Abstract

ABSTRAKRendahnya penguasaan konsep dan kecakapan ekonomi pada mahasiswa menjadi latar belakang dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran economics life skills berbantuan aplikasi mobile learning Android. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen berbantuan aplikasi SPSS. Sample dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan random sampling untuk menentukan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan Hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol yang menerima pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kelas eksperimen yang memperoleh pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan aplikasi mobil elearning. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan dengan hasil uji beda mean dimana kelompok kontrol memiliki rata-rata sebesar 23.26 dibandingkan dengan kelompok eksperimen dengan treatment PjBL berbasis mobile learning sebesar 71.86. Hal ini didukung oleh probabilitas (Sig.) 0,000 < 0.05 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan secara signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Para guru dan pengajar dapat mempertimbangkan Project based learning berbantuan aplikasi mobile learning sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: economic life skill learning model, mobile learningAndroid,penguasaan konsepekonomi, kecakapanekonomi ABSTRACTThe low mastery of concepts and economic skills in students is the background of this research. This study aims to determine the effect of the economics life skills learning model assisted by the Android mobile learning application. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental application assisted by SPSS. The sample in this study was determined by random sampling to determine the control class and the experimental class. Based on the test results, it is known that there is a significant average difference between the control class receiving project-based learning and the experimental class receiving project-based learning assisted by the e-learning mobile application. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out with the results of the mean difference test where the control group has an average of 23.26 compared to the experimental group with PjBL treatment based on mobile learning of 71.86. This is supported by the probability (Sig.) 0.000 < 0.05 which indicates that there is a significant difference between the control group and the experimental group. Teachers and lecturers can consider Project based learning assisted by mobile learning applications as an alternative learning.Keyword: economic life skill learning model, Android mobile learning, mastery of economic concepts, economic skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan pemasaran digital terhadap kaum muda dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Sadapaingan , Kecamatan Panawangan Kab. Ciamis. Program pelatihan ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang strategi dan alat pemasaran digital, dengan tujuan memberdayakan mereka dalam mempromosikan produk mereka secara efektif di pasar digital yang semakin berkembang. Saya mendokumentasikan proses implementasi, menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi dan hasil yang dicapai, termasuk peningkatan keterampilan pemasaran dan visibilitas produk. Selain itu, saya menganalisis kemasan produk lokal, menekankan perannya dalam menarik minat konsumen. Meskipun pelatihan tersebut menghasilkan hasil yang positif, saya juga membahas kekurangan yang ditemui, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk inisiatif pelatihan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis evolusi kelembagaan ekonomi Islam dengan menekankan hubungan antara fondasi historis dan dinamika institusional kontemporer. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui kajian kepustakaan dengan analisis historis-institusional terhadap literatur akademik mutakhir untuk mengidentifikasi pola transformasi lembaga ekonomi Islam dari periode klasik hingga era modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa institusi ekonomi Islam berkembang dari praktik sosial seperti baitul mal, wakaf produktif, dan kemitraan berbasis bagi hasil menuju sistem keuangan formal yang terintegrasi dengan regulasi global, inovasi teknologi digital, serta tata kelola profesional. Perubahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor krisis ekonomi global, perkembangan kebijakan publik, globalisasi pasar, serta meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap sistem ekonomi yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan. Pembahasan menegaskan bahwa nilai historis seperti keadilan distributif, amanah, dan keseimbangan sosial tetap menjadi fondasi utama dalam proses modernisasi kelembagaan, sekaligus menjadi kerangka normatif dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi dan kompleksitas regulasi internasional. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evolusi kelembagaan ekonomi Islam mendorong terbentuknya ekosistem ekonomi yang lebih inklusif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi penguatan kerangka historis-institusional dalam pengembangan ekonomi Islam kontemporer.

Abstract

In this article, I explore the intersection between Islamic economics and employment, in particular focusing on how its principles can address global employment challenges while driving social justice and economic efficiency. I argue that the integration of wealth redistribution mechanisms, ethical finance, and skills development can create inclusive employment opportunities that improve social equality and overall economic productivity. By analyzing the role of Zakat and Waqf in creating jobs, I show how Islamic financial principles such as profit sharing and partnerships can encourage sustainable employment practices. Furthermore, I investigated the importance of skills development through Islamic education initiatives in encouraging the formation of human resources. My findings suggest that Islamic economic frameworks have significant potential to address contemporary employment issues while advancing broader social justice and sustainability goals.

Abstract

Currently, although there is an increase in the number of women's participation in various sectors, in the government sector there are still many women who experience obstacles to becoming leaders. Some of the obstacles faced include gender stereotypes, discrimination, multiple role demands and lack of access to resources. Apart from that, it is felt that research on women's leadership in regional government is still very minimal, so more in-depth research on women's leadership is needed. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence women's leadership in terms of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and competence and compare them with men's leadership. Self efficacy is measured by magnitude, generality, strength. Emotional intelligence is measured by knowing one's emotions, managing emotions, one's own motivation, recognizing emotions in others, and handling relationships. Leadership competence is measured by knowledge, skills and attitude. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive verification methods and comparative analysis using the independent sample t-test. The research results show that the self-efficacy and competence of female leaders is higher than that of male leaders, but there are no significant differences, however, male and female leaders apparently have the same level of emotional intelligence

Abstract

In this paper, I explore an integrative model of Human Resource Management (HR) based on the principles of Maqasid al-Syari'ah and its impact on organizational performance in Sharia Financial Institutions in Indonesia. I begin by emphasizing the relevance of Maqasid al-Syari'ah, which aims to preserve religion, life, intellect, heredity, and wealth, in order to improve the practice of human resources. My research addresses gaps in the existing literature regarding the integration of these principles into HR frameworks. Using a mixed-methods approach, I analyzed data collected from various Sharia Financial Institutions in Region III Cirebon, evaluating how Maqasid al-Shari'ah-based HR strategies, such as ethical hiring and employee development, contribute to improving organizational performance metrics. The findings demonstrate the benefits and challenges of implementing this model, offering valuable insights into improving employee satisfaction and organizational productivity while adhering to Islamic values. In addition, I provide recommendations for future research and practical applications to further refine this integrative model.
