Abstract

Latar Belakang: Nilai saturasi oksigen pasien yang mengalami penurunan kesadaran terutama pada stroke dan cidera kepala akan mempengaruhi tekanan darah menjadi tidak stabil. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level 1 terhadap tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen pasien dengan penurunan kesadaran di ruang ICU Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah Pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest without control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang mengalami penurunan kesadaran dengan tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen tidak stabil di ruang ICU dengan jumlah sampel 16 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 April 2019 sampai 02 Mei 2019. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level I terhadap tekanan darah sistole (p value 0,001); Terdapat pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level I terhadap tekanan darah diastole (p value 0,001); Terdapat pengaruh mobilisasi progresif level I terhadap saturasi oksigen (p value 0,001). Kesimpulan: Mobilisasi progresif level I dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen pasien dengan penurunan kesadaran. Sehingga mobilisasi progresif level I dapat dijadikan salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk meningkatkan tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen pasien dengan penurunan kesadaran yang mudah dan aman.

Abstract

The emotional social development of children is important to develop due to their self-confidence, independence and initiative. Children's emotional social development can be developed through clogs. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation and results of clogs in an effort to improve children's social emotional. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) on group B students at KB Nurul Yaqin Wringin Anom Asembagus Situbondo. The study was conducted in a cycle, which is each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection with the aim to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. Based on the results of the study, namely the implementation of clogs to improve children's emotional social development at KB Nurul Yaqin includes; The teacher divides the groups, each group consists of 2-3 children according to the capacity of clogs. On the results of the implementation of the activity showed an increase in aspects of social emotional development of children through clogs, namely Pre-cycle, the percentage value reached 37.5%. The average achievement of child indicators is 4.5. After the Cycle I action, the percentage value reaches 75% with the achievement of the indicator being 6. In Cycle II the percentage value reaches 87.5% with the achievement value of the child indicator being 7.5.

Abstract

Outbound activities have the function as individual and group therapy for children with problems in motor, emotional and social development. The problem in Anggrek Mandiri Inclusion PAUD institution is that the socialization of children with other people or peers has not been able to develop properly. This study focuses on increasing social maturity through outbound activities for children aged 3-4 years optimally. This research method includes Classroom Action Research with social maturity variables and outbound activity variables. The results obtained in the first cycle, namely the social maturity of children through outbound activities are still low not in accordance with the standard, namely an average of 65% and continued in the second cycle which has increased by 85%. With outbound activities, children who are initially timid in facing obstacles or barrier, become brave and even lose their fear after participating in outbound

Abstract

The development of the concept of children's numbers is one of the important things in the growth of early childhood. The concept of number is an abstract form that provides information on the number of objects symbolizing numbers which can be numbers or writing that can be stimulated in early childhood. The learning process of introducing the concept of numbers to make it fun for children uses learning media to group objects through number cards and picture cards. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) How to improve the ability of number concepts through the Montessori method in group A children at RA Nurul Hikmah Palangan Angkar Situbondo (2) How the results of increasing number concept skills through the Montessori Method in group A children at RA Nurul Hikmah Palangan Angkar Situbondo. This research refers to Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out by planning, implementing, observing and reflecting on actions through cycles. The results of this study are (1) The process of implementing the Montessori Method one by one from students grouping objects in a sequence of 1-10 using number cards and picture cards, after finishing counting, children will begin to distinguish shapes, colors and sizes of objects. (2) The results showed an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of numbers through the Montessori Method, namely the pre-cycle percentage value of 20%, after the implementation of the first cycle it reached 53%, the second cycle the indicator achievement increased by the percentage of 86.6%. In each cycle there has been an increase in the development of number concept skills in children in recognizing numbers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari kesulitan dan hambatan yang muncul dari guru SDN Srengseng Sawah 04 Pagi mengenai pembelajaran IPS, yang mana siswa tidak dapat menghubungkan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapanya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai anggota keluarga dan masyarakat. Tindakan penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus 4 pertemuan.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, diskusi dan tes.Untuk pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru dalam merancang RPP siklus 1 pertemuan 1 presentase55%,siklus I pertemuan 263%, siklus II pertemuan 170%, dan siklus II pertemuan 2 76%.Hasil kinerja guru dalam KBM siklus 1 pertemuan 1presentase58%,siklus 1 pertemuan 266%, siklus 2 pertemuan 1 73% dan siklus2 pertemuan 2 80%.Hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS pada konsep sumber daya alam terjadi peningkatan dari tiap-tiap siklus. siklus 1 pertemuan 1 rata-rata60,32, siklus 1 pertemuan 2 rata-rata 67,26, siklus 2 pertemuan 173,87 dan siklus 2 pertemuan 2 78,39. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meniingkatkan pemahaman dan keaktivan siswa pada pembelajaran IPS tentang sumber daya alam.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to foster the motivation of people in the region to actively participate indevelopment through opportunities and life experiences to socialize with communities of different regions, so as tofoster a spirit of tolerance with a deep understanding of the values and diversity of Indonesian culture. The targetsand outcomes expected from this program are (1) able to work together in formulating their potential through theapplication of science and technology, (2) being able to design work programs and apply them responsibly, (3)being able to manage changes in themselves and the environment, communicate and motivate groups andcommunities, and (4) have strong, honest, caring and respectful personalities. The method of implementingNationalism KKN activities is carried out in the form of socialization / counseling and trainings involving thegovernment and the community directly. The results achieved from this activity are the village literacy movement,planting the importance of hand washing for health improvement especially for elementary school students, thegrowing creativity of mothers in utilizing their potential in making products that have economic value, andpreserving dance culture traditional.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Awareness, and Fiscal Services on Individual Taxpayer Compliance Registered at the West Semarang Primary Tax Service Office (KPP). The population of individual taxpayers registered at the West Semarang Tax Service Office (KPP) is 12,736 people. The sample/respondent was taken as many as 100 respondents with the Slovin formula, and was determined using the accidental sampling technique. The results showed that tax sanctions had a positive effect (β 1 = 0.338) and t count = 4.326 &gt; t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, the hypothesis 1). (H1) that tax sanctions have a positive effect on the performance of taxpayer compliance received. Taxpayer awareness has a positive effect (β 2 = 0.262) and t count = 4.189 &gt; t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 2). (H2) that taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on accepted taxpayer compliance. Fiscal services have a positive effect (β 3 = 0.433) and t count = 7.507 &gt; t table = 1.658 with a significance value = 0.000 <; a = 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 3). (H3) that tax authorities have a positive effect on tax payer compliance.

Abstract

Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Dukuh 1 Kec. Lembeyan Kab. Magetan, ditemukan pada masalah yang muncul dari rendahnya hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik di kelas V yang belum memenuhi KKM. Nilai tertinggi yang ditempuh dalam satu kelas sebesar 80 sedangkan nilai terendah dalam satu kelas sebesar 50. Diperoleh nilai rata-rata dalam satu kelas yaitu 60,5 nilai yang kurang mendekati nilai KKM yang diharapkan yakni sebesar 70 dimana niilai dari KKM itu adalah 70. Sejumlah 20 siswa yang ada, terdapat 5 anak yang nilainya diatas KKM sisanya 15 anak nilainya dibawah KKM. Kurangnya siswa dalam memahami isi dari materi yang terdapat pada pembelajaran tematik menjadi faktor pemicu gagalnya mencapai KKM. Berdasarkan pada hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada pembelajaran tematik kelas V SDN Dukuh 1 Lembeyan, Magetan menunjukkan terdapat nilai yang masih dalam rentangan   cukup. Dilihat dari penugasan siswa sebagai evaluasi masih terdapat siswa yang mendapat nilai kurang, selain itu masih banyak siswa mendapatkan nilai cukup dan hanya beberapa siswa mendapat nilai baik atau sangat baik. Sehubungan dengan masalah siswa kelas V di SDN Dukuh 1 Lembeyan, Magetan ditemukan adanya solusi untuk mengetahui hasil belajar tematik siswa  yakni dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang efektif. Model pembelajaran yang mampu digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan model PBL.

Abstract

Background: Pre-operation is the initial stage to prepare the patient as much as possible, more than two-thirds of patients waiting for surgery experience anxiety because it is their first time undergoing spinal anesthesia surgery. As a result of the patient's intense preoperative anxiety, there is a possibility that the operation cannot be carried out. The way to overcome anxiety is through deep breathing relaxation techniques. Objective: To determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation on anxiety in preoperative patients. Research methods: This research uses quantitative research design using Quasy Experiment, namely an experimental design carried out without randomization. This research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital in the operating room in February 2024. This population consisted of 42 patients in one month with a research sample of 30 respondents. This research instrument uses the APAIS questionnaire. This research technique uses purposive sampling. Results: The data that can be generated when using the deep breathing relaxation technique is 30 respondents using the pre test-post test technique. During the pre-test, those experiencing moderate anxiety amounted to 40.0%, severe anxiety amounted to 40.0%, the most severe anxiety/panic amounted to 20.0%. At the time of the post test, those experiencing mild anxiety were 66.7%, and those experiencing moderate anxiety were 33.3%. Conclusion: When the observation was carried out, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety, so that the respondent's anxiety had reduced.

Abstract

Background: Ceflurane, which is a halogenated ether, is packaged in liquid form, colorless, non-explosive, odorless and non-irritating so it is good for inhalation induction. Research objective: To find out the effect of sevoflurane on blood pressure in patients under general anesthesia. Research Method: The design of this study is a quantitative type using a descriptive approach with a population of 36 people The sample used in this study is purposive sampling with as many as 33 respondents This research was conducted at Ibnu Sina Hospital,Gresik Regency during February-May 2024. The variable in this study is an overview of the effect of sevoflurane on blood pressure. results: An overview of the effect of sevoflurane on blood pressure showed that of the 33 respondents, they had a blood pressure of 15 minutes after being given sevoflurane with an average of 113.36, a median of 114.00, a standard deviation of 10.977 with the blood pressure of general patients after being given sevoflurane at least 93 mmHg and a maximum of 140 mmHg. Conclusion: Based on the study, the picture of the effect of sevoflurane on blood pressure in general anesthesia patients decreased.
