Abstract: This research has been implemented using book references in order to know how to increase study result of science, especially material of science which use mathematics application. And this research discuss about the effect of study interest of mathematics. The factors like interesting, meaning and involving. Generally, the students do not know what for studying mathematics is. But the students who know the using mathematics for their life will have motivation and competence study of mathematics. Hope, if the students who know about what mathematics for, so the population who interested in mathematics will increase, then the result study of science will increase too. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik kausal, dimana data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis pengaruh satu variabel terhadap variabel yang lain, variabel yang dikaji terdiri dari dua macam, yakni: variabel eksogen dan variabel endogen. Variabel eksogen memberikan pengaruh baik langsung maupun tak langsung terhadap variabel endogen. Sedangkan variabel endogen adalah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi variabel endogen, dari sampel sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa Unindra semester III tahun 2016/17.Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian, terdapat: 1) pengaruh langsung persepsi mahasiswa pada kompetensi dosen terhadap minat belajar ; 2) pengaruh langsung kompetensi dosen terhadap pemahaman konsep diferensial, 3) pengaruh langsung minat belajar terhadap pemahaman konsep diferensial, dan 4) pengaruh tidak langsung persepsi mahasiswa pada kompetensi dosen terhadap pemahaman konsep diferensial.

The aim of this reasearch is to determine the effect of differences in teaching and learning methods,and ineterested studytowards students learning outcomeof the students at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta. Analysis of varianshas been implemented to this experiment. In this research, students have been chosen as a unit analysis 48 samples selected.The result of analysis finds out that: 1)students learning outcome of integral is caused by teaching and learning methods 2) students learning outcome of integralis caused by interested study and 3) students learning outcome of integralis caused by interaction between teaching and learning methods and intrested study of studi all together. Therefore, teaching and learning methods, and motivation of the students should be put into account of human resources development in managing in learning and teaching activities. Abstract. This experiment research is aimed that the students’ result of study in Mathematics is caused by cooperative learning model of type Student Team Achievement Division and discipline of study. Research has been implemented using experimental variables after all put into 2 x 2 factorial design. In this research, the students have been chosen as a unit of analysis 60 samples. Research instruments have been tested with reliability coefficients = 0.887, and test the results of learning math multiple choice that have been tested with reliability coefficients validity = 0.884. The analysis of the data using Analysis of variance (ANOVA) two directions. The result of analysis finds out that: 1) the students ' result of study in Mathematics is the caused by cooperative learning model of type Student Team Achievement Division against the results of learning math, 2) influence of learning discipline against the results of learning math students, and 3) the influence of interaction of the learning model cooperative type of Student Team Achievement Division and learn discipline against the results of the study of mathematics students. Therefore, cooperative learning model of type Student Team Achievement Division and discipline of study should be put into the account of development in managing human resources in teaching activities in the classroom, especially of the Mathematics subject. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between competence of pedagogic, competence of personality and discipline with the study of students interested. The research was conducted at the mathematics and science students of master degree at Indraprasta University Jakarta. This research using survey methods with a sample of 100 master degree students of mathematics and science selected randomly. The result of this research find outs that there is correlation between 1) competences of pedagogic and the study of students interested, 2) competences of personality and the study of students interested, 3) discipline and the study of students interested and 4) competence of pedagogic, competence of personality and discipline altogether with the study of students interested.Therefore, competence of pedagogic, competence of personality and discipline should put into human resources development in managing the study of students interested at the unniversity of Indraprasta Jakarta. However other variables are necessary to be taken by other researchers. Key words: competence of pedagogic, competence of personality, discipline, the study of students interested.

This causal research is aimed at obtaining information related to the possibility that the teachers’ job satisfaction of the government vocational schooll in North of Jakarta is effected by leadership style, work environment, and teachers’ work motivation. Research has been implemented using path analysis after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, teachers has been chosen as a unit analysis and 100 samples selected randomly. The results of analysis finds out that: 1) the teachers’ work motivation is affected directly by leadership style; 2) ) the teachers’ work motivation is affected directly by work environment; 3) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by leadership style; 4) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by work environment;5) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by the teachers’ work motivation; 6) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected indirectly by leadership style; and 7) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected indirectly by work environment. Therefore, the leadership style, work environment, and teachers’ work motivation should be put into account of human resources development in managing the teachers’ job satisfaction at The Education Office of DKI Jakarta Province.

This research is aimed at obtaining information related to the possibility that the Mathematics teachers’job satisfaction is caused by supervision of principal and motivation of teacher. Research has been implemented using correlation after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, teachers had been chosen as a unit analysis and 60 samples selected randomly. The result of analysis finds out that: 1) the Matematics teachers’ job satisfaction is caused by supervision of the principal 2) the teachers’ job satisfaction is caused by motivation and 3) the teachers’ job satisfaction is caused by supervision of the principal and motivation of the teachers together. Therefore, supervision of the principal and motivation of the teachers should be put into account of human resources development in managing in teaching activities in the classroom. However other variables are necessary to be taken into account properly.

A program planning with certain quality is needed to improve the provincial education district service to the community. This study aims to develop the district education office program in 2019 and guidelines for the provincial education service plan for the following year through strategic planning. This study uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis. Data collection is done through group interviews, plenary meetings and observations. Data obtained are grouped into components of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, then analyzed into four strategic formulations, namely: Strengths - Opportunities (SO), Weaknesess - Opportunities (WO), Strengths - Treaths (ST), and Weaknesess - Treaths (WT). The results of the study were organizational positioning on strategic planning (W-T). The conclusion is that program planning arranged by positioning of strategic planning. We hope that the result of this study can be beneficial for the policy maker, stake holder, and other researchers in related field.

The dominant factor to achieve a school's competitiveness is the performance of headmasters. This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, work environment, personality, and motivation on the performance of principal of state senior high schools. Research samples were 310 principals of state schools in Jakarta. Data analysis used a path analysis of which requirements were the test of normality, homogeneity, and linearity. The results of the research there were direct influence exogenous variables on endogenous, and there was indirect influence of personality through motivation on the job performance. Increased job performance could be done by coaching the headmaster about the culture, environment, and personality
