Abstract

Promotion is a transfer from one position to another that has a higher status and responsibility. For this reason, the company always encourages employee professionalism improvement by monitoring employee performance in implementing their duties so that they can achieve predetermined competency standards. Making a decision support system is one way to assist in determining employee performance appraisals at PT BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen and it is hoped that the system will able to determine the employees who want to be promoted based on ranking. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that produces an alternative decision that can be used as a tool in making a decision. The VIKOR method was chosen because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is the employee who has the lowest score based on the criteria determined by the director

Abstract

Learning that uses electronic services as a tool is known in general as e-learning or LMS (Learning Management System). Training on e-learning is realized in Community Service Activities (PKM) as the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education as well as sharing and contributing ideas and transferring knowledge and technology for teachers and students at SMA Masehi GBKP, Brastagi. This service activity was carried out for a day, with material on Making Online Learning Media during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The material for the activities carried out included making online learning media using Edmodo and Easy Class. The online learning media is one of the effective solutions to facilitate online teaching and learning activities for teachers and students. His presence, which is increasingly easy to find, certainly helps teachers and students stay safe studying at home, without being limited by place and time.

Abstract

Community Service aims to provide motivation and creativity and do business in Lumban Pea Timur Village, Toba Regency. In this case, the method used is the lecture, discussion, and question and answer method. Through this, many inputs were obtained, regarding the motives of the business being carried out, whether the business or business being carried out was the first attempt to be carried out, whether it had failed in carrying out the business and had been given training to open the business. Finally, through a question and answer session that the community is willing to do business, the motivation is high, but it is necessary to provide training to the community and assistance as well as working capital assistance to the local community.

Abstract

Pada penelitan ini menggunakan e-bussiness untuk menawarkan produk kerajinan tangan pada masyarakat luas agar tidak kalah saing dengan produk industri. Aplikasi e-marketplace dapat membantu pembeli untuk mendapatan informasi tentang barang yang ditawarkan oleh para pengerajin tangan. Mempermudah pelanggan dalam mencari aksesoris dan kerajinan yang biasanya dijual oleh Usaha Kecil Menengah, tanpa harus datang ke lokasi. Dan mempermudah pelanggan dan penjual dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran kerajinan tangan karena dilakukan secara online. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan konsep C to C dengan mengirim email, sms juga chatting kesetiap pelanggan jika adanya promo.

Abstract

Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Samosir merupakan pendorong utama terwujudnya pembangunan juga kebutuhan sarana, prasarana dan fasilitas. Saat ini proses pengolahan data transportasi air masih dilakukan secara manual. Tidak hanya di proses pengujian saja, proses pengolahan data masih meliputi komponen lainnya seperti pembayaran pajak masih dilakukan secara manual seperti halnya dengan proses pengujian standarisasi dan masa berlaku kapal tersebut. Untuk menangani masalah-masalah tersebut dimanfaatkanlah sistem informasi dengan membuat sebuah sistem yang mencakup proses pengolahan data pengujian transportasi air dan pembayaran pajak transportasi air tersebut yang dimana akan dikombinasikan dengan konsep atau pemodelan Customer Relationship Management yang dimana sistem ini akan memberitahukan notifikasi pemberitahuan masa berlaku transportasi air seperti kapal kepada pemiliki trasnportasi air tersebut untuk melakukan uji kembali di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Samosir lewat SMS agar dapat terhindar dari kecelakaan. Selain notifikasi masa uji berlaku kapal, terdapat juga notifikasi untuk pemberitahuan kepada pemilik kapal untuk membayar pajak tepat waktu agar pendapatan dari pajak untuk dinas perhubungan tidak tersendat dan membantu pemilik kapal untuk membayar pajak tepat pada waktunya. Jadi dengan adanya Customer Relationship Management ini maka Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Samosir akan lebih mudah untuk menangani pendataan transportasi air dan mengingatkan masa berlaku kapal dan pembayaran pajak sebelum tanggal berakhir.

Abstract

This study uses the Support Vector Machine method, where this method aims to obtain a classification model that has high accuracy or small error in classifying an image. The development of the medical world today is closely related and cannot be separated from the development of information technology that continues to grow. To be able to distinguish Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI) images detected by brain tumors, it is necessary to carry out a classification process using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. So we need an application for classifying brain tumors to facilitate medical work in determining the type of brain tumor disease. Image processing will use 2 types of brain tumors, namely Glioma and Meningioma

Abstract

Electronic money is increasing, causing more and more service innovations to emerge. People carry out online transactions using electronic technology, or Fintech. The fintechs widely used today are e-wallets or digital wallets such as Dana, Ovo, LinkAja, etc. In this research, LinkAja as a fintech application will be analyzed using 100 review data samples and summarized into two classes: positive and negative. This research was carried out using the Naïve Bayes Classifier classification method. Sentiment analysis of reviews on the LinkAja application obtained results of 75% accuracy, 83% Precision, 75% Recall, and 73% F1_score.

Abstract

interaksi antar personal, yang mempengaruhi interaksi antara guru/pendidik dengan siswa-siswi, bersifat praktis, menarik dan mudah dibawa-bawa, sangat populer, dan banyak dipakai pada pembelajaran dengan metode Blended Learning. Salah satu aplikasi yang dimaksud adalah Kahoot!, yang sangat mudah dalam pemasangan bahkan gratis. Kahoot! mulai menyebar ke berbagai pembelajaran seperti Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, dan Kimia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kahoot! mampu tampil sebagai media permainan digital berbasis pembelajaran, di mana Kahoot! memberikan persepsi positif dalam efektivitas pembelajaran, ketertarikan dalam aktvitas pembelajaran dan motivasi dalam aktivitas pembelajaran

Abstract

Kinerja perawat itu penting banget buat kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Penilaian yang jelas dan tepat dibutuhin buat jadi bahan pertimbangan keputusan penting kayak promosi, pelatihan, atau mutasi kerja. Tapi, kadang penilaian yang asal-asalan dan subjektif suka diabaikan karena beda-beda sudut pandang. MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) ini salah satu cara buat bantu bikin keputusan yang lebih sistematis dan terukur, khususnya buat masalah yang punya banyak kriteria. Metode ini bisa lihat beberapa hal penting dari kinerja perawat, kayak disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan kemampuan, terus nentuin bobot yang pas dan objektif. Jadi, presentasi ini mau nunjukkin gimana metode MOORA bisa dipakai buat menganalisis kinerja perawat, biar dapet solusi yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Soal pengumpulan data, pasti ada kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam menilai kinerja perawat.
