Abstract

Student achievement in schools has not reached the minimum completeness criteria determined by the teacher and the school, which is 70. This problem is really realized that the acquisition of grades is influenced by various factors, be it teachers, students, learning processes and school facilities. The research objectives (1) to analyze the effect of parental attention, home study facilities and student learning independence on learning achievement, (2) to analyze the effect of parental attention on achievement, (3) to analyze the effect of home learning facilities on achievement, and (4) to analyze the effect of independent learning on achievement. The research method for the variables of parental attention, learning facilities, and independent learning is using a questionnaire. As for achievement, use report cards. The questionnaire was tested on 30 teachers using validity and reliability testing techniques. Hypothesis test using t-test for partial effect, and F-test for simultaneous effect. Data analysis used multiple linear regression formula with classical assumption test preceded. The results showed that there were significant influences, including: (1) parental attention, learning facilities, and independent learning on student achievement, (2) parental attention to student achievement, (3) learning facilities on student achievement, and (4) learning independence on student achievement.

Abstract

Motivation to learn can function as a driving force in achieving achievement. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Researchers chose the type of experimental research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the discussion learning method, parental attention and learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes of SDN Gugus Bumi Nickel Bohodopi Morowali Elementary School. The results of the analysis are 1). the results of the t test and reinforced by the results of the ANOVA test found that partially the use of the discussion method had an effect on student social studies learning outcomes. 2). the results of the t test and reinforced by the results of the Anava test found that partially parental attention influences student social studies learning outcomes. 3). the results of the t test and reinforced by the results of the Anava test found that partially student learning motivation influences student social studies learning outcomes. 4). ANOVA test shows that the use of the discussion method, student learning motivation, and parental attention influence student social studies learning outcomes together. The conclusion is that discussion learning methods, parental attention and learning motivation affect social studies learning outcomes of SDN Gugus Bumi Nickel Bohodopi Morowali students.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between human geography, culture and social identity in the context of globalization and will examine geographical factors. Cultural exchanges, migration flows, and the penetration of information technology have accelerated intercultural integration but have also created new challenges in maintaining local identity. The research method applied in this article involves literature study or literature analysis.This research involves techniques such as studying related literature, summarizing data, sorting data, and concluding the results. Through data analysis and field findings, it shows that geographical factors such as location, physical environment and social structure have a significant impact in shaping and changing culture and human social identity, globalization has become the dominant factor that shapes the dynamics of culture and social identity throughout the world. world. Globalization, as a process of global economic, social and cultural integration, has produced various complex impacts on human life. This research provides new insights in understanding social and cultural dynamics in the era of globalization. By understanding how human geography influences cultural interactions and the formation of social identities, policies can be designed that are more effective in managing cultural diversity and promoting inclusive social development.

Abstract

Indonesia, with its abundant cultural diversity, is fertile ground for understanding cultural heritage and local identity. From Aceh to Papua, every region in Indonesia exudes unique cultural richness. Indonesia has a rich tribal culture that is spread widely throughout the islands of this country so that the diversity of tribes and races in Indonesia has led to the formation of various cultures. This article is to provide a better insight into the richness of Indonesian culture and explore various efforts to preserve local identity that have been undertaken by the government, NGOs and civil society in Indonesia. The research methods used include collecting data, analyzing information, and compiling findings. The initial step in this research is to conduct a literature study on the topic being researched. Through searches in academic databases and other sources, relevant literature on cultural heritage, local identity and Indonesia will be collected. Journal articles, books, research reports, and online sources will be used to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The results of this research highlight the importance of understanding and preserving cultural heritage and local identity in Indonesia. With concrete steps, such as empowering local communities and implementing supportive policies, Indonesia can maintain its extraordinary cultural wealth and strengthen local identity in facing the challenges of globalization and modernization. Cultural heritage and local identity have a very important role in shaping the social, cultural and political framework in Indonesia. Abundant cultural riches, ranging from art, music, dance, language, to traditional traditions, reflect the diversity and uniqueness of Indonesian society. Local identity plays a central role in forming community unity and strengthening solidarity and a sense of pride in local culture.

Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead in achieving national education goals. Teacher competence is needed in improving school-based quality. Schools can be qualified if the teachers are qualified. However, not all teachers are qualified, it still takes hard work to improve the quality of teachers. In addition to teacher competence, teacher motivation also influences school-based quality improvement. The research objectives are to analyze the simultaneous influence of competence, motivation, and work environment on the implementation of school-based quality improvement, the effect of competence on the implementation of school-based quality improvement, the influence of motivation on the implementation of School-Based Quality Improvement, and the influence of the work environment on the implementation of school-based quality improvement. school. The research method for the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment uses a questionnaire. As for the learning achievement variable, it uses the documentation of the value of the report card. The questionnaire was tested on 39 teachers using validity and reliability testing techniques. Hypothesis test using t-test for partial effect, and F-test for simultaneous effect. Data analysis used multiple linear regression formula with classical assumption test preceded. The results showed that: learning achievement was influenced by the variables of competence, motivation, and the work environment of elementary school teachers together significantly, competence could make a significant contribution to learning achievement, motivation could make a significant contribution to achievement, and the teacher's work environment SD can make a significant contribution to PMBS.

Abstract

Based on observations made by the author at SMA Negeri 6 Malang, it was found that the application and implementation of learning from the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in terms of the theme of Global Diversity using a project-based learning model for class X (Ten) students is seen as new, innovative and participatory . students are active in the learning process. So the authors are interested in conducting research. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of P5 on the theme of Global Diversity as the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and the implementation of P5 using a project-based learning model. The research method used is descriptive method with data collection tools in the form of documents, observations and interviews. The implementation of P5 as an implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMA Negeri 6 Malang is a curriculum structure consisting of 2/3 intracurricular or face-to-face activities (KBM) and 1/3 co-curricular activities or P5 Projects. Designing the learning implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme of Global Diversity using the Project Based Learning learning model. The stages in its implementation are the stages of socialization, planning, monitoring in the form of holding action activities, holding celebrations, evaluating and reflecting. Each stage carried out in the learning implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) uses the syntax in PjBL. The teacher as a facilitator is in charge of assisting, directing and providing input and suggestions for project implementation so that students are expected to develop according to their talents and interests. The conclusion from the implementation of P5 students is expected to be able to develop Pancasila student profiles and become agents of social change who are actively involved in solving social problems that exist in society. So that it can maximize its role as an important part of society and the state.
