Abstract

This study examines the effect of the Alfagift digital loyalty program — through its feature ease of use (X1), service benefits (X2), and reward program (X3) — on customer loyalty (Y) at Alfamart. Sales data from the observed store showed Alfagift’s contribution consistently at 11–15%, well below the corporate target of 25%. A quantitative associative-causality approach was employed with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression (IBM SPSS). All 40 questionnaire items were valid (r-hitung 0.688–0.834 > r-tabel 0.195) and highly reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha 0.954–1.000). Classical assumption tests confirmed normality, no multicollinearity, and no heteroscedasticity. The regression equation is Y = −3.481 + 0.309X1 + 0.289X2 + 0.429X3. Partial tests (Uji t) show feature ease of use (t = 1.993, p = 0.049) and reward program (t = 3.088, p = 0.003) significantly affect loyalty, while service benefits (t = 1.610, p = 0.111) do not. Simultaneously (Uji F), F = 33.542 (p = 0.000), confirming H4. The coefficient of determination R² = 0.512 indicates 51.2% of variance in loyalty is explained by the three variables. Reward programs emerged as the most dominant driver of customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Thought Leadership Content and Corporate Reputation on the Advertising Agency Selection Decision of PT Larisa Nikko Indonesia through a Business-to-Business (B2B) Inbound Marketing approach. Advertising agencies increasingly need to build market appeal through content that reflects industry expertise, alongside maintaining corporate reputation as the basis of trust for prospective corporate clients. This study employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of marketing representatives (persons in charge) of client companies that had used or evaluated the services of PT Larisa Nikko Indonesia, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests. The results show that Thought Leadership Content partially has a positive and significant effect on the Advertising Agency Selection Decision (B = 0.375; t = 12.909; p = 0.000), and Corporate Reputation also partially has a positive and significant effect (B = 0.294; t = 8.359; p = 0.000). Simultaneously, Thought Leadership Content and Corporate Reputation have a positive and significant effect on the Advertising Agency Selection Decision, with the regression equation Y = 9.429 + 0.375X1 + 0.294X2, an F-value of 304.700 (p = 0.000), and an Adjusted R² of 0.860, meaning both variables jointly explain 86.0% of the variance in the Advertising Agency Selection Decision. These findings confirm that a B2B inbound marketing strategy combining consistent thought leadership content with strong corporate reputation management can effectively increase client companies' tendency to select PT Larisa Nikko Indonesia as their advertising agency.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance remains a critical challenge for Indonesia's state revenue collection, as approximately 70% of the national budget (APBN) depends on tax revenues, yet non-compliance persists among individual taxpayers due to limited knowledge and service gaps. This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the effect of tax socialization, tax understanding, and tax service quality on individual taxpayer compliance, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The population consists of 638,364 individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Ciawi, Bogor. Using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that tax socialization has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, whereas tax understanding and tax service quality have significant positive effects; simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly influence taxpayer compliance, with an R2 contribution of 49%. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated examination of the three tax-authority-driven determinants within the local context of KPP Pratama Ciawi, offering evidence that socialization alone, without adequate understanding and service quality, is insufficient to drive compliance. The findings imply that the Directorate General of Taxes needs to redesign socialization strategies to be more comprehensible, deepen taxpayer education, and continuously improve service quality to strengthen voluntary compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work–life balance, job stress, and work discipline on employee performance in Food and Beverage companies. The FnB industry faces job demands that often trigger stress, reduced discipline, and imbalance between personal life and work. This research uses a approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents. The work–life balance variable is measured through indicators of time balance, involvement, and satisfaction. Job stress is measured through role ambiguity, career development, and work relationships. Work discipline is measured through punctuality, time utilization, compliance with rules, work targets, and work reports. Employee performance is analyzed through indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, and work effectiveness. Research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, with all items declared valid and Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.60. Data analysis was conducted using regression, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination. The results show that work–life balance has a significant effect on employee performance, job stress has no significant effect, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect employee performance with a contribution of 48.1 percent, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

Abstracts - This study aims to analyze the effect of Career FOMO, job satisfaction, and job stress on turnover intention among Generation Z employees at BFI Finance. Generation Z exhibits unique characteristics in perceiving careers, one of which is the increasing phenomenon of Career FOMO, defined as the fear of being left behind in professional development. This study is grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which explains that behavioral intention is influenced by attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. In this context, Career FOMO, job satisfaction, and job stress are positioned as factors shaping turnover intention. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 Generation Z employees at the headquarters of BFI Finance in Serpong, BSD. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Career FOMO, job satisfaction, and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention, with a contribution of 55.1%. Partially, Career FOMO and job stress have a positive effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction has a negative effect. Career FOMO is identified as the most dominant factor influencing turnover intention among Generation Z employees. These findings provide practical implications for management in designing more effective employee retention strategies aligned with the psychological and career-related characteristics of Generation Z.
