Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer loyalty on users of XLinternet data provider. This research was conducted using a data collection method by meansof a questionnaire on 100 users of the XL internet provider data package. Samples were takenwith non-probability in the form of purposive sampling. Testing the quality of the data in thisstudy used validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using simple linear regressionanalysis and multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test) were performed asstatistical requirements that must be met in performing linear regression analysis (simpleand multiple). Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F test, partially using the T test. Theresults showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of ProductQuality and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with a significance probability of 0.000<0.05. For the Product Quality variable on Customer Loyalty, it shows an insignificantnegative effect with a significance probability of 0.734 > 0.05 and for the Service Qualityvariable on Customer Loyalty it shows a significant positive effect with a significanceprobability of 0.010 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions have on mobile wallet adoption of DANA car wallet users in Karawang City. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents using DANA at least 3 (three) times in the past month. The sample technique uses non-probability sampling and the analytical tool technique uses multiple linear regression and simple linear. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort adoption expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions have an effect on mobile wallets. The magnitude of 0.611 where 61.1% of the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions can be explained, influenced by mobile wallet adoption while the remaining 0.39% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Partially, performance expectancy has an influence of 0.540 which means that it is 54.0%, effort expectancy is 0.488 which means that it is 48.8%, social influence is 0.482 which means that it is 48.2%, and facilitating conditions is 0.634 which means that by 63.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore religiosity indicators which are then confirmed to measure the holistic Islamic religiosity variable. This study uses a mixed method, exploratory sequential design. The qualitative method is carried out with a systematic literature review, with 76 articles in the final selection process. The quantitative method is carried out by collecting data from 403 Islamic Bank customers in Indonesia using a numeric scale questionnaire, and analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (SPSS) and confirmatory factor analysis (AMOS) techniques. The findings in this study indicate that holistic Islamic religiosity can be measured by 2 dimensions (faith and piety), consisting of 4 indicators (faith dimensions) and 3 indicators (piety dimensions). This study focuses on Islamic Bank customers in the Jakarta, West Java and East Java areas. Further research is expected to confirm this measurement in other regions and other wider business sectors, so that the level of generalization can be even wider. The measurement of the Holistic Islamic Religiosity variable can be used as a reference by researchers who involve religiosity variables in their research, especially in consumer behavior research with an Islamic theme.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of halal destination attributes (HDA) and social media marketing (SMM) on tourists’ revisit intention (REV), with trust (TRU) acting as a mediating variable. Set in the context of domestic Muslim tourism, the study examines how travelers’ perceptions of halal-compliant services and their digital engagement shape their behavioral intentions. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 200 domestic tourists who visited halal tourism destinations and relied on social media for recommendations. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings indicate that both HDA and SMM play important roles in building trust, which in turn strengthens tourists’ intention to revisit. The results suggest that trust functions as a key link between destination experience and future travel behavior. Halal-friendly services—such as clear halal certification, prayer facilities, and gender-appropriate amenities—combined with engaging social media content, help build confidence and loyalty among Muslim travelers. This research offers practical implications for destination managers, particularly in Muslim-majority regions. To encourage repeat visits, they must ensure that each touchpoint not only meets halal standards but also effectively communicates value on social media. The study contributes to the growing literature on halal tourism by highlighting trust as a central mechanism that connects destination quality and marketing efforts with sustained tourist engagement.

The competitiveness of the shipping and shipyard industry is influenced by industrial competitiveness and national competitiveness, so that shipyard industry problems must be solved comprehensively, accompanied by strategic and systematic steps in order to be able to compete sustainably. This study aims to analyze the strategies used by several shipping companies and shipyard companies to be able to survive and compete to win and get through severe conditions. This study uses descriptive qualitative method, which is supported by semi-structured interview techniques to obtain the data used in determining the resource person, using a purposive sampling method. The data collected is then tested for validity by using the triangulation of data sources to process the data obtained in developing alternative strategies using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat) In addition to the combination of SWOT methods. The findings of the research results state that all companies carry out defensive strategies so that they are a company that still exists today.
