Abstract

Intelligence is an individual's ability to comprehend, connect, and solve a variety of problems. This study reviews the concept of intelligence from various perspectives, including definitions, classifications of intelligence, and the factors that influence it. This study also discusses multiple intelligences such as intellectual quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ), and spiritual quotient (SQ), as well as various other forms of intelligence based on Howard Gardner's theory. Heredity and environment are presented as the main determinants of individual intelligence development. This study aims to understand the complexity of human intelligence and how intelligence can be applied in learning, especially in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Tulisan inibertujuanmemberikanpenjelasanterkaitpentingnya dialog inter-religiusdalampandangan Tafsir Kemenag RI dan relevansinyadengankonsepmoderasiberagama. Fenomena saat ini menunjukkan akanmasifnya kalangan pemuka agama yang menyampaikan nilai-nilai toleransi melalui dialog sehat antar umat beragama, seperti Abdurahman Wahid (Gusdur) dan Habib Husein Ja’far dalam channel youtubenya “jeda nulis”. Pesan-pesan yang mereka sampaikan beranjak dari ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berbicara mengenai prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, seperti: Perdamaian (Islah), Persaudaraan (ukhuwah), toleransi (tasamuh), moderasi (wasatiyyah), saling mengenal (ta’aruf), dan kebaikan (ihsan). Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan mengkaji urgensi dialog antar umat beragama sebagai refleksimoderasiberagama dalam perspektif tafsir Kemenag RI. Dalam menganalisa data, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deksriptif dan studi literatur. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pandangan tafsir Kemenag RI, dialog antar umat beragama merupakan solusi yang relevan dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan toleransi, sebab dialog yang sehat mampu menciptakan keterbukaan dan menghilangkan segala bentuk kecurigaan antar umat beragama yang berpotensi menimbulkan sikap amoral dan tidak manusiawi atas legitimasi agama.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat, termasuk dalam pembelian powertools. Persaingan antara toko fisik dan e-commerce semakin ketat, sehingga analisis kinerja kedua saluran penjualan ini diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penjualan powertools di toko fisik dan e-commerce menggunakan PIECES Framework, yang mencakup variabel: Performance, Information, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Service. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang berbelanja di kedua platform digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce unggul dalam efisiensi dan informasi, sementara toko fisik lebih unggul dalam aspek layanan dan keamanan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara performance, service, dan efficiency, dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0.001 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Nilai r = 0.976 menunjukkan hubungan kuat antara performance, service, dan efficiency. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perbaikan performance dapat meningkatkan service dan efficiency dalam kedua saluran penjualan tersebut. Kesimpulannya, meskipun kedua platform memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan masing-masing, kolaborasi atau optimalisasi strategi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Prospek pengembangan penelitian mencakup perluasan kategori produk atau penggunaan metode analisis tambahan.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah was one of the non-formal education in Indonesia, however there are several problems in learning at MDTA such as those found in moral learning at MDTA Masjid Agung Ashliyah Padang Panjang, namely teacher textbooks in teaching have not met learning objectives because the material is still limited and incomplete, the books provided by the madrasah are also still limited and teachers have not used teaching tools in the form of lesson implementation plans (RPP) in the learning process, so that the learning process is less effective and efficient. This study aims to produce a product in the form of teacher teaching materials as a guide for teachers in teaching. This study is entitled "Development of Teacher Teaching Materials for the Subject of Morals for Class IV at MDTA Masjid Agung Ashliyah Padang Panjang". This type of research was Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate, but this research only goes as far as Develop. This research was conducted at MDTA Masjid Agung Ashliyah Padang Panjang from May 10 to August 5, 2024. This study focuses on research on the development of teacher teaching materials for the subject of morals for class IV MDTA on the material "Morals are Easy for Fellow Humans". After the development of the teacher teaching materials, a feasibility test was carried out by curriculum experts and media experts. The results of the curriculum feasibility test were 86% with very feasible criteria, while the results of the media feasibility test were 84% with very feasible criteria, while the response of the morals subject teacher to the development of this teacher teaching material was 89.4% with a statement of very feasible. So it can be concluded that the development of teacher teaching materials for the subject of morals is very feasible to use.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces various types of metal-based products with a make toorder system. One of them is the Back Top Plate 450/456 (BTP 450/456) part which is a component ofrefrigerators. In the period of February-November 2020, PT. XYZ produces 15,395 units of BTP 450/456.However, BTP 450/456 products have the highest percentage of defective products. The average percentageof defective products is 3.06%, while the tolerance for the number of defects determined by the company is1%. This indicates a problem in the production process. The most types of defects in the production processof 450/456 are broken with a percentage of 41.88%. Based on Critical to Quality, the process stages that donot meet the requirements in the drawing process can cause various types of defects, such as wrinkles, breaks,miss-sizing, process failures, scratch and dents. The Fault Tree Analysis method is used to identify the rootcause of the type of broken defect. The root of these problems includes the absence of a guide for settingdies, the machine being operated for a long time, operator negligence, and the incorrect position of theplastic. The proposed improvement given are determining the optimal engine pressure, designing dies settingguides for operators, evaluating and improving the maintenance process, analyzing new machinerequirements, supervisors giving good directions to operators, periodic work evaluations to assess operatorperformance, designing visual displays as reminders for operators, and designing aids for positioning plasticson materials.

Abstract

This article critically examines the authority of Ḥusayn al-Dhahabī in framing tafsīr ishārī through his work al-Tafsīr wa al-Mufassirūn. The study finds that al-Dhahabī’s critical stance toward tafsīr ishārī is not entirely grounded in an adequate conceptual understanding, as evidenced by his own admission regarding his limited familiarity with Sufi terminology and epistemology. This limitation has implications for the objectivity of Qur’anic exegetical historiography, particularly in its representation of the Sufi exegetical tradition. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach through historiographical analysis and epistemological critique of the text, this article argues for the necessity of rereading al-Dhahabī’s work within a more open and contextual methodological framework, so that tafsīr ishārī is not reduced merely to a deviation from the literal meaning of the Qur’an.
