Abstract

This study aims to describe the development and to produce an android-based multi-representation module that can improve students' critical thinking skills that are suitable for use as a learning medium. The method used is a 4-D model development research with development steps, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. In this research, development is only carried out until the development stage. Based on the results of the development, it was obtained the validation results of material and design experts with ideal assessment scores of 70 and 73 and peers 1 and 2 respectively 66 and 75, the cut off value obtained was 70.5 so that the developed module was declared fit for use in a construct. The improvement of students' critical thinking skills after using the android-based multi-percentage module had moderate criteria with a gain of 0.468 and 77% of students achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to map the trends in physics education development research in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive in the form of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that there are 689 article titles on development research in the field of Physics. The current trend in development research is the development of electronic-based media and assessment instruments, using both PCs and Android applications. The most widely used development research models are 4D, ADDIE, and Brog & Gall. Development research has also focused on high-level thinking skills, as evidenced by the appearance of keywords related to critical thinking in physics development research. Future development research can focus on the use of technology, such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Android applications, and the use of AI.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 menuntut siswa untuk memiliki keterampilan 4C, sejalan dengan itu pemerintah melalui kemendikbudristek memberikan arahan kepada sekolah untuk mulai menerapkan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Perubahan cepat dalam dunia pendidikan perlu diikuti oleh guru, guru harus selalu mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya. Pelatihan e-asesmen berbasis 4C sebagai implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar memberikan solusi untuk membantu guru dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait instrumen e-asesmen berbasis 4C. Metode yang digunakan untuk pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah model Pengembangan Profesional Berkelanjutan (PPB), dengan metode pelaksanaan pemberian materi, diskusi dan umpan balik, praktik kelompok, dan kegiatan mandiri yang disertai pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan, diperoleh simpulan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terkait e-asesmen, instrumen asesmen 4C dan merdeka belajar mengalami peningkatan dengan skor n-gain 0,62 kategori sedang, dan n-gain tertinggi dengan skor 0,93 dengan kategori tinggi. Sehingga dimungkinkan peserta dapat menyusun e-asesmen untuk mengukur kemampuan 4C dalam pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka belajar di sekolah masing-masing.
