Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini mendorong berbagai bidang usaha untuk memanfaatkan sistem berbasis web dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Cue Town Reserve sebagai penyedia layanan hiburan billiard masih menggunakan metode manual dalam proses reservasi dan monitoring ketersediaan meja, sehingga sering menimbulkan kendala berupa ketidakpastian jadwal, antrian yang tidak teratur, serta kurangnya transparansi informasi bagi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi reservasi dan monitoring meja billiard berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan serta memudahkan pengelola dalam memantau ketersediaan meja secara real time. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang menyediakan fitur reservasi meja, manajemen jadwal, serta monitoring status meja secara interaktif. Uji coba sistem menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat membantu mengurangi permasalahan antrian, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan, serta memberikan pengalaman yang lebih praktis bagi pelanggan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan Cue Town Reserve mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan melalui pengelolaan reservasi yang lebih terstruktur dan transparan.

Abstract

Processing data manually is felt to be very problematic, including when recording cars that are usually rented out, customer records, recording car loan and return transactions, up to reporting car loan and return transactions. Besides that, the marketing and publication activities carried out by the car rental business CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi to the wider community still uses pamphlets and advertisements in print media, the impact of the marketing area obtained is very limited so that CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi is less known by the wider community. Based on the explanation above, in order to be able to increase and expand market share, make it easy for the general public to obtain information about the services provided by CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi and provide convenience to the service sales department in carrying out data processing, data search to report generation, a media or website-based information system is needed that can overcome the problems faced by CV car rental. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi. In this study the system development model used is the Waterfall model. The results of this study can provide several advantages, namely information processing and data management of sales of car rental services at CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi is more efficient and effective.

Abstract

At the moment transportation services are needed a lot, be it land, sea or air transportation. Supported by Information Technology, it adds to the competition between online ticket sales service companies in carrying out their sales promotions. The transportation service business is required to be able to provide the best possible services, offers and promotions in order to compete with other online transportation service bureaus in attracting consumers. Competition between online companies or travel agents is very competitive, with competition, a study was made to test which online flight website sites are most in demand by consumers today, 4 online flight sites were taken for this research, namely Tiket.com, Traveloka, Pegi-pegi .com and Nusatrip. By using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method or better known as AHP. The AHP method was chosen because it can select the best alternative from a number of alternative choices based on predetermined criteria. so that later this research will make it easier for consumers to decide in choosing the best online flight website or the most in demand. In addition, the AHP method is one of the most relevant methods and has a consistency value calculation in determining the priority level of the selection criteria. From the test results, it is found that the Traveloka website has a very high value with the value of Traveloka (0.49), Tiket.com (0.22), Pegipegi.com (0.19), and Nusatrip (0.11).
