Abstract

Upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah dengan mengadakannya berbagai program bantuan, salah satunya adalah penanggulanan kemiskinan dengan memberikan bantuan dana perbaikan rumah layak huni kepada masyarakat yang tidak mampu. Salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Riau yaitu Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang memiliki masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah sehingga banyak sekali didapati rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH). Banyaknya pengusul bantuan RLH menyebabkan Pemerintah daerah kesulitan dalam memberi keputusan mana saja yang perlu diberikan bantuan. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan pengolahan data pengusul diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan penentuan penerima bantuan rumah layak huni. Aplikasi mengggunakan sistem pengambilan keputusan dengan metode ARAS. Aplikasi dalam pemilihan calon penerima bantuan rumah layak huni menggunakan data sebanyak 32 data warga Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada pihak terkait, dan menggunakan 6 kriteria yaitu penghasilan, kondisi atap, kondisi dinding, kondisi lantai, kepemilikan tanah, ketersediaan MCK. Diperoleh hasil keputusan dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu 1 dan terendah dengan nilai 0,92069, maka dari hasil tersebut metode ARAS dapat digunakan dalam pemilihan penerima bantuan rumah layak huni.

Abstract

The use of pesticides in agriculture plays a role in preventing and reducing diseases in chili plants. Pesticides for chili plants are quite widely spread on the market and have the advantages of each product offered to farmers, so farmers must be more careful and understanding in choosing pesticides to be used in preventing chili plant diseases. For that we need a decision support system (SPK). The data used in this research are 10 types of pesticides as an alternative. While the criteria are determined based on the agriculture and food service, namely price, classification, number of diseases eradicated, method of action, shelf life, and formulation concentration. Data analysis uses the MABAC method to support decision making for farmers in providing an assessment of the best pesticides on chili plants by steps to forming decision matrices, normalizing decision matrices, determining weighted matrices, determining border area matrices, determining alternative distance matrices, and ranking. The research results obtained the three best pesticides are Tridex 80 WP, Ziflo 76 WG, and Cabriotop 60 WG.

Abstract

Penentuan waktu panen pisang Raja Bulu berdasarkan umur buah menyebabkan kualitas matang pascapanen (matang peram) yang tidak seragam antar tandan. Penentuan kriteria panen yang lebih tepat telah dilakukan dengan mengkonversi umur bunga antesis hingga panen ke akumulasi satuan panas dan mendapatkan akumulasi satuan panas optimum 1 400 oC hari pada pertanaman pisang Raja Bulu di dataran rendah (± 10 m dpl). Untuk memantapkan hasil tersebut telah dilakukan percobaan dengan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak dari 3 waktu antesis berinterval satu minggu dengan 4 ulangan pada satuan panas 1 400 oC hari. Penandaan bunga antesis dilakukan di Kebun Parakansalak, PTPN VIII, Sukabumi (670 m dpl) pada Juli 2018. Observasi pascapanen dilakukan di Laboratorium Pascapanen Departemen Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, IPB. Akumulasi satuan panas 1 400 oC hari dicapai pada 88-91 hari setelah antesis. Tingkat matang peram (skala warna kulit 6) dicapai pada 11-14 hari setelah panen. Pada tingkat matang peram yang sama perbedaan waktu antesis tidak mempengaruhi kriteria matang peram buah pisang Raja Bulu yang meliputi umur simpan, susut bobot, laju respirasi, kekerasan buah, kandungan padatan terlarut total, kandungan asam tertitrasi total, dan kandungan vitamin C. Abstract

Banjar Seminai Village, Dayun Subdistrict, Siak District, Riau Province, is known as a production center for its distinctive honey salak. Although the salak business in this area has grown rapidly, farmers face challenges in marketing their products, especially in finding direct buyers. This service aims to analyze the factors that influence the marketing strategy of honey salak and explore alternative effective online-based marketing strategies. Using survey methods and statistical analysis, this service evaluates the extent to which the application of digital platforms can increase sales and consumer satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this service can provide insights and practical recommendations for business actors and policy makers to optimize the use of digital technology, so that the salak business in Banjar Seminai Village can continue to grow and provide benefits to the local community. The success of adaptive and innovative marketing strategies is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural businesses in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of wheelchair production based on engineering economics to determine whether the project is technically and economically viable. The research employed both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents to identify user preferences, purchasing power, and perceptions of locally produced wheelchairs, while secondary data were obtained from statistical reports, market studies, and government regulations. The analysis applied investment appraisal methods including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Break Even Point (BEP). The results indicate that the total initial investment required is Rp 12,000,000 with monthly operating costs of Rp 30,925,000. The projected monthly revenue reaches Rp 75,000,000, generating an average net profit of Rp 44,075,000. The NPV of Rp 106,633,167 and IRR of 28.68% show that the project is highly profitable, with a payback period of 1 year and 1 month, and a BEP of 14.9 units. These findings conclude that wheelchair production is financially feasible and has strong market potential, provided that cost management, marketing strategy, and risk mitigation are well implemented.

Abstract

The construction sector faces persistent productivity challenges, significantly hindering the efficiency of design workflows. Computational Design (CD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) offer potential solutions. CD enables the exploration of parametric design alternatives, while BIM enhances collaboration, visualization, and decision-making through comprehensive 3D models. This study aimed to investigate the processes and activities involved in the structural design of jetties during the schematic design phase using CD and BIM and to assess the impact of these activities on design time performance. A comprehensive analysis of secondary data was carried out, interviews were conducted with design experts, and quantitative analysis using SPSS29 was employed to assess the impact of the design procedures on design time performance. The investigation identified nine critical business processes in the structural jetty design using CD and BIM, comprising 37 design activities. The impact assessment revealed two crucial factors, CD-BIM Design Activities, and Internal Design Review, showing that incorporating computational design and BIM processes into structural design procedures significantly improved design time performance. The research highlights the transformative role of CD and BIM in streamlining structural design processes, marking a significant advancement in the pursuit of efficiency within the civil engineering sector.
