Abstract

This study aimed to map and tests the factors that influence online learning success in the COVID-19 era in Islamic Religious Higher Education in the West Papua region. Factors to be analyzed are student characteristics, internal motivation, instructor characteristics, quality of institutions and services, infrastructure and system quality, quality of courses and information, online learning environment. The sample size obtained from the Slovin formula was 302 students. Data collected through surveys by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the regression model used to carry out data analysis. The results showed that the seven factors tested influenced online learning success in the COVID-19 era, with varying significance. Infrastructure and system quality are the most dominant influences (94.2%), while institutions' variety and services have no significant impact (6.3%). The conclusion is that the seven factors can be used to determine the success of online learning in the COVID-19 era in Islamic Religious Higher Education in the West Papua region.

Abstract

Ahmadiyya sect as a part of religious order is trying to build with the teachings of the Islamic civilization, which has been the most awaited by Muslims, especially Sunnis, the Imam Mahdi. Departing from this paradigm of Imam Mahdi Ahmadi build the base of his community; impose to his people to submit to the central leadership. History of Ahmadiyah in Indonesia was brought by a special messenger of the Ahmadiyah Qadian, namely: Maulana Rahmat Ali, who was sent by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, Khalifatul Masih II, Hazrat Mirza Mahmud Ahmad Basyiruddin. Rahmat Ali was charged to convey to Indonesia, that the awaited Imam Mahdi has come into this world. In further development, Ahmadiyah in Indonesia is through the support of Abdul Karim Amarullah, because with his policies, he instructed his students to move in learning Islamic sciences from Egypt to India. Because according to Amarullah, in India the quality of education is not inferior to the quality of education in Egypt. As his students are students who come from Sumatra, Thawalib, are: Abu Bakr Ayyub, Ahmad Zaini Dahlan Din and followed three months later. Abstract

The generation of rabbani is a generation of godliness and monotheism, and among them have resignation, patience and positive thinking. This understanding is often uttered by preachers such as Jefry al-Bukhari through various media including film and television shows. Jefry al-Bukhari uses TV media as a means simpler and more practical reason. Likewise movie, TV media is also an audiovisual media, meaning that it can be heard and seen at the same time. Most Indonesian television is used as the entertainment arena and the main source of information. In some areas, especially in Indonesia, many people spend their time watching television. If Islamic da'wah can utilize this media effectively, then automatically the spreading of da'wah will be wider and the religious impression it creates will be deeper. Actually television is a combination of radio and movie, because this media can deliver events in the form of live images with sound even with color when the event takes place. Therefore the movie deficiencies of its actuality can be covered up. In short, the uniqueness of radio and movie are gathered collectively in television and conversely the deficiencies in radio and film, on television are not found. Excluding the advantages contained in newspapers, or other printed medium that we can not find on this television. Currently, not a single second has passed without television shows both nationally and internationally with a variety of sophisticated communication devices. And there is not a single region that can be reached by this media. To the extent that this tool has transformed this big world into a large village (global village). In particular, Muslims in our country, however, have not been maximized to take advantage of this wasilah because it has been hit by the high cost that must be invested.

Abstract

ducation is a process of change or personal development of the students in all aspects of life, forming a complete personality (Insan Kamil) either as social beings, as well as individual beings, so that they can adapt and live in the wider community well, including being responsible to yourself, others, and God. Character education is a system of cultivation of character values that include components of knowledge, awareness or willpower, and actions to implement these values, either against God, ourselves, and others, the environment. When character education is applied systematically and sustainably, a child will be better in emotional management. This emotional intelligence is an important provision in preparing children to meet the future, because someone more easily and successfully to face all kinds of life challenges, including the challenge to succeed academically. This paper elaborates character education in the perspective of the Quran as a holy book of Muslims.

Abstract

Character education can be defined as the process of planting the essential values in children through a series of learning activities and assistance so that the students as individuals are able to understand, experience, and integrate values into core values in education into her personality. By placing the character education within the framework of the dynamics and dialectics of the individual establishment, the men and women educators are expected to increasingly be aware of the importance of education as a means of forming the character code of conduct, moral formation and enrichment of individual value by providing space for exemplary figure and creating an environment conducive to the growth process, such as comfort and security of self-development environment that helps each other in overall dimensions (technical, intellectual, psychological, moral, social, aesthetic, and religious).

Abstract

This study aims to know life skill implementation at Islamic Boarding School Darul Falah Be-Songo Ngaliyan Semarang. This study is a library research by examining various literature or relevant research as a source of data. The results of the study show that Islamic Boarding School Darul Falah Be-Songo Ngaliyan Semarang has organized activities that have life s skills. These skills include vocational skills and academic skills. Vocational skills here in the form of cooking skills, embroidery, make-up and other types of crafts. In addition, in it also taught how the students can speak well, both in expressing opinions and in speeches and other skills that become the main attraction for the surrounding community. Abstract

This paper aims to convey some views on the position of the teacher as an educator. This is seen as a highly important case because in an implementation of education system, the teacher occupies the leading position in education itself. However, it needs to be realized that in teacher recruitment, there are several requirements that need to be completed. In this paper also presented some insights from various perspectives which underlie the teacher's view as an educator. All of which contain ideas of direction and guidance. In this paper also discusses the teacher typology which includes teacher requirements, teacher nature, and teacher tasks. In addition to the teacher typology that must be considered, an educational institution needs to form a code of ethics that is used as a guide by teachers who educate students at the institution. So that there is a need to standardize the minimum requirements of teachers, such as: believing and devoting to Allah, being mature, knowledgeable, physically and spiritually healthy, noble, and able to educate in a broad sense. Teacher is expected to concern of the awareness of responsibility to maximize the potential of students to become individuals who have noble character and personality, maturity, intelligence (intellectual, emotional and spiritual) who are more mature and can be responsible.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Pendidikan Tinggi Islam Negeri STAIN Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi mahasiswa aktif STAIN Sorong angkatan 2013 hingga angkatan 2016 yang berjumlah 551 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Jumlah sampel ditetapkan sebesar 30% dari populasi, sehingga diperoleh 166 sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) produk, harga dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Pendidikan Tinggi Islam Negeri STAIN Sorong; (2) Lokasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Pendidikan Tinggi Islam Negeri STAIN Sorong; dan (3) produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Pendidikan Tinggi Islam Negeri STAIN Sorong.

Abstract

This research will investigate how much influence the values of Pencak silat on the personality of students in MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Salawati, Sorong Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of Pencak silat values on student personality. The study population was all students who participated in martial arts activities. This research uses quantitative research. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. This research was conducted during extracurricular activities. Data collection techniques are done using a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis with the help of SPSS 16 statistical data processing software. The results of the data analysis showed that there was no significant effect between Pencak silat values on the personality of students of MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Salawati, Sorong Regency, which only had an effect of 11, 5%.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research was conducted at MI Muhammadiyah 02 Mariyai with the aim of improving student moral learning outcomes through the mind mapping method. The research subjects were grade IV students, amounting to 26 people. Researchers used two cycles, each of which consisted of three meetings. Data retrieval is done using learning outcomes tests and observation sheets. The collected data were analyzed both quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated using data analysis on Microsoft Excel. The results obtained showed an increase in moral learning outcomes ie from the average score of the initial ability of students 63.85 in the low category, then in the first cycle the average score of student learning outcomes increased to 76.35 in the medium category, and in the cycle, II increased to 86.15 which is in the high category. Increasing the score of student learning outcomes is also directly proportional to mastery learning. In the initial ability score, the number of students who finished learning was 8 people (30.77%), then in the first cycle increased to 16 people (61.54%), and in the second cycle increased again to 24 people (92.31%). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that an increase in the learning outcomes of the Moral Law in Class IV MI Muhammadiyah 02 Mariyai Students after using the mind mapping method.
