Abstract

The MSME sector has a strategic role in the national economy but in its development there are still many obstacles. Therefore, this Community Service activity is directed to achieve the following objectives: 1) Providing insight or additional knowledge to MSME actors in Tappanjeng Village regarding good business governance, 2) Providing counseling on marketing techniques, financial management, developing business networks; 3) Provide insight into the importance of promoting using social media. After carrying out community service activities, several important points to be recommended are: 1) This training activity still needs to be continued in the form of mentoring to ensure the achievement of the overall service goals; 2) It takes the involvement of many parties in order to encourage the improvement of the managerial capabilities of MSME actors. Both the local government, banks, universities, and other non-governmental organizations.

Abstract

The design of this research is quantitative research and aims to determine the effect of work discipline, communication, workload and local wisdom on employee performance. The variables used in this study are four independent variables, namely work discipline, communication, workload and local wisdom and one dependent variable, namely employee performance. The types and sources of data used are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from various sources of information, namely the web, magazines, books, and previous research journals. The population in this study were all Civil Servants of the Makassar City Transportation Service as many as 95 people, with the saturated sample technique, the total sample was 95 respondents. Furthermore, the answers from each instrument were collected through a tabulation process using a Likert scale. This analysis is used to answer the problem by simultaneously testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression statistical tools. The results of the study found that work discipline, communication and local wisdom had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai secara parsial dan simultan, menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 75, menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin sebagai variabel paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jeneponto. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh hasil 0,416 yang berarti 41,6% variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independent (pelatihan, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja), sedangkan sisanya 58,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development partially and simultaneously on employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee work performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency. Pangkep Regency. The research was conducted at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency. The research time was November to December 2019 by taking 43 employees as the research sample. The results of this study prove that partially it is proven that leadership style and organizational communication have an effect on work performance, while human resource development is proven to have no effect on work performance. This study also proves that simultaneously leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development affect work performance in the regional research and development agency of Pangkep Regency.This research produces a determination coefficient value of 98.8% which indicates that this research model can explain student decisions. influenced by 77.2% of this research variable and 22.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the analysis of the three independent / independent variables (leadership style, organizational communication and human resource development), it is found that leadership style (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing the work performance of the employees of the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of HR competence consisting of knowledge, skills and attitudes partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency, and the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Research and Development Agency Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. This research approach uses survey research. The research was carried out at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. The time of the study was conducted from September 2019 to November 2019. The population used in this study were all employees at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency, amounting to 40 people. The results showed that HR competencies consisting of knowledge, skills and attitues partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkajene and Islands Districts, as well as the most dominant knowledge variable influenced the employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency Pangkajene and Islands.

Abstract

This study aims to test and partially analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and discipline partially and simultaneously and the most dominant variables on the performance employees in Polewali Mandar Country. This research was conducted on employees in Polewali Mandar Country, the research approach used by researchers was a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study included all employees in Polewali Mandar Country. Sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census) by taking all the population randomly sampled as many as 47 employees in Poliwali Mandar district. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that the value of Fcount was 75.727, meaning that the independent / independent variable (X) compensation, work environment and discipline simultaneously had a positive effect with a significant 0.00. Furthermore, from the description of the t test the independent variable (X) has a significant effect on Compensation, Work Environment and Discipline partially with the tcount of the compensation variable 4.159 with a significance of 0.00, Work environment variable (X2) with a tcount of 3,432 with a significance of 0.01, Discipline variable ( X3) with a tcount of 2.055 with a significance of 0.04 and based on the results of the standardized beta value, it is known that the variables which include compensation, work environment, discipline have the greatest influence on performance is the compensation variable of 2.055. ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan Untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara parsial pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin secara parsial dan simultan serta variable yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai ASN di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai ASN di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi seluruh Pegawai ASN di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) dengan mengambil semua populasi dijadikan sampel secara acak sebanyak 47 orang pegawai ASN di kabupaten Poliwali Mandar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 75,727, berarti variabel bebas/independen (X) Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif dengan siginifikan 0.00. selanjutnya dari uraian uji t variabel bebas/independen (X) signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Disiplin secara parsial dengan nilai thitung variable kompensasi 4,159 dengan signifikansi 0.00, Variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) dengan nilai thitung 3,432 dengan signifikansi 0.01, Variabel disiplin (X3) dengan nilai thitung 2,055 dengan signifiknsi 0.04 serta Berdasarkan hasil nilai beta standardized diketahui bahwa variabel-variabel yang meliputi kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, disiplin maka yang mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kinerja adalah variabel kompensasi 2,055.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) identify and analyze the effect of education, training (education and training), discipline on ASN performance, 2) identify and analyze the effect of discipline on ASN performance and 3) identify and analyze the influence of leadership on ASN performance. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKPPD) of the Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted from November-December 2020. The study population was all employees of the Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKPPD) of the Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 68 people. The sample selection in this study was saturated sample, namely the entire population was judged as a sample so that the sample in this study was 68 people. The analysis techniques used in this research are validity, reliability, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, t hypothesis test, f hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. The data in this study were processed using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is an influence between education and training (education and training) on ​​ASN performance, 2) there is an influence of discipline on ASN performance and 3) there is an influence of leadership on ASN performance. Education and training are the most dominant variables affecting ASN performance. The importance of education and training, discipline and leadership because it can affect the performance level of an employee. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidian, pelatihan (diklat), kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja ASN, 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kienrja ASN dan 3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kierja ASN.. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKPPD) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan November-Desember 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKPPD) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar yang berjumlah 68 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh jumlah populasi dijadilan sebagai sampel sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 orang. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji hipotesis t, uji hipotesis f dan koefisien determinasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) terhadap kinerja ASN, 2) terdapat pengaruh kedisip;inan terhadap kinerja ASN dan 3) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja ASN.. Pentingnya pendidikan dan pelatihan, kedisiplinan dan kepemimpinan karena dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja seorang karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, commitment and leadership style partially and simultaneously on employee work discipline and to analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 114 civil servants. Sampling of this study was carried out using the slovin technique with a significant standard of 5%. Thus, it can be seen that the sample used in this study were employees of Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency totaling 89 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that the Fcount value is 36.711 and Ftable is 2.71. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that motivation, commitment and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on the work discipline of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. From the description of the t test, it is known that motivation, commitment and leadership style partially each have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. Furthermore, the motivation variable is the most dominant influencing variable with a beta value of 0.512.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture on job satisfaction, the effect ofwork discipline on job satisfaction, the influence of work culture on the performance of ASN, Theeffect of work discipline on the performance of ASN. the effect of job satisfaction on theperformance of ASN. the effect of job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the influence ofwork culture. the effect of job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the effect of workdiscipline on ASN performance.The population in this study were all offices of the Regional Secretariat of PolewaliMandar Regency, amounting to 131 people with the consideration that the data and informationneeded were easier to obtain and accurate and very relevant to the subject matter that became theobject of this research. Sampling of this study was carried out using the solvin technique with asignificant standard of 10%. the sample used in this study was ASN at the Regional Secretariat ofPolewali Mandar Regency, totaling 57 ASN. The data collection technique was carried outthrough a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using ascore according to a Likert scale.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, displin kerja, dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Reponden penelitian ini sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Seluruh analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan Sofware SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) Gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, komitmen kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegwai (5) Variabel disiplin kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar.
