Abstract

Mineral resources, coal, and rock are one of the potentials possessed by Indonesia to be able to earn income from the mining sector. West Bandung Regency is one of the areas that have quite a lot of potential rock and mineral resources. The potential of this area is quite large, namely andesite rock, sand, limestone, and sandstone. Zeolite and others. On the other hand, the West Bandung area has a high potential and threat of being a disaster-prone. West Bandung Regency has the highest number of natural disasters occurring in the type of landslide disaster, which occurred 52 times in the period 2008-2016, or 68% of all disasters. Loss of economic value also occurs for mining material resources which are limited by the existence of a disaster zone. So it is necessary to carry out mitigation from the start to map disaster areas that have an impact on the distribution and existence of mining material resources. This study aims to identify and analyze the potential of rock resources in disaster-prone areas, so as to be able to prioritize conservation aspects for potential mining materials. The method used in this research is through literature study, mapping the potential of mining materials, mapping the potential of disaster-prone areas, processing of secondary data, and analysis using remote sensing. The results of this study are that the rocks in the West Bandung area are divided into groups of volcanic rocks, sedimentary rocks, and alluvial deposits. The volcanic rock group got a score of 3 because it was considered more prone to erosions than the sedimentary and alluvial rock groups which were scored 2 and 1. with a weighted level of disaster vulnerability. The zone of high disaster susceptibility is considered to have the highest probability of a disaster occurring. Therefore, in the final result, the overlap between the distribution of the potential for minerals and the zone of high disaster susceptibility results in a potential area for minerals that are relatively safe from disasters, both soil movement, and flooding. Potential mining resources in West Bandung Regency are Andesite basalt 1,860,412 ha (1.43%), Limestone 667.05 ha (0.50%), Sirtu 40,949.76 ha (31.35%%).

Abstract

Abstract. The andesite rocks in this study come from the PT. Sofa Nugraha mine located in Parung Panjang District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The purpose of this research is to plan a good technical implementation of reclamation, determine the stages of reclamation activities at the research location, and calculate the direct and indirect costs required for the reclamation activity plan. The technical reclamation plan at the research location begins with land reclamation activities such as recontouring over an area of 5.452 hectares (10-year mining block) using a Kobelco D-85 E-55 Bulldozer, followed by road access construction using a Hino FM-260 200 Dump Truck with a road width of 5 meters, a maximum wheel load of 0.9 tons, and a material volume of 1,800 BCM. Next, a water channel is constructed using a Komatsu PC-200 Excavator with a channel length of 88.6 meters. The final stage of reclamation at the research location involves revegetation, including land preparation with a spacing of 5 meters by 4 meters. Pioneer plants are then planted, with fast-growing species such as sengon, gamelina, and acacia. The process concludes with the planting of cover crops including cassava, paddy, peanuts, corn, and sweet potatoes, followed by plant maintenance until the age of 1 year. The total budget required is Rp. 1,494,300,000, consisting of direct costs amounting to Rp. 534,055,000 and indirect costs amounting to Rp. 960,245,000. Abstrak. Batuan andesit pada penelitian ini berasal dari tambang PT. Sofa Nugraha yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Parung Panjang, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merencanakan pelaksanaan teknis reklamasi yang baik, menentukan tahapan kegiatan reklamasi di lokasi penelitian, serta menghitung biaya langsung dan tidak langsung yang dibutuhkan untuk rencana kegiatan reklamasi. Rencana teknis reklamasi di lokasi penelitian dimulai dengan kegiatan penataan lahan reklamasi berupa recontouring dengan luas area sebesar 5,452 hektar (blok penambangan tahun ke-10) menggunakan Bulldozer tipe Kobelco D-85 E-55, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan akses jalan menggunakan Dump Truck Hino FM-260 200 dengan lebar jalan angkut 5 meter, beban roda maksimum 0,9 ton, dan volume material 1.800 BCM. Kemudian, dilakukan pembuatan saluran air menggunakan Excavator Komatsu tipe PC-200 dengan panjang saluran 88,6 meter. Tahap akhir kegiatan reklamasi di lokasi penelitian adalah revegetasi yang meliputi penyiapan lahan tanam dengan jarak tanam 5 meter x 4 meter. Selanjutnya, dilakukan penanaman tanaman pionir dengan komposisi tanaman yang cepat tumbuh seperti sengon, gamelina, dan akasia. Proses ini diakhiri dengan penanaman tanaman penutup seperti ubi kayu, padi sawah, kacang tanah, jagung, dan ubi jalar, serta pemeliharaan tanaman hingga usia 1 tahun. Adapun total anggaran biaya yang harus dikeluarkan adalah sebesar Rp. 1.494.300.000, terdiri dari biaya langsung sebesar Rp. 534.055.000 dan biaya tidak langsung sebesar Rp. 960.245.000.

Abstract. The formation of the Tin Path in Indonesia from the Riau Islands to the Bangka Belitung Islands cannot be separated from the tectonic order of Southeast Asia, especially Myanmar, Thailand and Malaysia, this is because these areas were formed through the same geological process and period of tectonism.
