Abstract

Some districts have reached the shoreline approximately 75 KM certainly have huge marine potentialand have the potential that has not been managed optimally and thus still require government attention andserious investors to handle. This study uses secondary data and qualitative methods with direct interviewswith fishermen and institutions associated with using SWOT Analysis and Test Litmust Test.The resultsshowed that the SWOT performed using 11 strategic issues, namely repair of structures and infrastructurescoastal and marine areas in accordance with the development potential and capacity of the environment,improving education and skills of coastal fishing communities, developing models and capture technology,setting the boundary zone of preservation , increase surveillance activities, support groups of fishermen inpartnering efforts, increase the production of processed products of fisheries, improving engineering capabilityutilization and management of coastal areas and the sea.This research concluded that by applying the rightstrategy and the cooperation of various parties, both institutions, financial institutions, private sector andcoastal fishing communities can raise the productivity of coastal fishing communities themselves that areexpected to improve the local revenue.

Abstract

Islamic bank as a business entity is required not only as a company that looking for a profit, but alsoperform the function and purpose as a Shariah entity that based on the concept of Maqasid al-Shariah. Everymuamalah or economic activity must be executed in accordance with the values and Islamic principles thatprovide flexibility, dynamism and creativity decision making. For companies, the welfare of shareholders,stakeholders and social environment are the goals that must be achieved, so that Maqasid al-Shariah becomea reference in making strategic decisions related to financial and investment aspects. In achieving corporateobjectives to improve performance, companies are encouraged to take action in the social dimension, namelythe concern for others by implementing of social responsibility programs and payment of zakat as religiouslymotivated companies in order to improve the performance of the company. The results showed that socialmotives are reflected in social responsibility influence the performance of Islamic banking improvement, aswell as religious motive reflected by payment of zakat effect to improved performance of Islamic banking.

Abstract

Abstract: The effectiveness of any organization including the business organization / company dependsdirectly on the effectiveness of the human resources work of the organization concerned. Human resourcedevelopment that focuses on the development of employee knowledge or knowledge resources is an importantrequirement for the company in exploring human resource capability to achieve company goals. Currentlyawareness of the importance of knowledge resources (knowledge) as the company’s intellectual capital toachieve competitive advantage is higher. Knowledge plays a very important role in the progress of thecompany. The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of knowledge sharing onperformance, competence to performance, and knowledge sharing and competence on performance at PT PosKota Ambon.

Abstract

The exchange rate will react against change of inflation and interest rate, at least there are three theories that explain the relationship between inflation, interest rate, and exchange rate, namely purchasing power parity, interest rate parity, and international fisher effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of purchasing power parity, interest rate parity, and international fisher effect on the Rupiah exchange rate against US Dollar. The populations in this research included inflation time series data, nominal interest rate, real interest rate, and Rupiah exchange rate. The data used in is secondary data form the inflation report, nominal interest rate, real interest rate, and Rupiah exchange rate quarterly. The independent variable used purchasing power parity, interest rate parity, and international fisher effect,the dependent variable used the Rupiah exchange rate against US Dollar. The result of this study indicated that the purchasing power parity, interest rate parity simultaneously had a significant influence on the exchange rate of Rupiah/US Dollar.

Abstract

Interest of investors in investing in the stock market is to get a rate of returnas an element of revenue. Given this background, this study was to determine the influence of ethical islamic return on investment and the value of the company, as well as the effect of the investment on firm value. The research was conducted on companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2012-2015. The results showed an increase in income of non-kosher will lower interest of investors to invest, increase the amount of revenue non-kosher will lower the value of the company, an increase in the deviation of investment according to Islamic principles have a negative significant effect to company value, and increasing the amount of income halal through investments based on the principle -prinsip sharia will enhance shareholder value.

Abstract

This study emphasizes that one concrete step in effort to develop sharia tourism is to pay attention to actual factors affecting the purpose of traveling in sharia tourism destinations in Malang. The study results showed that between motivation, cognitive goals, and service quality showed a relationship. Therefore, students would naturally intend to visit sharia tourism destinations. When tourism is needed by students in accordance with purpose of doing sharia tourism, then fulfilling this need will lead a tourist to bring up his attitude of loyalty to sharia tourism. Customer loyalty is very important for companies to maintain continuity of their business and activities. There is a fulfillment of tourists need if it is associated with sharia tourism destinations. This will increase the intention to visit sharia tourism destinations.

Abstract

The to'-oto’ a tradition is an event held by the community to return bhubuwan's money (money given at weddings). Each implemented certainly has different perceptions of to’-oto’ that have been entrenched. This is the main problem that researchers want to know. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenal research model to look deeper into the psychological meaning of an individual’s experience of the to’-oto’ tradition. The results showed that the tradition of to’-oto’ was perceived as a means of returning savings due to the necessities of life, a means of tightening the silaturrahim rope of both the head of the family in the village or outside the village, one form of “tasyakuran” (salvation) and as a form of tradition that the community runs.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/lw.v12i2.4149

Abstract

SMEs hope that their relationship with banks will provide them with ease in accessing capital and financing accordingly, with reasonable costs and conditions, where they expect a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship in the future. The loyalty of SMEs in using banking services, the length of their relationship and reciprocal relationship shows that SMEs benefit from this relationship. One key element in their relationship is mutual trust. The results of the research show that trust affects effective commitment (affective commitment). Social bonding to affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has a positive impact on behavioral intention. Attractive alternatives in their role of affective commitment and behavioral intention show that the variable attractive of alternative can strengthen the relationship of affective commitment and behavioral intention.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial women are those who run a business innovatively, they are also very confident, creative and able to achieve economic independence both individually and collectively with others and increase their active role in economic activities. Entrepreneurship that exists within individuals arises from objective realities that exist in society, which will continue to develop and interact and acculturate so that it will create a new identity for the person concerned so that this raises questions and needs to be studied more deeply about the process of significance in the process. the lessons that women entrepreneurs take towards their business success. This research was conducted in an effort to comprehensively reveal the existence of women entrepreneurs in their activities by using a qualitative approach in order to obtain deeper results. The way in which women entrepreneurs experience the learning process is found in terms of internal locus of control. Learning is important in entrepreneurship, because entrepreneurship reflects the complex interactions between individuals and business situations that are always changing.
