 126 staff at one of the state universities in Yogyakarta. The research instrument was developed from previous research. The data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS) based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The research results show that only achievement motivation and organizational commitment have a negative influence on procrastination. Organizational commitment mediates the influence of achievement motivation on procrastination. Job satisfaction and fulfillment of the psychological contract do not directly influence procrastination yet through organizational commitment. The results of this research provide implications for the role of human resource management in controlling procrastination at work. In the university context, achievement motivation and organizational commitment have a dominant influence in controlling procrastination behavior.

This study aims to examine the role of psychological contract fulfillment in mediating the influence of achievement motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. Data were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to respondents, then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that achievement motivation had a direct effect on employee performance, psychological contract fulfillment was proven to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, and organizational commitment had an effect on psychological contract fulfillment. The managerial implication of this study is that leaders need to provide employees with opportunities to excel, because achievement motivation contributes to producing better performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (2) pengaruh user experience terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (3) pengaruh value proposition terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (4) pengaruh gaya hidup, user experience, dan value proposition terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Apple pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis dan Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta angkatan 2019–2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis dan Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta angkatan 2019–2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (2) user experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (3) value proposition berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (4) gaya hidup, user experience, dan value proposition secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya hidup, user experience, dan value proposition memiliki dampak terhadap terbentuknya loyalitas pelanggan Apple Inc. Saran untuk Apple terkait variabel yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini antara lain terus memperhatikan aspek gaya hidup dalam pengembangan produknya melalui kustomisasi produk dengan menyediakan lebih banyak opsi warna, desain, atau fitur yang dapat disesuaikan dengan preferensi pengguna.

Classroom Action Research was conducted in class VIII C SMP Negeri 3 Berbah Academic Year 2013/2014 by using Jigsaw cooperative learning approach. This study aims to implement cooperative learning Jigsaw to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students in the subject of Citizenship Education. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that prior to the implementation of the action no activity learners are categorized very active, the active category 5 (22.73%), fairly active 6 (27.27%) and less active 11 (50.00%). After the first cycle are very active category 5 (27.27%), the active category 11 (50.00%), quite active 4 (18.18%) and less active 1 (4.55). And after the second cycle which is very active category 7 (31.82%), the active category 9 (40.91%), quite active 5 (22.73%) and less active 2 (09,09%)). When viewed in the development of mastery learning it before action 9 learners otherwise completed (40.91%), following which the first cycle were 17 (77.27%) students who otherwise completed and after the second cycle students who achieve mastery learning 19 learners (86.36%). During the implementation of the action has been an increase in both, the level of activity and learning outcomes of students. Student activity levels increased along with the lessons learned in the initial group of experts and grouped. With increasing activity of the learner cognitive structure and his memory be better study results also increased
Integration of gas and dust detection sensors with human detection and LORA communication on drones for smart campus surveillance patrols at UNHAN RI

To improve the effectiveness of environmental monitoring and security activities in open areas or the UNHAN RI Smart Campus, this study provides solutions and recommendations, namely the integration of gas and dust detection sensors with a human detection system based on drones and LoRa as the communication protocol. Drones equipped with gas sensors such as the MQ-135 and dust particle sensors like the Nova PM SDS011 can monitor air quality in real-time. Additionally, a camera-based human detection system combined with an Artificial Intelligence algorithm such as YOLOv8, along with LoRa SX1278 as the communication protocol, can detect the presence of humans or intruders in the patrol area. The integration of these two systems can facilitate campus security personnel in using drones for automatic patrols, monitoring and assessing air pollution levels, and identifying individual movements in the monitored area simultaneously. Test results indicate that the combination of sensors and data processing systems based on the ESP8266 microcontroller on the drone device, along with communication protocols using LoRa SX1278, can provide sufficiently accurate visual and numerical information to support rapid response decisions in emergency situations such as theft, fires, and illegal activities within the UNHAN RI smart campus zone. This research can serve as an initial step toward developing an autonomous multi-sensor drone system based on Artificial Intelligence for integrated surveillance patrol tasks in the future.

Artikel ini membahas konsep keuangan perilaku sebagai cabang ilmu keuangan yang mencakup aspek psikologi dan sosiologi untuk menjelaskan perilaku keuangan seorang investor. Bagian pertama meninjau konsep dasar dan evolusi pengembangan teori keuangan perilaku. Bagian selanjutnya akan membahas beberapa bias dalam keuangan perilaku. Diskusi berlanjut dengan meninjau pengembangan penelitian empiris dan beberapa pemikiran kritis terkait keuangan perilaku. Bagian akhir dari artikel ini memberikan kesimpulan mengenai tinjauan arah penelitian keuangan perilaku di masa depan.

This study aims to determine, understand, and test the extent to which Employee Income Supplement (TPP) and Leadership affect Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a moderating variable within the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Kerinci Regency. The respondents were all Civil Servants (ASN). Data were analyzed using statistical methods with SEM-PLS analysis techniques, which showed that TPP did not have a significant direct effect on Employee Performance (p>0.05), while Leadership and Work Motivation had a significant direct effect on Employee Performance (p<0.05). TPP also did not have a direct effect on Work Motivation, while Leadership had a direct effect on Work Motivation. Furthermore, the test of the indirect effect of TPP moderated by Work Motivation on Employee Performance showed no significant effect. However, Leadership had a significant effect on Employee Performance when moderated by Work Motivation. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for relevant parties to re-evaluate important components that influence the improvement of employee performance quality to achieve optimal organizational performance. It is also hoped that future researchers will continue to develop this study by considering variables related to employee welfare..
