Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader member exchange on perceived organizational support. To determine the effect of leader member exchange and perceived organizational support on employee job satisfaction partially. To determine the effect of leader member exchange on employee job satisfaction through perceived organizational support at PT. Duta Cahaya Deli Medan. The population in this study were all employees totaling 109 people. The analysis technique used was path analysis. The results showed that leader member exchange had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leader member exchange had a positive and significant effect on perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support did not mediate the effect of leader member exchange on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are critical to a company's success as they impact objectives. Developing this activity demands management. Developing these activities demands management. Companies help related groups develop in various ways. Agency performance is largely influenced by employees. This study aims to examine how competence, compensation, and communication affect employee performance at the Office of Culture and Tourism of North Sumatra Province. This primary data analysis uses employee performance as the independent variable and competence, compensation, and communication as the dependent variable. This research involved employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of North Sumatra Province. Quantitative associative research was used. A saturated sample of 125 respondents was used in this study. This study collected data with a questionnaire. This study uses SPSS to conduct data quality tests (Validity and Reliability), classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing (Test f, Test t, Test Coefficient of Determination).The results of this study indicate that the competency variable has a significant effect on employee performance with the results obtained from the tcount value of t table 2. 536> t table 1,984 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance with the results obtained by the tcount value of 10,428> t table 1,984 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the communication variable has a significant effect on employee performance with the results obtained by the tcount value of 1,990> t table 1,984 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat “Sosio-Agritechnopreneur UMKM khas Aceh: Memperkuat Ekonomi Masyarakat melalui Bisnis Berkelanjutan” merupakan sebuah ide yang menggabungkan beberapa aspek bidang yaitu bidang pertanian, teknologi dan kewirahusahaan. Tujuan dari pada pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan penyuluhan agar para pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) khas Aceh dapat memanfaatkan media sosial didalam bisnisnya. Dengan penggunaan flatfoam media sosial untuk UMKM khas Aceh secara cerdas dan strategis, diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM khas Aceh dalam membangun citra yang lebih positif, meningkatkan brand awareness (kesadaran merek) sehingga mampu melakukan promosi produk maupun jasa berkelanjutan secara langsung juga mampu menjalin kemitraan yang kuat. Selain itu dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan, lebih mudah menjangkau pasar, menciptkan pelanggan dan juga mampu meraih keuntungan yang lebih baik lagi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara luring dan daring, peserta yang berasal dari luar kota Banda Aceh mengikuti secara daring dengan mengunakan aplikasi zoom. Pelaku sosio-agritechnopreneur UMKM Banda Aceh berasal dari daerah Banda Aceh dan sekitarnya. Pengabdian masyarakat berlangsung di Cagar Budaya Museum Rumah Cut Nyak Dhien, sebagai tuan rumah Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertaraf internasional berkolaborasi dengan beberapa perguruan tinggi dalam negeri anggota Forum Kerjasama Pendidikan Tinggi (FKPT), PTSS Perlis Malaysia dan Saengtham Wittaya Foundation School Thailand.

Abstract

This community service activity is in the form of education to increase the knowledge of corn farmers regarding the importance of building business networks to increase the business potential of corn farmers in Limang Village, Tiga Binanga District, Karo Regency. Submission of material is done using power point software, infocus and LCD. From the results of the pre-test and post-test questionnaire data analysis, it is known that the understanding of corn farmers in Desa Limang Kecamatan Tiga Binanga Kabupaten Karo has increased from before being given educational activities. The renewal of knowledge and innovation of corn farmers for the adoption of various knowledge, technology and various other managerial activities must be carried out continuously in developing corn farmers' crops, especially in Desa Limang Kecamatan Tiga Binanga Kabupaten Karo
