Abstract

This study focuses on individual characteristics and work environment to encourage increased employee performance at PT Siraj Badawi Cukup Rupiah, located in Cirebon Regency. The purpose of this study is to identify various factors that can improve employee performance. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach, with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study took the object of all permanent employees of PT. Siraj Badawi Cukup Rupiah, totaling 151 employees, was also used as a sample. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS software to test the regression model and the relationship between variables. The results showed that individual characteristics have a significant influence on employee performance, as well as the work environment, which also has a significant effect on employee performance. This study confirms that positive individual characteristics can create a more supportive work environment and increase work effectiveness. And it is expected to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between individual characteristics, work environment, and provide strategic implications for management in efforts to improve performance in the company.

Abstract

Employee labor productivity is a key component of organizational success, especially in manufacturing. This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and workload on employee labor productivity at PT Balagi. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to 134. The results of multiple regression analysis show that leadership style and workload have a significant effect on employee productivity. Effective leadership styles, especially transformational and participative leadership, can increase employee participation and productivity. Conversely, high workloads can reduce work efficiency if not managed properly. This realization suggests that businesses must optimize management strategies and workload management to improve employee productivity and good attendance.

Abstract

Research conducted at PT ΚΑΙ Persero DAOP 3 Cirebon focuses on empirical analysis of how work motivation and organizational commitment contribute to improving employee performance. This study applies a methodology based on a quantitative approach with associative problem formulation. This research aims as an observation in seeing the determinant factors that play a role in optimizing workforce performance. In this study, statistical analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to explore the cause-and-effect relationship between independent and dependent variables. The research sample consisted of 106 respondents selected from a population of 144 permanent employees, using the Slovin formula-based sampling technique with a significance level of 5%. The research findings confirmed that work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment is proven to have a positive impact on improving employee performance. These empirical findings confirm that the synergy between high levels of motivation and strong organizational commitment can create competitive employees and can improve the results oriented work climate. Furthermore, the implications of this research are expected to deepen the theoretical understanding of the relationship between the variables studied. Thus, this research can offer strategic recommendations for company management in formulating policies oriented towards increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Learning and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of KPPS (Polling Organizing Group) members in the implementation of the 2024 Election in Cirebon Regency. In the context of increasing challenges and complexities in the implementation of elections, strengthening human resource capacity through digital training and strengthening commitment to the organization is crucial. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 150 KPPS member respondents. The results of the analysis show that both E-Learning and Organizational Commitment partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of KPPS members. E-Learning has been shown to improve understanding of material and work efficiency, while Organizational Commitment encourages emotional involvement and moral responsibility for tasks. These findings indicate that the combination of technology-based training and internalization of organizational values can increase the effectiveness and professionalism of election organizers. This study suggests the importance of optimizing e-learning platforms and strengthening commitment strategies to support the success of future elections.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation , organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Regional Pelindo 2 Cirebon. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is employees of PT. Pelindo Regional 2 Cirebon consisted of 150 respondents and the sample used in this research was a saturated sample. Data were collected through a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, and then tabulated using statistical analysis with the SPSS computer program. The collected data will be analyzed in several stages, the first stage is testing the validity and reliability of the research instruments, testing classical assumptions, and finally multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of this research prove that the variables of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PT employees. Pelindo Regional 2 Cirebon, and its influence is positive. Employees who have good performance can make a significant contribution to achieving company goals. They will help increase productivity, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how burnout and work-life balance affect nurse performance at Cirebon Port Hospital. This study's methodology is quantitative, and its study population consists of 117 hospital-employed nurses. Using a saturated sample approach, all nurses participated in the survey. The survey with a Likert scale from 1 to 5 was used to gather data, and the statistical program SPSS was used for analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the impact of burnout and work life balance on nurse performance, as well as to validate the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Based on the findings, nurse performance is positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance. Burnout affects nurse performance negatively, however the effect is not statistically significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of independent variables, namely organizational climate variables, leadership style, organizational culture on innovation capabilities in PT. This research is a quantitative research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative/artistic data analysis, with the aim of testing hypotheses that have been set. Data were collected using questionnaires developed from indicators of each variable with a Likert scale of four choices of answers from strongly agree through instrument trials and fulfillment of validity and reliability, then questionnaires were distributed to employees who were respondents. The results of hypothesis testing and regression analysis in this study show that organizational climate, leadership, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the innovation capabilities of PT, while organizational culture has a negative effect. The research analysis and discussion conclude that employees with high innovation capabilities are valuable assets, driving positive change, new solutions, and improved efficiency within the company.

Abstract

In company, nothing succeeds if it does not have disciplined employees. Work Discipline guarantees the implementation of tasks in orderly and smooth manner so as achieve optimal results. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant relationship between the influence of work supervision, competence and motivation on the work discipline of rattan industry employees of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency. In this study the research approach used was quantitative approach with survey / questionnaire method, and the data was tested using multiple linear regression test. The sample in this study is employees of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency totaled 160 respondents. The findings show that the sig value for the effect of Work Supervision (X1) Work Discipline has a positive influence of Work Supervision (X1) Work Discipline (Y), then it is known that the sig value for the influence Competence (X2) on work discipline (Y) that there is no influence for Competence (X2) work discipline (Y), and it is known that the sig value for the influence Motivation (X3) on Work Discipline (Y) there is a positive influence for Motivation (X3) on work discipline (Y). Based on the data, Work Supervision, Competence, and Work Motivation The results of multiple linear regression analysis show significance, This means that there is a simultaneous and significant influence on Work Discipline. Therefore, the level of work discipline is positively influenced by effective work supervision, high level of competence, and strong work motivation towards the Work Discipline of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency.
