Abstract

Based on observations made, the basis for career development for an employee includes promotions carried out by the leadership in each section, education possessed by employees. Work Placement where the leadership more often prioritizes employees who have a higher level of education (Bachelor or Postgraduate) compared to employees who are still educated in high school to occupy positions such as head of section or head of sub-section of each section. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee performance at the Public Works Department of Solok City.This research was conducted at the Solok City Public Works Office, which is located at Denpal Junction, Solok City. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sources of data used in this study are primarily through the distribution of questionnaires regarding career development and job placement that have a positive effect on employee performance. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling, as many as 85 people.The results show that partially career development has a positive effect on employee performance, the t-count value is greater than the t-table, namely 4.062 > 1.1988, and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and work placement has a positive effect on employee performance . t table is 3.043 > 1.1988 and the value is not significant 0.000 <0.05. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 17.895 and the Ftable value is 3.11. This states that simultaneously or simultaneously career development and work placement have a positive effect on employee performance at the Solok City Public Works Office.

Abstract

Supaya amanah serta tanggung jawab bisa terpenuhi dengan efektif, operator sekolah wajib mengetahui serta memiliki keterampilan dalam mengelola Data Pokok Pendidikan. Dilakukannya studi ini bertujuan agar dapat diketahui pengaruh daripada penguasaan teknologi, fasilitas, dan kesejahteraan yang akan memberikan dampak kepada kinerja operator di SD Negeri se Kota Solok. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang dipakai asalnya dari data awal yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan ke peserta atau responden yang dalam hal ini operator sekolah. Studi ini melibatkan seluruh operator di SDN se Kota Solok, yang berjumlah 41 orang, yang diambil sampel secara keseluruhan. Maka itu, sampel di studi ini sebanyak 41 orang. Adapun analisis data dilaksanakan dengan memakai uji instrumen, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil uji yang dilakukan, memperlihatkan bahwasanya variabel Penguasaan Teknologi (X1), Fasilitas (X2) dan Kesejahteraan (X3) secara parsial berdampak positif terhadap Kinerja Operator Sekolah (Y) Dasar Negeri Se Kota Solok. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan koefisien determinasi 0,690, terbukti bahwasanya variabel Penguasaan Teknologi (X1), Fasilitas (X2) dan Kesejahteraan (X3) secara simultan berdampak positif terhadap Kinerja Operator Sekolah (Y).

Abstract

Tidak hanya hasil kerja yang menunjukkan kinerja organisasi, tetapi juga proses kerja dari perencanaan hingga pencapaian hasil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Camat 11 orang, Puskesmas 22 orang dan Kantor Urusan Agama 11 orang dengan jumlah 44 orang. Dengan modus pengambilan sampel memakai model Total sampling. Modus pemungutan informasi yang dipakai adalah dengan pemakaian angket/daftar pernyataan. Hasil studi yang sudah dilaksanakan bisa diketahui bahwasanya gaya kepemimpinan berdampak kepada kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya secara parsial kinerja pegawai berdampak melalui budaya organisasi. Sementara gaya kepemimpinan beserta budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara berbarengan. Adapun besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpn serta budaya organisasi kepada kinerja pegawai sebanyak 28,1%. Dan selebihnya sebesar 71,9% ditentukan melalui variabel yang tak dibahas pada studi ini. Abstract

This research aims to Factors that Influence Visitor Satisfaction: Case Study of Bukit Kili Hot Springs Tourism, Solok Regency with a sample of 100 respondents who were studied using quantitative methods. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be interpreted that Service Quality partially has a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction, this is proven by the t test with a significant value of tcount 24,043 > ttable 1.66071 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be interpreted that the development of Service Quality has a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that infrastructure partially has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bukit Kili Hot Springs Tourism, Solok Regency. This is proven by the t test with a significant value of tcount 22,572 > ttable 1.66071, and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Infrastructure has a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction. Simultaneously, the quality of service and infrastructure has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Bukit Kili Hot Springs Tourism, Solok Regency. This is proven by using the F test with a significant value of fcount 304.933 > ftable 3.09 with the resulting significance of 0.000, this value is much smaller than (0.05). This can also be seen from the R Square value obtained at 0.863 or 86.3% and the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.
