Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation , organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Regional Pelindo 2 Cirebon. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is employees of PT. Pelindo Regional 2 Cirebon consisted of 150 respondents and the sample used in this research was a saturated sample. Data were collected through a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire, and then tabulated using statistical analysis with the SPSS computer program. The collected data will be analyzed in several stages, the first stage is testing the validity and reliability of the research instruments, testing classical assumptions, and finally multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of this research prove that the variables of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PT employees. Pelindo Regional 2 Cirebon, and its influence is positive. Employees who have good performance can make a significant contribution to achieving company goals. They will help increase productivity, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how burnout and work-life balance affect nurse performance at Cirebon Port Hospital. This study's methodology is quantitative, and its study population consists of 117 hospital-employed nurses. Using a saturated sample approach, all nurses participated in the survey. The survey with a Likert scale from 1 to 5 was used to gather data, and the statistical program SPSS was used for analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the impact of burnout and work life balance on nurse performance, as well as to validate the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Based on the findings, nurse performance is positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance. Burnout affects nurse performance negatively, however the effect is not statistically significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of independent variables, namely organizational climate variables, leadership style, organizational culture on innovation capabilities in PT. This research is a quantitative research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative/artistic data analysis, with the aim of testing hypotheses that have been set. Data were collected using questionnaires developed from indicators of each variable with a Likert scale of four choices of answers from strongly agree through instrument trials and fulfillment of validity and reliability, then questionnaires were distributed to employees who were respondents. The results of hypothesis testing and regression analysis in this study show that organizational climate, leadership, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the innovation capabilities of PT, while organizational culture has a negative effect. The research analysis and discussion conclude that employees with high innovation capabilities are valuable assets, driving positive change, new solutions, and improved efficiency within the company.

Abstract

In company, nothing succeeds if it does not have disciplined employees. Work Discipline guarantees the implementation of tasks in orderly and smooth manner so as achieve optimal results. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant relationship between the influence of work supervision, competence and motivation on the work discipline of rattan industry employees of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency. In this study the research approach used was quantitative approach with survey / questionnaire method, and the data was tested using multiple linear regression test. The sample in this study is employees of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency totaled 160 respondents. The findings show that the sig value for the effect of Work Supervision (X1) Work Discipline has a positive influence of Work Supervision (X1) Work Discipline (Y), then it is known that the sig value for the influence Competence (X2) on work discipline (Y) that there is no influence for Competence (X2) work discipline (Y), and it is known that the sig value for the influence Motivation (X3) on Work Discipline (Y) there is a positive influence for Motivation (X3) on work discipline (Y). Based on the data, Work Supervision, Competence, and Work Motivation The results of multiple linear regression analysis show significance, This means that there is a simultaneous and significant influence on Work Discipline. Therefore, the level of work discipline is positively influenced by effective work supervision, high level of competence, and strong work motivation towards the Work Discipline of PT. Totum Diba, Cirebon Regency.
