Abstract

The culinary business in Ponorogo is growing rapidly, including the Dingin Pulung Cafe which is experiencing sales fluctuations due to customer dissatisfaction with product quality, price, and service quality. The main objective of this study is to establish the level of impact of product quality, price, and service quality have on the level of customer satisfaction at Dingin Pulung Cafe. This research uses a quantitative approach, collecting responses via surveys from 180 purposively sampled respondents who meet certain criteria. The sample criteria in this study were customers who had purchased products at Dingin Pulung Cafe 1 to 2 times in the last month. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26 to ensure accurate results. In this study, the data collection technique involves using Google Form with a Likert scale, which allows to measure respondents' perceptions of products, prices, and services provided. Multiple linear regression serves as the analysis method, which makes it possible to examine the impact of these variables simultaneously. The findings from the regression analysis indicate that product quality, price, and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. In addition, the three factors together also make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination of 70.8%.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of price, product quality, and service quality on purchase decisions at GAG PTC Surabaya. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through offline questionnaire distribution. The sample consists of 170 respondents who meet the criteria of having purchased products at GAG PTC Surabaya at least twice and being between 17 and 55 years old. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) price has a significant influence on the purchase decision of GAG products, (2) product quality significantly affects the purchase decision of GAG products, and (3) service quality also has a significant impact on the purchase decision of GAG products.

Abstract

Surabaya merupakan rangking tertinggi ketidakberhasilan penanganan Covid-19. Oleh sebab itu kesiapan Pemkot Kota Surabaya melakukan terobosan-terobosan dalam menemukan, menangani dan membatasi terjadinya mata rantai penyebaran COVID-19. Tahapan atau langkah untuk menghadapi COVID-19 yaitu: adanya usaha promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif. Sebagai pusat informasi terkait penanganan atau pemantauan protokol kesehatan, gugus tugas, gerak cepat mengatasi  COVID-19 Surabaya dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kota Surabaya sudah  memberikan fasilitas laman website bagi warga atau masyarakat Kota Surabaya, sehingga upaya promotif merupakan cara penanganan yang efektif. Berdasarkan pengalaman 3 bulan terakhir, diperlukan adanya peningkatan peranan Gugus Tugas, mengingat sampai saat ini belum ada tanda-tanda kapan berakhirnya pandemi COVID-19 tersebut, sehingga Gugus Tugas Kampung Tangguh RW 03, Kelurahan Putat Jaya, merencanakan penyiapan tenaga baru, memberikan pelatihan manajemen kerja kelompok/ shift, menambah peralatan baru. Kerjasama antara warga atau masyarakat di Kelurahan Putat Jaya, dengan Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, menjadi bagian dari kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi.Kata Kunci: covid-19, gugus tugas, masyarakat, kelompok, nihil.Increasing the Role of the Task Force on Handling Covid 19, Putat Jaya Urban Village, Surabaya CityABSTRACTSurabaya is the highest ranking of the unsuccessful handling of COVID 19. Therefore, the readiness of the City Government of Surabaya to make breakthroughs in finding, dealing with and limiting the distribution chain COVID-19. The stages or steps to deal with COVID-19 are promotion, prevention, curative and rehabilitative efforts. As an information center related to the handling or monitoring of health protocols, a task force, to move quickly to overcome COVID-19 in Surabaya, in this case the Surabaya City Government has provided website facilities for residents or residents of the City of Surabaya, so that promotional efforts are an effective way of handling. Based on the experience of the last 3 months, it is necessary to increase the role of the Task Force, considering that until now there has been no sign of the end of the COVID-19 epidemic, so the Task Force for Kampung Tangguh RW 03, Putat Jaya Village, is planning to prepare new personnel, adding equipment. new health protocols. The collaboration between residents or the community in Putat Jaya Village, with Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, is part of the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi activity.Key Words: covid-19, task force, society, group, zero.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction with Haiyum Coffee as the object of research. The variables used in this study are brand image and price as independent variables, customer satisfaction as a mediating variable and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative mediation. The sample used in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 120 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, there is mediation in the relationship between brand image and customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and mediation occurs in the relationship between price and customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a balanced scorecard system concept design that is in accordance with the vision and mission of PT. Wecon which is engaged in consulting services for dam construction in the territory of Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method with triangulation technique. This study uses informants consisting of 3 management people, 1 association from similar companies, 1 expert who understands in designing the balance scorecard of a consulting service company. This research was conducted from December 2021 to July 2022. The first stage will begin with a SWOT analysis. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the company is in a condition that requires quality human resources so that in the future the company must develop a strategy that must be done. In the next stage, measurements are carried out based on the perspective of the policy model to be implemented in a work program that includes four aspects of financial, customer, internal business, growth and learning. Based on the process hierarchy analysis method, it is found that the customer perspective will be the first priority, then followed by the financial, internal business, and learning and growth perspectives. customer needs, increase cooperation with local and international companies, provide training and certification for employees.

Abstract

Increased mobility has influenced business development in the automotive sector, especially vehicle maintenance services. This development is different from the increase in business revenue in vehicle maintenance. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling approach. The number of samples in this study was 210 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was analysed using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that price, service quality and customer trust significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Price have significant impact in customer satisfaction, it can be a reference to determining a price strategy and services quality that are affordable and better than competing companies.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess how discount vouchers, online customer reviews, and promotional expenses affect the net profit of Shopeefood merchants. The research methodology employed is quantitative, involving a sample size of 120 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The findings indicate that discount vouchers (X1) significantly affect the net profit of Shopeefood merchants, whereas online customer reviews (X2) and promotional costs (X3) have an impact but are not statistically significant regarding the net profit of Shopeefood merchants (Y). However, simultaneously, all three independent variables do influence the dependent variable.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of e-service quality and perceived value with e-trust as a mediating variable on Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications in East Java. This study employs a quantitative approach, and non-probability sampling is used to gather data from 160 respondents who are Customers of P2P lending applications in East Java. The validation and reliability of the research instrument are tested using SPSS with a sample of 30 P2P lending application Customers in Surabaya. Data processing involves partial least square (PLS) with testing of the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The results indicate that e-service quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications, perceived value has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications, e-trust positively and significantly influences Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications, e-service quality has a positive and significant impact on e-trust, perceived value has a positive and significant impact on e-trust, and e-trust novelty mediates e-service quality and perceived value on Customer Satisfaction in P2P lending applications

Abstract

This study aims to explore conflict resolution and succession planning in the family business PT. Soka Abadi, a family-owned company in the property sector specializing in residential developments and commercial complexes. The main issues faced by PT. Soka Abadi include family conflicts that negatively impact the company and the preparation of potential successors to lead the family business. Utilizing a qualitative research method, the study employs semi-structured interviews for data collection. To ensure the validity and reliability of the findings, the author applies source triangulation. The collected data is then reduced and analyzed to inform conflict resolution and succession planning. The results indicate several strategies for resolving conflicts in family businesses, including pruning the family tree, revolving office roles, participative decision-making, and organizational restructuring. Furthermore, the findings reveal that the succession preparation process at PT. Soka Abadi is effectively progressing through the implementation of necessary functions. Overall, the study highlights the importance of addressing family conflicts and establishing a clear succession plan to ensure the longevity and success of the family business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the working capital efficiency ratiotoward profitability. The working capital efficiency ratios used in this study are a currentratio, a receivable turnover, and a net working capital turnover. On the other hand, corporateprofitability used in this study is measured by return on assets (ROA). This research isconducted as the case study in a company, namely CV. Tools Box. The data are the monthlyfinancial reports from January 2008 until December 2009. For data analysis, the researcherused a multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, partial correlation,and classical assumptions. The result of this study indicates that only partially networking capital turnover has a significant effect on ROA. In Addition, the current ratio, receivableturnover, and net working capital turnover simultaneously has a significant effect onROA.
