Abstract

The study aims to obtain a method for learning pseudo trial press law for law enfocers.The design of this study is action research (participatory research actions) that combines legal research and studies in the education sector.Normative research methods and sociological studies used appropriate phasing in each year. The types of data used in this study include primary and secondary data.Data collection  methods are interviews,questionares,and literature.data processing is carried out thourgh the stages of editing,coding,tabulating.analysis technique using inductive  and deductive thingking.Observation of actual handling of the case became  the foundation for the further utilized to formulate the appropriate method of  fictitious court press law.In the first year  of this study produced findings: a)  identification of two dominant factors typically by law enforcement  officials in the press dispute , namely  the use of Criminal Code offences and negation case particularities press, b)  finding the distinctiveness criteria law enforcement press located on the right to reply  and the role of Press Council in the settlement release applied to the fictitious  trial methods, c) learned of discrepancies in the prototype method fictious court press  law enforcement against actual practice in the field of press due to the design of learning in the one directions and instructional issues that are not collaborative. Furthermore ,the result of this study indicate that a) the dominant factor affecting  the typical law enforcement official in the press dispute actually consists of the application of the dominant offense  in the Criminal Code as an affroat legal snares for members of the press,and did not understand  the uniqueness of dispute  settlement in the groove press releases as Act mandated by the press, b) Uniqueness lies in the settlement conference where the submission of the right of reply,complaints to the press council,until the publication of the Press Council recommendation that preceded  the litigatif, c) discrepancies prototyoe artificial methods of learning trials with the reality of law enforcement is due to the instructional design of the course and instructional problems that actually can be parsed by the collaborative

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to find out whether or not there is an effect of consideration learning model on students? tolerance in basic competency of appreciating ethnic, religion, race diversities and classes in the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in SMP Negeri 1 Polokarto in the school year of 2016/2017.This study employed an experimental method with true experimental design with Posttest Only Control Design. The sampling tecnique used was cluster random sampling. Tecnique of collecting data used were:  document analysis, observation and questionnaire methods. The data prerequisite analysis usedthe normality test and homogeneity test, and the proposed hypotheses of the research werw tested by using the t-test. Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that there was an effect of consideration learning model on student?s tolerance in the 7th graders of the SMP Negeri 1 Polokarto in basic competency of appreciating ethnic, religion, race diversities and classes in the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This is can be proved by the result oh the research shows that the value of the tcount was 8.87 at the significance level of 5% with the dk = n1 + n2 ? 2 (30 + 30-2 = 58), so that the value of the ttable was 2.001(interpolation). The value of the tcount = 8.87 was greater than that of the ttable = 2.001, and the average score of students? tolerance for experiment class = 120.833 and 104.67 for those in control class. When it was converted into 0-100 scale, the mean score of students? tolerance in experiment class was 88.84 and 76.96 for those in control class. It means that the grade taught using consideration learning model was better than control grade using conventional learning model. Keywords:  consideration model, tolerance attitude

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influenced or not of using Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectualy (SAVI)learning model assisted Photo Story media concern in critical thinking skills on seven grade students of SMP N 13 Surakarta In Academic Year 2015/2016 (Study on basic competenciesexplaining the nature of freedom of expression). This research applied experimental method by true experimental design as a research design which postest-only control design form. The population of this research was seven grade students of SMP N 13 Surakarta in academic year 2015/2016 which numbers are 255 students. Annexation sample of this research used cluster random sampling technique.The data collection technique used is the test, observation and documentation.The technique of data collecting used normality test and homogenity test. The hypothesis test in this reseache used T.test. The result of this research indicate that the SAVI learning model assisted photo story media concern in critical thinking skills on seven grade students of SMP N 13 Surakarta In Academic Year 2015/2016 (Study on basic competenciesexplaining the nature of freedom of expression)has influences. It can be approved by the defferences of obtained average value which the experimental group class is 85,27 and the average value for the control group class is 79,8. Beside that, based on result of T.test obtained thitung value is 2,981 meanwhile the value of ttabel is 1.999 (interpolation), so the result is thitung (2,981) > ttabel (1.999) by the significant level is 5% therefore H0 rejected and H? accepted. It was concluded that there is a difference between critical thinking skills of students using SAVI learning model assisted photo story media with those not using SAVI learning model assisted photo story media to the basic competencies to explaining the nature of freedom of expression in class VII in SMP N 13 Surakarta. Keyword : Learning Model, Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectualy (SAVI), Photo Story Media, Critical Thinking Skills

Abstract

ABSTRACT      The research aims to know: (1) the implementation of musyawarahin campus extra organization in PMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi; (2) the inhibitor and incentive factors in the revitalization of musyawarah values which are done byPMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi: (3) the revitalization strategy of musyawarah values byPMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi.This research used qualitative research method and case study research approach. Sampling technique which was used was purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data was through observation, interview and documentation. The data validity used triangulation data and triangulation method. The data analysis technique which was used was interactive analysis model include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The research findings show that (1) The implementation that was done in both organizations have shown the efforts in performing musyawarah values by doing a program or activity like discussion, meeting implementation and chairman election. The specific implementation which was done byPMII Komisariat Kentingan was by forum contract in mapabaand LSO discussion, meanwhile the specific implementation which was done by KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubiwas through TEKAD and Daurah Marhalah. (2) the inhibitor factors in musyawarah values revitalization generally cover:Lack of confidence,lack of reading habits, time problem,the administrators and members are busy, study oriented and negative feels toward campus extra organization. The incentive factors inPMII Komisariat Kentingan cover, Human Resources, interesting materials, good relations with outsidersand support from the lecturer. The incentive factors in KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubicover: spirit, interesting topics, high criticality,  good adaptation and alumnus who contribute. (3) The strategies which were done byPMII Komisariat Kentingancover: a) Faculty discussion; b) Reviving kader; c) Forming a community; d) Inserting humor in the forum; e) Utilizing da?wah field with cultural approach in religion and education; f) PKM corner; g) Absorbing aspiration; h) Training of basic and aswaja; i) Focus Group Discussion (FGD).Meanwhile, the strategies which were done by KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi cover: a) Trial program and BPO socialization; b) Dwi pekanan discussion; c) MK Khos and MK Klasikal; also e) Making creation.  Keywords: Revitalization, Musyawarah Values, Campus Extra Student   Organization

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is: 1) To ascertain the participation of Perkumpulan Masyarakat Surakarta (PMS) in supporting the social integration in Surakarta City; 2) To ascertain the obstacles faced by Perkumpulan Masyarakat Surakarta (PMS) in supporting the social integration.This study used a qualitative research approach; the type of this research was described qualitatively. The data source obtained from the informants, places, events, and document. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data collection technique by the interview, observation, and document analysis. The validity data used triangulation data and triangulation methods. The data analysis used interactive analysis model. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that (1) the participation of Perkumpulan Masyarakat Surakarta (PMS) in supporting the social integration in Surakarta City as follows: a) The alteration of the name and structure organization as the beginning of the social integration process; b) The communication and interaction of the members in activities of Perkumpulan Masyarakat Surakarta (PMS) as the foundation of the strengthening of the social integration. The obstacles faced by Perkumpulan Masyarakat Surakarta (PMS) in supporting the social integration in Surakarta City, as follows: Internal Factor: (1) The managers of Perkumpulan Masyarakat Surakarta (PMS) have their own business, so that they can not fully focus on the activities of organization; (2) The lack of discipline of the members in following various organization that they follow. b) External factor: (1) The perceptions of the community still believing that Perkumpulan Masyarakat Surakarta (PMS) is an organization of Chinese descent. KeyWord: Participation, Perkumpulan Masrakat Surakarta (PMS), Social                Integration.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of the research was to describe the implementation and the factors influencing the implementation of the Dana Desa? policies in fulfilling the citizens' right to development of village and empowering of village society in Tambakboyo Village, Sukoharjo District. The research method is qualitative. The research approach is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research: First, implementation activities include the stage of interpretation, organizing, and application. Second, the fulfillment of the right for the community in the form of increased participation of executor, right of information, right of development and empowerment of justice, based on priority analysis, and based on village typology. Abstract

This paper focuses on grounding learning environmental education in the configuration of civic education. The design of this study are expected to produce outputs in the form of an enlightened method of learning (technological humanists). In more systematically, this paper is to review studies that assessed environmental education in the two different approaches, namely the study of pedagogy and approaches to citizenship. Citizenship education as a cultural and educational character have cultural values ??and national character which include: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, semanga nationality, patriotism, respect for achievement, communicative , peace-loving, likes to read, care for the environment, social care and responsibility so as to explain the Life Education environment, implementation of environmental education studies as a preparation in a position themselves as good citizens.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether or not there is an effect of  Every one is a teacher here type of active learning model with educative video media aids on critical  thinking ability in the 7th graders of SMP Negeri 13 of Surakarta in the school year of 2015/2016 in Basic Competency of Elaborating the importance of Freedom of Expressing Opinion independently and responsibly. This study was a product of quantitative research with experimental type using true experimental design and with posttest only controls design. The population in this research was 7th graders of SMP Negeri 13 of Surakarta, consisting of 225 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling one, in which there were two sample groups: 7th G grade as experiment and 7th F grade as control groups. Meanwhile, instrument validation was conducted using validity and reliability tests. Then, techniques of collecting data used were observation sheet, documentation sheet in the form of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), and posttest in the form of essay test. Analytical prerequisite test was conducted using normality and homogeneity tests. Technique of analyzing data used was quantitative data with T-test analysis. Considering the result of research, it could be found that there was a difference between control and experiment grades, in which critical thinking ability measured using test obtained mean score of 82.05 for experiment and 77.69 for control grades. Thereafter, based on the result of T-test at significance level of 5%, it could be found tstatistic value of 2.396 while ttable of 1.999 (interpolation), so that the result obtained was tstatistic (2.396) > ttable (1.999). From the elaboration above, it could be concluded that there was an effect of Every one is a teacher here type of active learning model with educative video media aids on critical thinking ability Basic Competency of Elaborating the importance of Freedom of Expressing Opinion independently and responsibly. It could be seen from the difference of mean value between experiment and control grades.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis dialektika normativikasi dan kontekstualisasi pengelolaan sumber daya alam  di kawasan konservasi di Taman Nasional Gunung Merbabu.Desain penelitian adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan  adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pengelolaan Taman Nasional Gunung Merbabu dalam praktiknya belum optimal dalam mengatasi gangguan keamanan kawasan yang meliputi: kebakaran hutan, pencurian sumber daya alam, perburuan satwa liar dan perambahan. Faktor penyebab  inefektivitas pengelolaan  Taman Nasional Gunung Merbabu : a) praktek pengelolaan taman nasional yang dilaksanakan selama ini berpijak pada ?sistem nilai? konservasi alam yang terpatri pada ?pengawetan dan perlindungan? melalui upaya menekan interaksi hutan dengan aktivitas masyarakat disekitar hutan b), belum terciptanya keterpaduan atau titik temu karena masyarakat terkendala oleh hak akses terhadap sumber daya alam sedangkan pengelola Taman Nasional Gunung Merbabu  terkendala oleh  regulasi yang berlaku. Keywords: Pengelolaan, Taman Nasional Gunung Merbabu, Dialektika, Norma,     Realita

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adalah: a). Dampak eksploitasi  energi fosil menyebabkan  kepunahan energi, diperlukan alternatif energi sebagai solusi , Salah satu bentuk alternatif energi adalah geotermal yang dalam tataran yuridis ditemukan masalah dan kendala dalam implementasi kebijakan geotermal , dalam tataran sosiologis  terdapat masalah   penolakan warga masyarakat terhadap  rencana pemanfaatan atau ekstraksi panas bumi (geotermal) yang terjadi di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia sebagaimana terjadi di Kawasan Perlindungan Gunung Ciremai, Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat dan di Lereng Gunung Lawu, Tawangmangu, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penolakan dilatar belakangi karena dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh ekstraksi mampu merusak biodiversity dan ancaman terhadap penghidupan warga masyarakat disektor pertanian. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui alasan mengapa warga negara harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan geotermal sebagai upaya membangun warga negara ekologis. Metode penelitian: Penelitian doktrinal. Jenis penelitian deskriptif, eksploratif dan evaluatif. Hasil Penelitian: alasan mengapa warga negara harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan geotermal sebagai upaya membangun warga negara ekologis adalah bahwa: 1). Pengetahuan atas isu lingkungan yang mencakup hakekat, asal muasal pembentukan dan ruang lingkupnya merupakan dasar bagi masyarakat untuk membentuk sikap dan watak, tindakan untuk menjaga, mengelola dan melestarikan lingkungan secara bertanggung jawab. 2). Sebagai implementasi dari prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan bahwa penikmatan terhadap pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang sama bagi generasi sekarang dan yang akan datang merupakan perwujudan prinsip keadilan yang harus dipahami oleh warga negara ekologi yaitu warga negara yang sadar akan hak dan kewajiban dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam. 3). Dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan mensyaratkan prinsip pengelolaan yang menjunjung harmoni tujuan ekonomi, sosial dan ekologi.
