Abstract

Based on the increase of libraries numbers both in the town and village also the amount of books owned by the libraries, the writer tried to give a solution in solving the difficulty to ease the readers in finding the books by using this application system. Based on the research method used in form of requirement analysis that is according to the users’ needs and doing both direct interview and observation around the student neighborhood, the writer concludes that there is a lot of difficulty for students / people in discovering the book they need. Actually, the management of books in all libraries will give a lot of advantageous for them who looking for the books. Thus, it will make them easier and faster to know the location where the particular books they need. Based on the explanation above, the writer made a website to convey facility in order to ease and to accelerate the searching process of the books. This also can intrigue people’s interest in reading. Afterwards, using this algorithm searching system may ease people’s access in getting the books they want just by typing key words for the books they ask.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) adalah salahsatu program pemerintah yang sekarang ini banyaksekali digunakan untuk wanita untuk berbagai kebutuhannya. Badan Pengolahan Statistik (BPS)membuat suatu data persentase untuk wanita yang sudah menikah dan sedang menggunakan alat KBsetiap tahunnya (Upated terakhir: 21 Februari 2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkanmodel algoritma yang baik untuk penerapan persentasenya berdasarkan keterangan bahwa setiaptahun dapat mengalami peningkatan/penurunan. Metode data mining yang digunakan adalahklasifikasi, terdiri dari 5 model algoritma yaitu Decision Tree (C4.5), k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN), LogistisRegression, Naïve Bayes, dan Gradient Boosted Tree, setelah dilakukan uji hasil maka didapat bahwa darikomparasi kelima algoritma tersebut yang menunjukan baik dan akurasinya lebih besar adalah modelalgoritma C45 dengan nilai accuracy 87.50%.

Abstract

The development of internet technology has caused many crimes in the field of information technology or commonly called cybercrime or computer-related crime which are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia. One of crimes in cyberspace is Cyberbullying, this is a form of intimidation by one or more people to corner, other people through the cyber world. Cyberbullying can be defined as the use of internet technology to harm others intentionally and repeatedly. This intimidation is not arbitrary as a result, not infrequently death is the end of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying can also be interpreted as a form of intimidation carried out to harass its victims through technological devices. The partner in activity is the Regional Child Protection Commission (KPAD) of the City of Tasikmalaya which is an institution that also plays an important role in crime prevention, especially for minors. KPAD is an institution that is a party in protecting children as victims of crime and children who become perpetrators of crimes, KPAD in this case becomes a companion for children who want to get protection. To tackle crimes against children, an important role is needed from various groups, one of which is the family, therefore the academic community of BSI Tasikmalaya University held a Community Service (PPM) program with partners to disseminate bullying protection in the cyber world.

Abstract

             Dalam dunia bisnis, internet digunakan sebagai alat penghubung yang sangat praktis untuk komunikasi antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan tanpa harus memikirkan jarak, waktu dan lokasi. Perancangan aplikasi pemesanan tiket bus online berbasis web merupakan serangkaian sistem yang digunakan untuk menunjang atau mendukung kelancaran kegiatan pelayanan dan pemesanan tiket. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu kurangnya penyampaian informasi mengenai jadwal keberangkatan, pemilihan rute, harga tiket dan pemesanan tiket secara online. Program aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis web ticketing dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP MySQL sebagai pengolahan data-data yang diperlukan dan metode waterfall sebagai proses pengembangan perangkat lunak berurutan yang melewati fase perencanaan pemodelan dan pengujian solusi.Tujuan dirancangnya aplikasi ini yaitu memudahkan perusahaan dalam memberikan informasi tentang jadwal keberangkatan bus, pendataan calon penumpang, pemesanan tiket serta tempat duduk dalam bus secara online. Sehingga customer dapat dengan mudah memperoleh informasi dan melakukan pemesanan tiket secara online tanpa harus datang langsung ke PO (Perusahaan Otobus).Kata Kunci : Pemesanan Tiket Bus Online,  Waterfall.

Abstract

Villages are part of the existing government order in the region. The presence of leaders who have good qualities will bring progress from the village itself. At this time the village has received serious attention from the central government, this aims to promote local wisdom in each village. However, not infrequently the attention given by the central government to the village is not used as well as possible. Unfinished infrastructure development, village services to the community are not good. This problem certainly gives a bad impression. In this case, based on the case study, it is necessary to select a candidate for the village head. The election or selection aims to get candidates for the village head election. Based on this, this study has the aim of realizing the Moora method to determine the feasibility of prospective village heads. The results of the moora method are then made a prototype of the website-based selection information system for the election of village head candidates. With the implementation of the moora method and the design of a website-based system, it provides an update in the selection of prospective village heads.

Abstract

Sistem penggajian merupakan proses untuk menentukan, memonitor, mengembangkan, dan mengendalikan gaji karyawan pada suatu perusahaan. Banyak cara atau model penggajian, ada harian, mingguan, bulanan atau lainnya. Perhitungan gaji sangat penting, harus benar dan tidak terlambat. Pada saat ini pengolahan data penggajian karyawan CV. Popeye Chicken Express masih konvensional yaitu semua transaksi dicatat menggunakan buku besar, perhitungan satu per satu, permasalahannya proses pengerjaan dilakukan berulang – ulang, lama dan tidak efisien. Untuk membantu penggajian pada CV Popeye Chicken di usulkan rancangan sistem informasi dengan tujuan sistem penggajian lebih baik, lebih cepat dan tepat. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, mulai dari analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi dan pengujian.  Metode untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari perancangan sistem akan mempermudah proses penggajian sejak presensi, perhitungan gaji dan laporan penggajian. Sistem informasi penggajian ini dapat mengurangi penumpukan kertas, lebih praktis, lebih cepat dan tepat, lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Development in all sectors is needed, especially by a country that is classified as a developing country like Indonesia. In carrying out development, each local government requires development planning with the aim that each development has an accurate impact and can evaluate what is being built. Regional development planning must also pay attention to the priorities of the development plan to be planned, so that regional development planning is in accordance with what is needed by the region. The purpose of this study is to create a website-based information system design regarding prioritizing regional development planning because the system currently running at BAPPEDA Ciamis district still uses a manual system and has not yet used a decision support system so that the process of determining regional development planning priorities experiences many obstacles, starting from the lack of data needed makes it difficult to determine regional development planning priorities. The method used in this study is the promethee method which includes the Decision Support System for ranking an object. The results of this study are the creation of a website-based information system design using a decision support system for calculating the promethee method. In addition, by using a website-based information system, requests for development plans proposed by the sub-district are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology is currently encouraging companies to always adapt to technological developments. In this regard, the company PT. Macakal Pangan Sejahtera management of business processes is still done manually. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information system that can make it easier for users to register to become agents, tidy up agent data that has been registered and make product order transactions by agents to be more organized and can make order reports easily and efficiently. The method applied using the prototype method. The research results have proposed the design of an agent registration information system and product orders at PT. Macakal Pangan Sejahtera as a solution to problem solving. As an evaluation, interface testing is carried out on the admin page, registration and agent pages. test results have a success value of 100%. The research results concluded that by proposing a website-based agent registration and product order information system design, companies can develop business processes more quickly and efficiently.
