Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of government programs in improving people's welfare during the pandemic in the perspective of Islamic economics in the people who receive BLT, BPNT, and PKH assistance in Telukjaya Village. This research is a qualitative approach with a field research. The data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. While the object of research is the community who received BLT, BPNT and PKH assistance during the pandemic as well as several Telukjaya Village staff. The results of this study, already from the results of interviews regarding the role of the Government's BLT, BPNT, & PKH assistance programs are correct. Measured using four indicators, namely: Accuracy of targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program understanding, it shows that almost all indicators are appropriate, except that program socialization has not been maximized due to regulatory constraints during the pandemic. In Sharia, it can be said that the government has implemented the principles of responsibility, justice, defense and security.

Abstract

This research reveals a form of the effectiveness of the application of Law no. 13 of 2011 on handling the poor in an Islamic economic perspective at the Bekasi District Social Service seen from five indicators which include program understanding, right on target, on time, achieved goals, real changes. The findings of this study, among other things, revealed that the three indicators of effectiveness carried out by the Social Service of Bekasi Regency, namely understanding of the program, being on time, the real changes that have been explained in the discussion show that the application of Law No. 13 of 2011 in handling the poor in the Social Service of Bekasi Regency indicates the criteria "Effective". However, on the other two indicators of effectiveness, namely being right on target, achieving the objectives in the discussion, it shows that the application of Law No. 13 of 2011 to the handling of the poor at the Social Service Office of Bekasi Regency shows the criteria "Not Yet Effective". Furthermore, regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of Law no. 13 of 2011 on handling the poor in an Islamic economic perspective explains that showing the criteria of "Effective" is in accordance with an Islamic economic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence Of Work Discipline And Work Motivation On Job Satisfaction With Employee Performance As Mediation At PT. Jagat Sejahtera Abadi Kota Bekasi. Respondents of this study were 54 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. There is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance Employees, 2. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, 3.Employee performance has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 4. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 5. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, 6. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction through employee performance, 7. Work motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction through employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Charismatic Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance Mediated by Work Discipline at PT. Payung Indonesia Kuat, Bekasi City. Respondents of this study were 60 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. Charismatic leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 2. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, 3. Respondents of this study were 70 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. Recruitment Process has no significant effect on competence, 2. Selection process has a significant effect on competence, 3. Recruitment Process has no significant effect on employee work quality, 4. Selection process has a significant effect on employee work quality, 5. Competence has a significant effect on employee work quality.
