Abstract

One type of element in the ring with involution is normal element. Their main properties is commutative with their image by involution in ring. Group invers  of element in   ring  is  always commutative with element   which is commutative  with itself. In this paper, properties of normal element in ring with involution  which also have generalized  Moore Penrose invers  are constructed by using commutative property of  group invers  in  ring.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang penting bagi masyarakat, namun, pelengkapan kebutuhan pokok ini masih banyak yang belum layak huni. Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian  PUPR membuat suatu program yang berorentasi pada pembangunan yaitu Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang juga turut aktif dalam program BSPS ini, salah satunya dilakukan di Desa Kebumen Kecamatan Tersono Kabupaten Batang.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Implementasi Program BSPS di Desa Kebumen Kecamatan Tersono Kabupaten Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program BSPS di Desa Kebumen Kecamatan Tersono Kabupaten Batang dilaksankan dengan pendekatan top-down  dan belum sepenuhnya berhasil. Hal tersebut dikarenakan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Kebumen kepada masyarakat penerima program bantuan tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik, kualitas SDM nya masih rendah, ketersediaan dana yang terbatas, dan tim pelaksana program tidak mengetahui dan melaksanakan SOP yang berlaku. Berdasarkan kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian di atas , maka peneliti memberikan rekomendasi sebagai berikut : (1) Pemerintah Desa Kebumen perlu melakukan sosialisasi yang masif terkait program kepada masyarakat secara menyeluruh, (2) Perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas dan kompetensi  bagi tim pelaksana program melalui berbagai kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan, (3) Masyarakat perlu berpartisipasi secara aktif melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam penyusunan RAB dan rencana penggunaan dana, dan (4) Pemerintah Desa Kebumen perlu menyusun sejak awal jadwal kegiatan pasti dalam pelaksanaan program BSPS ini.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Program BSPS, Top-down

Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have become very interesting and provide hope and the development of information and communication technology. One of the efforts to support the management of PBB geospatial data is by developing a Spatial Data Infrastructure (IDS). To determine the quality of geospatial data used in PBB management and the condition and readiness of IDS for PBB. A GIS-based computer program was used it. This study aims to determine the quality of geospatial data used to manage PBB in Gajahan Village, Colomadu District, Karngayar Regency. We collected data using observation and documentation techniques and data analysis of the PBB Block Map using the Arcgis software. The results showed that the position was less accurate in terms of geospatial data quality and the geometric shape had similarities. Also, the digitized results of the PBB block map can be used to support policymaking in local governments. However, the results of interviews with village officials were that they could only read old maps and could not update new data.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem proposed is: How to Implement the Basic Food Assistance Receipt Program in Gentawangi Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how the Basic Food Assistance Receipt Program is implemented in Gentawangi Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with an interactive model. The method for determining informants used the Purposive Sampling technique, with the informants being employees of the Basic Food Assistance Implementing Cadre (1 person), the Head of the Service Section (1 person), and the community receiving basic food assistance in Gentawangi Village (5 people), a total of 7 informants. Based on the discussion of the previous research results, several conclusions can be drawn that: The Basic Food Program is government assistance aimed at helping people face difficulties in meeting their daily needs for people in the poor category. One of them is the basic food assistance program, which is a social food assistance program held by the City Government in accordance with instructions from the Minister of Home Affairs to overcome the impact on society. The target of this program is of course the less fortunate. The Communication Dimension or Target Accuracy of the Basic Food Assistance Receiving Program is measured from the target group dimension by looking at the communication aspect of target accuracy and the socialization process which can be concluded that the target accuracy process has been determined, namely that the poor are included in the DTKS. Improving the Quality of Human Resources (HR) is a Program for Receiving Basic Food Assistance which means that improving the quality of HR/employee training is quite clear. Basic food needs and the budget source comes from the Social Service/APBN. The budget is very sufficient for the residents of Gentawangi Village who receive basic food assistance from the Social Service.Implementation Attitude is an activity which certainly cannot be separated from the implementation attitude, whether in the form of support or otherwise. Abstract

Mathematics learning, particularly in geometry, is often perceived as abstract and less engaging by students, leading to reduced interest and creativity. One of the geometry topics that demands a more creative and concrete approach is the tessellation of flat shapes, which emphasizes the understanding of patterns, symmetry, and regularity of shapes. The absence of contextual learning media has contributed to students’ low enthusiasm and limited ability to apply concepts in real-life contexts. This community service activity was designed to address these challenges by enhancing students’ creativity and conceptual understanding through the use of ceramic media as an innovative and enjoyable learning tool. The program was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Rowosari, Tembalang District, Semarang City, involving mathematics teachers, elementary school students, and university students. The implementation method included training and mentoring sessions. Activities encompassed the introduction of tessellation concepts, hands-on demonstrations, and the guided creation of tessellation patterns using ceramic media. Participants consisted of teachers and students who actively engaged in both theoretical and practical sessions. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test questionnaires administered before and after the training. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ average scores after the activity. Pre-test data showed that approximately half of the students scored above the average, with two students achieving nearly perfect scores. Post-test results indicated that most students demonstrated increased understanding and creativity in applying tessellation concepts. Nevertheless, a small number of students still required further guidance, particularly in translating abstract tessellation concepts into real-life applications. Overall, the findings suggest that integrating ceramic media into mathematics learning is effective in making abstract geometry concepts more tangible, stimulating students’ creativity, and improving learning outcomes, especially in the topic of tessellation of flat shapes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Motivation on the SMEs Performance in the Digital Era and the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research method is quantitative through online surveys through online social media. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the number of samples determined as many as 130 SMEs staff respondents. The quantitative data analysis technique used partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. Based on the results of calculations using PLS-SEM software version 3.0, the results of this study are: The organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SME employees. Companies can strengthen organizational culture to improve employee performance. Competence variable has a significant and positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The motivation variable has a positive and significant eefect on the performance of SME employees. By providing motivation to employees both materially and morally will increase employee morale at work. Simultaneously there is a significant influence positive and significant relationship between organizational culture, competence and motivation variables towards SME employee performance

Abstract

Abstract:  This community service program aimed to enhance the productivity and managerial skills of traditional duck farmers in Karanggintung Village, Banyumas Regency, specifically targeting the Mutiara Bir" Farmer Group, by transitioning to an intensive rearing system. The program utilized a participatory approach implemented in five structured stages: (1) socialization and problem identification, (2) production and business management training, (3) implementation of battery cage technology, (4) intensive mentoring, and (5) sustainability evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in partners' competence, evidenced by higher post-test scores (60-85) compared to pre-test scores (35-70). The implementation of battery cage technology successfully increased the average daily egg production from 75% (traditional system) to 81% (intensive system). Furthermore, egg hygiene improved, egg breakage rates decreased, and farmers were able to apply data-based business management. This program demonstrates that modernizing the housing system effectively improves the income and sustainability of rural duck farming enterprises.Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan keterampilan manajerial peternak itik tradisional di Desa Karanggintung, Kabupaten Banyumas, khususnya pada Kelompok Tani Bebek Mutiara Biru, melalui transisi ke sistem pemeliharaan intensif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode partisipatif yang dilakukan dalam lima tahapan terstruktur: (1) sosialisasi dan identifikasi masalah, (2) pelatihan manajemen produksi dan bisnis, (3) implementasi teknologi kandang baterai, (4) pendampingan intensif, dan (5) evaluasi keberlanjutan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi mitra yang signifikan, terlihat dari skor post-test (60-85) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test (35-70). Penerapan teknologi kandang baterai berhasil meningkatkan rata-rata produksi telur harian dari 75% (sistem tradisional) menjadi 81% (sistem intensif). Selain itu, kualitas telur menjadi lebih higienis, tingkat kerusakan telur menurun, dan peternak mampu menerapkan manajemen usaha berbasis data. Program ini membuktikan bahwa modernisasi sistem kandang efektif meningkatkan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan usaha ternak itik pedesaan.
