Abstract

Physical Education, Sports and Health are important components of overall education. The goal is to develop various aspects of the individual, including physical fitness, motor skills, critical thinking skills, social skills, argumentative skills, emotional stability, moral integrity, healthy lifestyles, and awareness of the importance of a clean environment. Learning gymnastics is one of the physical education materials for sports and health that experiences many obstacles. Not yet optimal and very limited facilities and infrastructure are the causes of less effective physical education learning, especially floor exercise. Gymnastics is one of the PJOK materials that must be provided in schools, especially elementary schools. Currently, many types of exercise have emerged, such as morning exercise, physical fitness exercise, and other educational exercises, each exercise has its own movement characteristics. Learning gymnastics for elementary school children is a tool to achieve comprehensive development which includes mental, physical, social and emotional. Gymnastics learning, especially artistic gymnastics, is the material in PJOK learning that faces the most obstacles, including facilities and infrastructure for learning purposes which are expensive, the risk of injury is quite high, and is considered scary for the majority of students, therefore as a teacher you must try to make learning The gymnastics is packaged in an interesting way so that students will like it and so that students are no longer afraid of taking part in gymnastics lessons.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Pola pengembangan pencak silat (Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate) di Kecamatan Tejakula. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Tejakula. Fokus sasaran yang diteliti adalah pola pengembangan pencak silat (Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate) di Kecamatan Tejakula. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jalan memahami situasi sosial, peristiwa, peran, interkasi, dan organisasi. Serta dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan langkah-langkah yaitu: 1) Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, 2) Metode dan teknik analisi data dengan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan bahan referensi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus (ketua Ranting Tejakula, wakil ketua Ranting Tejakula, sekretaris Ranting Tejakula, ketua Rayon Les), pelatih Ranting Tejakula, pelatih Rayon Les, warga atau anggota generasi pertama sampai sekarang, dan siswa atau calon warga. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Pola pengembangan pencak silat (Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate) di Kecamatan Tejakula mengalami peningkatan yang cukup pesat hingga sekarang ini hampir seluruh masyarakat mengetahui pencak silat (Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate) dengan anggota 97 dari 54.110 penduduk Kecamatan Tejakula, 44 Kepala Keluarga 2 diantaranya adalah warga atau anggota pencak silat (Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate) yang terus menambah dan berkembang secara kontinyu (terus menerus) setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

Kondisi fisik yang buruk tentunya akan berdampak buruk juga bagi penampilan teknik dan taktiknya, dari beberapa komponen fisik di dalam olahraga sepak bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelatihan ladder drill terhadap kecepatan dan kelincahan pada pemain sepak bola. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah the non-randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lari cepat 50 meter untuk mengukur kecepatan, dan right boomerang run test untuk mengukur kelincahan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh latihan ladder drill terhadap kecepatan dengan hasil 0,011, dan kelincahan dengan hasil 0,040. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pelatihan ladder drill terhadap kecepatan dan kelincahan pada pemain sepak bola. Implikasi penelitian ini pelatih sepak bola dapat menggunakan pelatihan ladder drill sebagai referensi untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan para pemainnya.

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying and analyzing the effect of the discovery-inquiry learning model and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of physical activity. This study was an experimental research using the posttest only control group design. The population in this study were the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 1 Tabanan in the academic year of 2021/2022 consisting of eleven classes. The study used simple random sampling. By using this sampling technique two classes were used as the experiment group and the other two classes as the control group. The data obtained was analyzed with two-way variance analysis, continued with the Tukey test to determine which groups were better than the other. The result showed that: (1) learning outcomes of physical activity of students who studied the discovery-inquiry learning model was better than students who studied the direct instruction model ( A1 = 35,188 > A2 = 34,250; F = 4,469; Sig. < 0,05); (2) there was an interaction between the learning model and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of physical activity (F = 36,728; Sig. < 0,05); (3) learning outcomes of students who studied with the discovery-inquiry learning model was better than students who studied with the direct instruction model of students with high learning motivation ( A1B1 = 38,83 > A2B1 = 35,21; Sig. < 0,05); and (4) learning outcomes of students who studied with the discovery-inquiry learning model was lower than students who studied with the direct instruction model of students with low learning motivation ( A1B2 = 31,54 < A2B2 = 33,29; Sig. < 0,05). Abstract

The application of learning models that are not in accordance with environmental conditions is one of the factors for students not being able to observe the material properly in the learning process in class, thus making low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of PJOK learning outcomes through a learning model. This research is a pseudo-experiment and archetype of 2x2 factorial design  . The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 76 students. Data analysis with pre-test post-test control group design (gain score). Test the prerequisites of analysis through normality and homogeneous tests. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that  students who followed the Flipped Classroom learning model had a pre-test score of 41.32  with a poor category and a post-test score of 77.11 with a very good category, while students who followed the STAD learning model had  a pre-test score  of 24.87 with a less good category and a post-test  score   63.55 in the good category. It was concluded that the Flipped Classroom learning model is more effective than the STAD learning model.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 menimbulkan kendala terhadap berlangsungnya kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh berbagai tindakan untuk pencegahan mewabahnya coronavirus. Kendala yang dihadapi guru pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan ialah minat akademik peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menurun, kinerja guru semakin berat, tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai dengan optimal, kesulitan terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran, hasil belajar peserta didik menurun, dan ada kesulitan dalam penilaian dan evaluasi, dampak lain dari pandemi covid 19 dalam pembelajaran PJOK pasca pandemic dapat terlihat dimana motivasi dan kreativitas guru maupun peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran selama pandemi adanya perubahan dalam penyampaian pembelajaran. Pembelajaran PJOK saat ini banyak membutuhkan motivasi dan kreativitas guru, yang sesuai yang mendukung terselenggaranya pendidikan yang baik guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran tentang pentingnya menjaga kebugaran tubuh, ditambah dengan pola hidup yang tidak seimbang seperti kurangnya waktu untuk berolahraga dan pola makan yang tidak sehat, menjadi faktor yang turut mempengaruhi penurunan kebugaran masyarakat saat ini. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani Ikatan Mahasiswa Sumatera Utara Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dengan tujuan menggambarkan gejala atau fenomena tertentu melalui observasi langsung dan analisis data numerik. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi terdiri dari 150 anggota Ikatan Mahasiswa Sumatera Utara, dan peneliti mengambil 34 orang sebagai sampel secara acak, yaitu mahasiswa semester 4 dan 6 dari Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha Tahun 2024. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel terdiri dari 34 mahasiswa Sumatera Utara semester 4 dan 6 di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kebugaran jasmani lari 2,4 km Cooper digunakan untuk mengukur dan menentukan tingkat kebugaran jasmani (sesuai kelompok usia masing- masing). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:tingkat kebugaran jasmani ikatan mahasiswa Sumatera Utara Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha tahun 2024 paling banyak berkategori sedang. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani ikatan mahasiswa Sumatera Utara Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha tahun 2024 termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

The effectiveness of Undiksha e-learning as one of the official learning media for the Undiksha Physical and Health Study Program has not been measured scientifically. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning using Undiksha E-Learning in the Physical Education and Health Study program during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a survey design. The sample of this study was all students of the Physical Education Study Program, amounting to 120 people. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire packaged into google forms. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results showed that online learning using Undiksha's E-Learning during the covid-19 pandemic in the Physical Education and Health Study program was quite effective. This is revealed from online learning using Undiksha E-Learning, the concentration of students in paying attention to the explanations of the lecturers is 96%, the level of student understanding of learning materials is 88%, student motivation in participating in online learning using Undiksha E-Learning is 77%, and on student learning outcomes classified as 88%. The results of the study show that online learning using Undiksha's E-Learning during the covid-19 pandemic in the Physical Education and Health Study program is quite effective. The results of this study have implications for the sustainability of the use of Undiksha e-learning as a learning platform used by Undiksha lecturers and students.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya teknik ketepatan shooting. Bertujuan untuk menganalisa:(1)Penerapan pelatihan permainan pesta passing terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United Singaraja,(2)Penerapan pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United Singaraja,(3)Perbedaan penerapan pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United Singaraja. Jenis penelitian yaituPenelitian eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu ketepatan shooting di permainan sepak bola. Análisis data yang digunakan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian ini yaitupre-test kelompok control mean 7,93 median 8,00 modus 6. Post-test kelompok control mean 10,73 median 11modus 13. Gain kelompok control mean 0,2160 median 0,2300modus 0,20. Kelompok pesta passing pre-testrata-rata 8,07 median 8,00 modus 9 danpost-test mean 16,20 median 16,00modus 15. Gain skor metode pesta passing mean 0,6293 median 0,6400 modus 0,64. Kelompok metode empat penembakpre-test mean 7,93 median 8,00 modus 8. Skor post-test mean 13,07 median 14,00 modus 15.Rata-rata nilai tertinggi yaitu metode pesta passing, nilai terendah yaitu kelompok control. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dan pembahasan disimpulkan sebagai berikut:(1)Metode pelatihan pesta passing berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United tahun 2017 sebesar 7,5%. (2)Metode pelatihan empat penembak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United tahun 2017 sebesar 5,17%. (3)Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikansi antara metode pelatihan pesta passing dan metode pelatihan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada SSB Ganesha United tahun 2017 dengan selisih 2,33% dimana metode pelatihan pesta passing yang berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting. Kata Kunci : pelatihan pesta passing, empat penembak, ketepatan shooting This research is motivated by the low precision shooting technique. Aimed to analysis: (1) Implementation of passing party game training on the accuracy of shooting on SSB Ganesha United Singaraja, (2) Application of four shooter game training on the precision of shooting on SSB Ganesha United Singaraja, (3) Different application of game passing game training and game four shooter against the precision of shooting on SSB Ganesha United Singaraja. The type of research is experimental research. The data were collected using tests and measurements. The instrument used is the precision of shooting in the game of football. Analysis of data used inferential statistics (t-test). The results of this study are pre-test control group mean 7.93 median 8.00 mode 6. Post-test control group mean 10.73 median 11 mode 13. Gain control group mean 0.2160 median 0.2300 mode 0.20. Group party passing pre-test average 8.07 median 8.00 mode 9 and post-test mean 16.20 median 16.00 mode 15. Gain score method of passing mean 0.6293 median 0.6400 mode 0.64 . Group method of four pre-test shooters mean 7.93 median 8.00 mode 8. The post-test score mean 13.07 median 14.00 mode 15. The highest average value is the party passing method, the lowest value is the control group. Based on the result of data analysis, and the discussion is summarized as follows: (1) The method of passing party training has an effect on the precision of shooting on SSB Ganesha United 2017 by 7.5%. (2) The training method of four shooters has an effect on the increase of shooting accuracy on SSB Ganesha United 2017 by 5.17%. (3) There is a significant difference of influence between passing party training method and training method of four shooters to the accuracy of shooting at SSB Ganesha United 2017 with the difference of 2.33% where the method of passing party trainer affecting the accuracy of shooting.keyword : party passing training, four shooters, shooting precision
