Abstract

Limbah berarti sisa proses produksi yang tidak mempunyai nilai ekonomis dan apabila tidak dikelola akan berdampak terhadap lingkungan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik jaminan keabsahan data digunakan untuk memperoleh data berupa wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha tahu dan beberapa masyarakat setempat. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pihak manajemen produksi tahu Suwondo di Lorong Timur Jaya RT. 23 Kasang Pudak Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi masih bertentangan dengan prinsip etika bisnis dalam Islam dimana prinsip pertama adalah prinsip ketuhanan karena dalam etika bisnis Islam pemilik belum memiliki rasa tanggung jawab dan belum menerapkannya sedemikian rupa untuk dapat memberikan solusi sehingga usaha yang mereka jalankan tidak mengganggu masyarakat dan mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat. Pengelolaan tahu suwondo di Desa Kasang Pudak belum menerapkan prinsip-prinsip yang terkandung dalam etika bisnis Islam secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari pengelolaan limbah industri diketahui terdapat dua jenis limbah yaitu limbah cair dan limbah padat. Limbah padat tahu dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan campuran pakan ternak, sedangkan limbah cair yang dihasilkan belum dapat dikelola, namun jika limbah cair tersebut dikelola menjadi biogas atau air tahu maka akan mempunyai potensi pendapatan sehingga bermanfaat dan dapat meningkatkan bisnis produk UMKM.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the complex relationship between operating leverage, financial leverage, and earnings per share (EPS) in the context of corporate finance. This research aims to analyze the impact of operating leverage and financial leverage on earnings per share in manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index during the period 2018-2022. Utilizing financial data from the sample companies, the study adopts a quantitative approach with regression analysis using Eviews to evaluate the relationship between operational and financial leverage with the performance of earnings per share. The research results indicate that operating leverage does not have a significant effect on earnings per share, with a partial test probability value of 0.9744 > 0.05. Financial leverage also does not have a significant effect on earnings per share, with a partial test probability value of 0.7368 > 0.05. Simultaneously, operating leverage and financial leverage do not have a significant effect on earnings per share, with a simultaneous test probability value of 0.94578 > 0.05. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables in the model fail to explain the variation in the dependent variable well. Subsequent research is recommended to increase the sample size of manufacturing companies listed on the JII and replace insignificant independent variables with others that can significantly influence earnings per share.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Village Government of Advanced Work Forward Regency Tanjung Jabung Regency based on the ratio of decentralization, the ratio of local financial independence, the ratio of regional financial effectiveness, shopping efficiency and the growth ratio of regions. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Using secondary data in the form of reports of the realization of the Village Revenue and Shopping Budget (APBDes) Karya Forward Regency, Tanjung Jabung West Regency, for the 2021-2024 period. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Advanced Works Village government based on the ratio of decentralization degrees categorized as less, Regional financial independence ratio is categorized as low as criteria and destructive relationship patterns, the ratio of regional financial dependency on efefktif, the ratio of the effectiveness of Regional Revenue in categorized as efefktif, shopping efficiency is not efficient and growth ratios.

Abstract

Ketimpangan ekonomi dan tantangan pengentasan kemiskinan tetap menjadi isu utama bagi negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, meskipun realisasi investasi mengalami tren pertumbuhan positif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penanaman modal dalam negeri dan penanaman modal asing terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal-komparatif untuk mengetahui hubungan kausal antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data tahunan makroekonomi Indonesia, sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel berupa data deret waktu selama sebelas tahun (2013–2023). Lokasi penelitian berada dalam lingkup nasional Indonesia dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian Investasi/BKPM, Bank Indonesia, serta lembaga internasional seperti World Bank dan UNCTAD. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman modal dalam negeri dan penanaman modal asing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, baik secara individu maupun simultan, dengan kontribusi terbesar berasal dari investasi asing. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa penguatan sinergi investasi domestik dan asing diperlukan dalam rangka menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is about how the interest of the Purwosari village community in using Islamic banking in the midst of a community with a population of 6.206 souls where 85 percent are predominantly Muslim, and it is known that before further research the authors observed that the total number of transactions was 5-10 per day. So that the writer is also interested in conducting research on the interest in saving in the Purwosari village community where the majority of the people are Muslims, and the number of Bank Syarriah customers is still relatively small. Moreover, in that area there are Conventional Banks that have been established for a long time compared to Islamic Banks. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and the sample for this research is the entire population using purposive sampling, namely as many as 20 people. The results show that: 1) There is a lack of interest in the people of Purwosari Village, Pelepat Ilir District, in using Sharia Banking services. Because there are still many people in Purwosari Village who still make transactions at conventional banks. 2) What makes the lack of knowledge of the Purwosari village community using Islamic banking services. 3) There are several factors that influence the lack of interest of the people of Purwosari Village in using Islamic Banking services, namely internal factors, social motive factors, emotional factors, location factors, and promotion factors

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the marketing mix on the sales volume at Senyala Space coffee shop, focusing on four independent variables: product, price, place, and promotion. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population of the study consists of Senyala Space customers from 2020 to 2024, and the sample was selected using nonprobability sampling and Slovin’s technique to determine a representative sample size. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with customers who visited Senyala Space during the specified period. Data analysis was conducted using several statistical tests, including validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, linearity testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. Additionally, the coefficient of determination (R²), partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (F-test) were used to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. All analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results show that the marketing mix significantly affects the sales volume at Senyala Space. Of the four marketing mix variables analyzed, price was found to have a significant negative effect on sales volume, indicating that an increase in price tends to decrease sales volume. On the other hand, the other three variables—product, place, and promotion—have a significant positive effect on sales volume. This suggests that improvements in product quality, strategic location selection, and effective promotions can increase sales at Senyala Space. These findings provide recommendations for Senyala Space’s management to enhance their marketing strategies by considering the factors influencing customer purchasing decisions, in order to boost sales volume in the future.

Abstract

This research article examines the key trends in HR technology projected for 2024 and their implications for workforce management. With a focus on the integration of artificial intelligence, HR analytics, remote work technologies, HR automation, and employee experience platforms, the study highlights how these innovations can enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. Through qualitative methodologies, including in-depth interviews with HR professionals and case studies, the research identifies both the opportunities and challenges associated with adopting new technologies. Key challenges include employee resistance to change, budget constraints, and the necessity for comprehensive training programs. The findings suggest that effective change management strategies are essential for organizations to successfully implement HR technologies and leverage their full potential. Ultimately, organizations that embrace these trends are likely to improve their competitive positioning and foster a more engaged and productive workforce in an increasingly digital landscape.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran syariah terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada butik pakaian muslimah di Kota Jambi, khususnya Butik Hidayatullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen Butik Hidayatullah yang ditemui oleh peneliti. Sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 90 orang. Hasil penelitian yanag dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara strategi pemasaran syariah terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Nilai koefisien regresi adalah 0,876, yang berarti setiap kenaikan satu satuan strategi pemasaran syariah akan meningkatkan peningkatan penjualan sebesar 0,876 satuan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R^2) adalah 0,649, yang berarti 64,9% varians peningkatan penjualan dapat dijelaskan oleh varians strategi pemasaran syariah, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Nilai t hitung adalah 12,756, yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (1,66235) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Butik Hidayatullah di Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the sharia marketing strategy implemented by Coffee Shop Pedalaman in the New Normal era and the income of Coffee Shop Pedalaman. This research method is qualitative research and this research is a type of case study research. The informants of this research are the team leader, employees, and consumers of Coffee Shop Pedalaman. The techniques used when collecting data are utilizing observation, interviews and documentation studies. The technique in analyzing data presentation starts from collecting all data from observations, interviews and document studies. While in testing the validity of the data, namely by applying data triangulation. The results of the study show that it can be described that Coffee Shop Pedalaman in increasing income uses a 4p marketing mix strategy consisting of product, price, place, promotion. Without harming, cheating consumers or competitors. Based on the results found in this study, the researcher has suggestions that Coffee Shop Pedalaman in terms of the location used by Coffee Shop Pedalaman is very strategic, but it is a little narrow. Therefore, there should be additional petunuk about the location. Then expand marketing and promotional activities, participate in events to be better known by the wider community. As well as the importance of implementing a marketing strategy that must be maximized.

Abstract

Ekonomi Hijau merupakan isu global yang jelas berkaitan dengan sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan dalam pengembangan parawisata dimana berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dalam bentuk sosial, ekonomi masyarakat, politik dan budaya untuk pengembangan lingkungan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan dan hambatan konsep green ekonomi dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal dikabupaten kerinci. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.selanjutnya data akan dianalisa menggunakan analisis interaktif.berdasarkan analisa yang telah peneliti lakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan konsep green ekonomi dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal telah diterapkan dengan cukup baik oleh dinas pariwisata namun masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi guna mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan seperti perlunya kesadaran wisatawan dalam menjaga kebersihan dan merawat fasilitas yang telah diberikan.
