Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan statistika dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas yang sudah menjadi kewajiban seorang guru. Pelatihan ini terdiri atas tiga bagian yaitu (1) pemberian materi mengenai apa itu definisi statistika dan hubungannya dengan penelitian tindakan kelas, (2) pemberian materi cara dan praktek statistika dalam penelitian kelas, dan (3) praktek langsung menggunakan statistika dalam penelitian tindakan kelas oleh guru.Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Guru-guru di SDS KeenKids yang menjadi peserta dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini sudah dapat memahami tentang pemanfaatan statistika dalam peneitian tindakan kelas dengan baik. Keberlanjutan kegiatan ini pun sangat diharapkan untuk dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan lebih mendalam tentang statistika untuk tujuan lain dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Sentra Wisata Kuliner Karah dengan fokus meningkatkan ekonomi lokal warga sekitar. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan teknik content analysis. Penelitian menghasilkan beberapa strategi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia yaitu: a) Sosialisasi dan pelatihan; b) Pemasaran dan promosi digital; c) Kolaborasi dan kemitraan; d) Rewarding dan Penghargaan. Dengan adanya strategi tersebut, Sentra Wisata Kuliner Karah dapat meningkatkan ekonomi lokal pada sektor UMKM.

Abstract

The Government is entrusted with two fundamental tasks: crafting superior public policies and delivering public services of the utmost quality. The hallmark of a successful President lies in their ability to ensure that public services rendered under their administration are of impeccable quality. This study, spanning the years 2014 to 2016, employed a quasi-qualitative methodology. The findings revealed that public services during the Jokowi era did not meet the anticipated standards of quality. Consequently, this research proposes five strategic priorities for the future. First and foremost, it is imperative not merely to concentrate on public service provision but to spearhead a concerted effort towards establishing a pervasive culture of high-quality public services. Secondly, there is a pressing need to refine existing policies related to the development of public services, including assessment methodologies. Current policies are reflective of the developmental paradigm typical of emerging nations, characterized by a mindset prevalent in developing countries, particularly in Indonesia. Thirdly, there is a crucial need to elevate performance criteria from mere basic indicators to intermediate metrics that offer substantial value addition. Moreover, striving towards an 'advanced' level of service provision, one that is innovative and creates inherent value, is paramount. Fourthly, it is essential for the bureaucracy to shift its focus from mere reporting of service outcomes to a heightened emphasis on the functional aspects of service delivery. Lastly, fostering a collective public consciousness is pivotal. Public services ought to be perceived as a benevolent endowment from the Government to its citizens, surpassing the realm of rights and duties. This awareness is foundational to nurturing a society where public services are not just a transactional obligation but a cherished privilege bestowed upon the populace by the Government.

Abstract

Bappenas readiness plays a central role in supporting the implementation of RPJPN 2025–2045. This study examines institutional readiness by assessing human resource capacity, coordination, regulatory support, data systems, and policy continuity. A mixed-method approach is applied, combining surveys of planners with in-depth interviews. The findings show that planners understand long-term development goals and are able to translate them into annual programs. However, key challenges still remain in coordination between sectors, data integration, and maintaining program continuity across government periods. These gaps limit effective monitoring, reduce program impact, and weaken alignment between planning and implementation. The study highlights the need to strengthen coordination mechanisms, integrate data systems, and align performance evaluation with long-term targets. These improvements are essential not only for Bappenas, but also for strengthening national planning systems and ensuring that long-term development goals can be implemented and benefit the countries in the future.

Abstract

Education is the most crucial aspect in measuring the progress of a nation. The Government of Indonesia guarantees the right to education and finances basic education for its citizens as part of its responsibility to educate the nation. However, the compulsory education program has not been fully realized, as evidenced by the existence of children who have not yet received formal education. One of the efforts made by the Surabaya City Government to improve access to education for underprivileged students in Surabaya is by launching the Pemuda Tangguh Scholarship Program. This study aims to evaluate the Pemuda Tangguh Scholarship Program in Surabaya. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews with research subjects. The subjects consist of scholarship coordinators and student beneficiaries of the program. The study analyzes the program using policy evaluation theory proposed by William N. Dunn, which includes six indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The results show that the scholarship program has succeeded in expanding access to higher education, particularly for students enrolled in private universities in Surabaya. However, there are significant challenges related to the adequacy of financial assistance and responsiveness to public aspirations, especially concerning the reduction in the amount of aid, which has triggered complaints from beneficiaries.

Abstract

Inovasi UMKM dipandang sebagai instrumen strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, namun kontribusinya terhadap keberlanjutan pertumbuhan secara holistik masih belum terpetakan secara memadai.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi inovasi UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bantul dari dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan implementatif yang membatasi optimalisasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dokumen kualitatif (Bowen, 2009) terhadap ±25 sumber sekunder yang mencakup data BPS Kabupaten Bantul periode 2022–2025, laporan kelembagaan, dan kajian akademik relevan. Analisis dilakukan secara integratif menggunakan tiga kerangka: rantai kausalitas inovasi UMKM, Triple Bottom Line Elkington (1997), dan implementasi kebijakan Edwards III (1980). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi UMKM berkontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan PDRB dan penurunan kemiskinan, namun belum memenuhi kriteria keberlanjutan yang holistik. Dimensi sosial merupakan capaian terkuat, sedangkan dimensi lingkungan belum tertanam secara sistematis dalam kebijakan inovasi UMKM. Pada tataran implementasi, ditemukan tiga kelemahan struktural: jangkauan komunikasi kebijakan yang belum merata, insufisiensi kapasitas pendampingan lapangan, serta fragmentasi koordinasi antarinstansi pengelola platform SiDAKUI, GAMPIL, dan SiBakul tanpa mekanisme lintas-OPD yang terdokumentasi.
