Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of school leadership and teacher professionalism on the improvement of teacher performance in Mataram City, with educational quality management as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach and uses purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected from all respondents, grouped according to established criteria, tested on each variable, and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results show that the first hypothesis, which states that there is an influence of school leadership on educational quality, is rejected. The second hypothesis, indicating that teacher professionalism affects educational quality, is accepted. The third hypothesis, stating that school leadership impacts teacher performance, is also accepted. The fourth hypothesis, which asserts that teacher professionalism influences teacher performance, is accepted. However, the fifth hypothesis, which indicates the effect of educational quality on teacher performance, is rejected. Conversely, the sixth hypothesis, stating that school leadership significantly influences teacher performance through educational quality, is rejected. In contrast, the seventh hypothesis, indicating that teacher professionalism affects teacher performance through educational quality, is accepted.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of human resource development (HRD), organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. Langtuhut Karya Medan, with job satisfaction as a mediator. The results show that HRD significantly affects job satisfaction, but it also positively contributes to turnover intention. In contrast, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention, indicating that increasing both can reduce employees' intention to leave. Furthermore, job satisfaction proves to be a significant mediator between HRD and turnover intention, as well as between organizational commitment and turnover intention. Based on these findings, the study suggests that the company should focus on improving job satisfaction, clarifying career development paths, and strengthening organizational commitment by enhancing employee welfare and providing appropriate rewards. Future research is recommended to explore additional variables such as work-life balance, transformational leadership, and organizational culture for deeper insights. Abstract

The research analysis aims to find out whether leadership, motivation and work discipline influence work productivity. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 37 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that leadership has a partially positive and significant effect on work productivity. Motivation does not have a partially significant effect on work productivity. Work discipline has a partially positive and significant effect on work productivity. Leadership, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze HR Competency and Workload on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment to the Employee Scope of the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency. The data analysis technique used is associative research with the help of the SPSS program. This study uses path analysis. The sample in this study was 82 respondents. Primary data collection uses questionnaires. The results of the study show that (1) the human resource competency variable has a direct insignificant influence on organizational commitment, and a significant direct influence on employee performance, as well as a significant indirect influence on employee performance through organizational commitment in the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency. (2) The workload variable has a significant direct influence on organizational commitment, and an insignificant direct influence on employee performance, as well as a direct and significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment to the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency. (3) The variable of organizational commitment has a significant direct influence on the performance of employees at the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency.

Abstract

Through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 9 Medan, this study seeks to investigate how work motivation and training affect teacher performance. Teacher performance, which is impacted by a number of factors such as job motivation, job satisfaction, and training received, is a significant component in raising the quality of education. This study employs a survey method in conjunction with a quantitative approach. Eighty teachers at SMK Negeri 9 Medan were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data, which was then processed using the Smart PLS application. The study's findings demonstrate that job training significantly and favorably affects teachers' job happiness, which in turn improves their performance. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that work motivation influences teacher performance both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. This study advances knowledge about the significance of maintaining work motivation and developing competencies through training in enhancing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. In order to enhance teacher performance and job happiness, schools are advised to keep creating suitable training programs and fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini tujuannya ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana karyawan Divisi bagian logistic PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya dapat menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja mereka. Populasi dan sampel jenuh dari penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan karyawan Divisi bagian logistic PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya dengan populasi terdiri dari 38 orang. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan regresi linear berganda dan pendekatan asosiasi-kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dan SPSS 25. digunakan untuk pengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, secara parsial dan simultan. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Hubungan gaya kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan kepuasan kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah kuat, karena nilai R yang dihasilkan terletak di antara 54,2% dan sisanya diperngaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and supervision on teacher professionalism with motivation as an intervening variable in MTs. Muhammadiyah 3 Ranges. Furthermore, this research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. Based on the research results, it is known that the results of the validity test on variables X1, Furthermore, in the reliability test, the Cronbach's alpha value for each variable is greater than the specified significance value (X1 = 0.651, Z = 0.823, Y = 0.647 > 0.6), indicating that all items are reliable. Then the normality test shows that the value of Asymp.Sig. in the variables X1 = 0.19, The coefficient of determination test shows that the leadership, supervision, and motivation variables have an influence on the teacher professionalism variable of 0.475 or 47.5%.In the partial test, the Tcount results obtained for variables X1 = 4.188, X2 = 3.865, Z = 9.874 are greater than Ttable = 2.025. Shows that the dependent and intervening variables have a partial influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and work ethic on employee performance in the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of North Sumatra Province. The research method used in this study is using a quantitative model. The population in this study is all employees as many as 323 people at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of North Sumatra Province. The sampling technique uses probability sampling draw.The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary. The technical data analysis in this study was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS Application. The results of data analysis show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
