Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe tutor sebaya yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Poso  Pesisir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Poso Pesisir pada  bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2013 dalam 2 tahap, yaitu pratindakan dan tahap tindakan. Tahap tindakan dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 3 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa langkah-langkah pembelajaran matematika yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Poso Pesisir adalah diawali adanya presentasi kelas oleh guru, pembentukan kelompok secara heterogen, setiap kelompok dipimpin oleh tutor sebaya, guru mengontrol saat diskusi berlangsung, memberi waktu kepada siswa untuk presentasi kelas, dan diakhiri dengan membimbing siswa untuk menyimpulkan materi yang dipelajari. Sedangkan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dari hasil tes siklus I dan hasil tes siklus II sebesar 14,28%. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa masuk dalam kategori “Baik” dan hasil observasi aktivitas guru masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” pada siklus I dan II. Abstract

Considering the importance of responding to developments in globalization and virtual business trends, this research looks at transformational leadership in its influence on the change management of the NTB Mall virtual team which is mediated by organizational culture. This research is quantitative with a sample of 51 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS software and descriptive analysis was carried out on the test result data. The research results show that transformational leadership does not significantly influence virtual team change management, transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on virtual team change management, and organizational culture significantly mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and virtual team change management. Research on transformational leadership and its influence on virtual team change management through organizational culture has never been conducted in NTB, further research using organizational culture as a mediation of transformational leadership on virtual team change management has not been conducted in Indonesia, it is hoped that the research findings can be developed by further researchers by testing variables other than transformational leadership in examining its influence on organizational culture, and NTB Mall is expected to review transformational leadership in its influence on virtual team management.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pertumbuhan sapi Bali yang dipelihara oleh peternak di desa Tangkit Kecamatan Sungai Gelam. Di desa ini terdapat kelompok tani yang memelihara sapi Bali untuk tujuan penggemukan akan tetapi kinerja pertumbuhannya masih sangat rendah yaitu berkisar 0,23 kg/ekor/hari. Kondisi ini disebabkan pemberian pakan yang hanya seadanya yaitu berupa hijauan saja tanpa diberikan pakan tambahan. Sementara itu, hasil penelitian Afzalani, dkk. (2012) mengemukakan bahwa pemberian pakan tambahan berupa suplementasi ampas tahu dan mineral Cu-organik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pertumbuhan sapi Bali yang diberikan pakan berbasis rumput rawa. Dikemukakan juga bahwa salah satu penyebab rendahnya produksi sapi di Indonesia bukan hanya kekurangan energi dan mineral tetapi yang lebih penting lagi adalah kekurangan mineral. Ampas tahu dan mineral Cu-organik akan menutupi kekurangan nutrisi pakan pada sapi yang diberi pakan berbasis rumput rawa. Ampas tahu adalah berupa sisa hasil pembuatan tahu, ketersediaannya cukup banyak disekitar desa Tangkit karena terdapat beberapa perusahaan tahu di sekitar desa, begitu pula Cu mudah diperoleh di toko kimia di sekitar perbatasan desa. Kondisi ini tentu kurang ideal dimana sapi kekurangan nutrisi tambahan sementara bahan baku pakan tambahan banyak tersedia. Oleh karena itu, teknologi suplementasi ampas tahu dan mineral Cu-organik untuk pakan sapi merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Sasaran kegiatan adalah petani yang mengusahakan penggemukan sapi Bali yaitu petani anggota kelompok tani “Sumber Makmur”. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah gabungan atau perpaduan antara metode penyuluhan dan praktek pembuatan mineral Cu-organik. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini akan dihasilkan mineral Cu-organik berbasis ampas tahu dan dicapai kinerja pertumbuhan sapi Bali yang lebih optimum di KelompokTani Rukun Makmur, Desa Tangkit.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of using buffalo rumen fluid as a source of enzymes (CRKSE) in corn and soybean meal-based rations on the performance of broiler chickens. A total of 240 day-old chicks (DOC) of the Ross strain were allocated into 24 groups, consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications with 10 chicks each. The treatment was using CRKSE, namely R1: 0 ml, R2: 30.78 ml, R3: 61.56 ml, R4: 92.35 ml, R5: 123.12 ml, and R6: 153.90 ml per kilogram of ration, respectively equivalent to 0%, 0.6%, 1.2%, 1.8%, 2.4% and 3.0% extracted buffalo rumen fluid enzymes. The rations were incubated with CRKSE for 24 hours at room temperature. Chickens were kept for 5 weeks and provided food and drinking water ad libitum. The variables measured were feed consumption, body weight gain (BWG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), final body weight (FBW), carcass weight, and digestive organ weight. The study design was a completely randomized design, and data were analyzed using ANOVA. If there is a significant effect, proceed with Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT). The use of CRKSE in rations had a significant effect (P<0.05) on feed consumption and FCR, whereas on BWG and FBW of broiler chickens up to 5 weeks of age, carcass weight, and digestive organ weights had no significant effect (P>0.05). The DMRT test results proved that the treatment using CRKSE at the level of 30.78 ml/kg (R2) to the level of 153.9 ml/kg ration (R6) significantly (P<0.05) reduced feed consumption and FCR compared to R1, but not significantly different (P>0.05) between R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6. It can be concluded that the use of CRKSE from slaughterhouses in rations is effective in improving the performance of broiler chickens by reducing the FCR   Key words: buffalo, broiler performance, enzyme, local feed, rumen fluid   ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan cairan rumen kerbau sebagai sumber enzim (CRKSE) dalam ransum berbasis jagung dan bungkil kedelai terhadap performa ayam broiler. Sebanyak 240 ekor anak ayam umur sehari (DOC) strain Ross dibagi menjadi 24 kelompok, terdiri atas 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, setiap ulangan terdapat 10 ekor. Perlakuannya adalah penggunaan CRKSE yaitu R1 : 0 ml, R2: 30,78 ml, R3: 61,56 ml, R4: 92,35 ml, R5: 123,12 ml dan R6: 153,90 ml per kilogram ransum, masing masing setara dengan 0%, 0,6%, 1,2%, 1,8%, 2,4% dan 3,0% enzim cairan rumen kerbau hasil ekstraksi. Ransum diinkubasi dengan CRKSE selama 24 jam pada suhu ruang. Ayam dipelihara selama 5 minggu, pemberian makan dan air minum tersedia ad libitum. Peubah yang diukur adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan (PBB), konversi ransum, Bobot badan akhir (BBA), bobot karkas dan bobot organ pencernaan. Rancangan penelitian adalah rancangan acak lengkap, dan data dianalisis dengan ANOVA. Bila terdapat pengaruh yang nyata, dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan (DMRT). Penggunaan CRKSE dalam ransum berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum dan konversi ransum, sedangkan terhadap PBB dan BBA ayam broiler sampai umur 5 minggu, bobot karkas dan bobot organ pencernaan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05). Hasil uji DMRT membuktikan bahwa perlakuan penggunaan CRKSE pada taraf 30,78 ml/kg (R2) sampai taraf 153,9 ml/kg ransum (R6) nyata (P<0,05) menurunkan konsumsi ransum dan angka konversi ransum dibandingkan R1, tetapi tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) antara R2, R3, R4, R5 dan R6. Dapat disimpulkan penggunaan CRKSE asal rumah potong hewan dalam ransum efektif memperbaiki performa ayam broiler dengan menurunkan angka konversi ransum.   Kata kunci: cairan rumen, enzim, kerbau, pakan lokal, performa ayam broiler.

Abstract

Corn straw has the potential as a ruminant feed, but is constrained by low crude protein so it must be combined with Indigofera zollingeriana legumes which have high crude protein. The addition of Indigofera zollingeriana at different levels is expected to increase the crude protein of corn straw silage (Zea mays) and is expected to produce good silage quality. This study aims to determine the physical quality of corn straw silage (Zea mays) and Indigofera zollingeriana in different proportions. The variables observed in this study were the percentage of shrinkage, pH value, percentage of moldy silage, fleigh value, and physical quality (color, aroma, and texture). This experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and each treatment was repeated 6 times, so there were 18 experimental units, namely P1 = 80% Corn straw + 15% Indigofera zollingeriana + 4% bran + 1% mineral mixture; P2 = 70% Corn straw + 25% Indigofera zollingeriana + 4% bran + 1% mineral mixture; P3 = 60% Corn straw + 35% Indigofera zollingeriana + 4% bran + 1% mineral mixture. The results of the analysis of variance test showed that corn straw silage (Zea mays) with a mixture of Indigofera zollingeriana had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the percentage of moldy silage, fleigh value, and physical quality (color, aroma, texture) but had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the percentage of shrinkage and pH of silage. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the best silage proportion was obtained in the P2 treatment with 70% corn straw + 25% Indigofera zollingeriana + 4% fine bran + 1% mineral mixture, resulting in good quality silage.
