Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service is carried out as a form of social care and social responsibility towards the community. In this case, the charitable activities carried out in the village of Sumberbantas are collected through donations for orphans. Community service activities are carried out in the village of Sumber Brantas, one of the villages that supports the Raden Soerjo Tahura area. The area of Sumber Brantas village is 541,1364 Ha and is located at an altitude of 1,400 to 1,700 above sea level. Sumber Brantas Village is one of the last and continues to grow both economically and developmentally. The method used in this community service is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The purpose of this activity is not only to make charity activities for orphans as a starting point for steps towards maturity and to promote future social values, but also as a form of concern for others, especially orphans who are in trouble. This compensation activity can strengthen Muslim brotherhood and also foster a sense of social awareness and realize participation in religious activities in the community, increase social cohesion, congregation in the community and also grow mosques. If many people need other people and pay attention to other people's needs, then everyone who has needs can have their needs met. Keywords: Orphans, Caring, Sumber Brantas ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, kegiatan amal yang dilakukan di desa Sumberbantas dihimpun melalui santunan anak yatim piatu. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di desa Sumber Brantas, salah satu desa yang menjadi penyangga kawasan Tahura Raden Soerjo. Luas desa Sumber Brantas adalah 541.1364 Ha dan terletak pada ketinggian 1.400 hingga 1.700 dpl. Desa Sumber Brantas merupakan salah satu yang terakhir dan terus berkembang baik secara ekonomi maupun pembangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Tujuan kegiatan ini selain menjadikan kegiatan santunan anak yatim piatu sebagai titik tolak langkah menuju kedewasaan dan mengedepankan nilai-nilai sosial masa depan juga sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap sesama khususnya anak yatim piatu yang kesulitan.  Kegiatan santunan ini dapat mempererat ukhuwah umat Islam dan juga menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian sosial dan mewujudkan partisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan di masyarakat, meningkatkan kohesi sosial, berjamaah di masyarakat dan juga menumbuhkan masjid. Jika banyak orang membutuhkan orang lain dan memperhatikan kebutuhan orang lain, maka setiap orang yang memiliki kebutuhan dapat terpenuhi kebutuhannya.   Kata kunci: yatim piatu, kepedulian, Sumber Brantas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pembiayaan Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik pada lembaga keuangan syari’ah di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan NVivo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi kualitatif dengan pendekatan NVivo dan literature review. Teknik analisis data meliputi : (1) Memetakan  jumlah kode artikel berita berdasarkan analisa kualitatif  seperti pengertian, mekanisme, produk dan hukum, seputar “IMBT” menggunakan software NVivo 14; (2) Memetakan hasil visualisasi dengan diagram hierarki dan menguji korelasi hubungan antara artikel media menggunakan analisa kualitatif; (3) Memetakan topik penelitian dengan Worldcloud atau kumpulan kata yang sering dibahas pada artikel media ; dan (4) Menguji nilai signifikan antara artikel media untuk mengetahui besar atau kecilnya suatu korelasi seputar topik “IMBT”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa topik yang sering dibahas pada artikel media mengenai IMBT adalah pengertian dan mekanisme IMBT. Sedangkan topik yang jarang dibahas oleh artikel media mengenai IMBT adalah pengertian dan hukum. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukan studi pendekatan NVivo dan literatur review dapat menjadi rekomendasi untuk peningkatan literasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pembiayaan IMBT melalui artikel media.

Abstract

PKK savings and loans activities are an activity that flows from members' deposits or commonly called savings and money from member deposits will be turned into loans for members. The purpose of holding this savings and loans activity is to assist the community in flowing unused funds and assist the community in meeting the needs of the pressed or who are dependent on loan shark debt. In order to get deeper results, this study used the descriptive method of qualityf. Family Empowerment and Welfare or PKK rt 4 is located in rt 4 rw 12 Purwodadi village, Blimbing district, Malang City. The purpose of PKK rt 4 in the role of savings and loans is to reduce the community's dependence on loan sharks and provide business capital to small sector businesses that are still in the context of rt 4. The role of Savings and Loans in community economic empowerment, especially in reducing dependence on loan sharks, has been going well so some members have switched because the interest is lower than loan sharks and the interest itself will be distributed thoroughly to members in the form of Residual Business Results (SHU) at the end of the period.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy levels and financial attitudes on financial behavior and the moderating effect of the financial attitude variable. The study employed a questionnaire as a research method distributed to 75 respondents who are the organizers of the Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at UIN Malang, UM, and Ma Chung University. The analysis technique used Partial Least Square. The research results indicate that financial behavior is positively influenced by the financial literacy level variable, although it is not significant. On the other hand, the financial behavior variable is significantly positively influenced by the financial attitude variable. Moreover, the financial attitude variable, as a moderating variable, has a positive impact on the relationship between the financial literacy level variable and the financial behavior variable. Abstract

This research aims to determine capital management and evaluate the effectiveness of using the capital budget. In this research, the research location was carried out at the An-Nisa Sharia Consumer Cooperative, Batu City. The research subjects were cooperative administrators who served as chairman. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are used in interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the condition of cooperatives in capital management and evaluation of effectiveness in using the capital budget from the previous year to the present is in very good condition. The existence of monthly, quarterly, semester and annual reports makes it more optimal for monitoring and reporting the condition of the cooperative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of earning power, managerial ownership on earnings management, with investment decisions as a moderator. Telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021 are the sample of the study. Seven telecommunications businesses were collected for the research sample through the use of purposive sampling, and according to the required qualifications. The model used is quantitative research. The analysis carried out includes the use of descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and hypothesis testing. Data management for the study was carried out using SmartPLS 3 software. The findings of the investigation revealed that: (1) earning power had a negative and significant effect on earnings management, (2) earning power had a negative and insignificant effect on investment decisions, (3) investment decisions had a negative effect. and not significant to earnings management. (4) Investment decisions are not able to moderate the effect of earning power on earnings management. (5) Investment decisions are not able to moderate the effect of managerial ownership on earnings management.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the meaning of debt according to the people of Kampung Kauman who prefer moneylenders than banks as their source of credit. This qualitative research uses a case study. Primary data were obtained through interviews with residents of Kampung Kauman, Pasrepan Village, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which is located in an Islamic boarding school environment with a religious type of community. Secondary data in the form of details of the credit system to moneylenders. The sample used is saturated, i.e. all those who are credit members to loan sharks. Total informants numbered 21 of 30 households in Kauman Village. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of credit to loan sharks for the community in the study site environment is venture capital, a friendly place of association, mutual relief among credit members, and regarding usury laws on credit.

Abstract

In making a decision to buy shares in the stock market, an investor must know the analytical methods involved in stock investing. One of the methods used is technical analysis. This study aims to determine the comparison of stock returns generated using the Bollinger Band, Parabolic SAR, and Stochastic Oscillator indicators. This type of research is a quantitative approach with a comparative method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in order to obtain 14 companies. The results show that the indicators of Bollinger Band, Parabolic SAR, and Stochastic Oscillator can be used as guidelines in determining the buying and selling of stocks to get optimal returns.

Abstract

One of the strategic decisions in the company is related to dividend decisions. It becomes the basis for investors to invest in shares. Investors value income from dividends distributed by companies for more than income from capital gains. Investors prefer to receive payment now than future ones because they are faced with uncertainty. Regular dividend distribution indicates the company has bright prospects in the future. Accordingly, Dividends have a significant influence on the increase in share prices. Data were collected using the documentation method of 34 samples of the most liquid Islamic stocks listed on the IDX. This research uses the SPSS analysis technique and uses a partial test (t-test). The tests to determine the significance of each independent variable in influencing the dependent variable with a one-way test and using moderation regression to test and analyze the effect of dividends per share on stock prices, whether to strengthen/weaken the dependent variable. The study results found that profitability and solvency , as well as dividends, have a relationship with stock prices. The relationship between ROA and share prices as moderated by dividends is negative for stock prices. The relationship between ROE and share price, which is moderated by dividends, is positive but not significant. Dividends can significantly strengthen the DER relationship to the share price. In addition, dividends were able to strengthen DAR's relationship with share prices significantly.JEL: G11, G12, G41

Abstract

Objective: The study aims to explore the style of leadership of small business women by applying the theory of power competition to analyze competence influencing leadership in power SMEs competitiveness. Study will focus on the abilities for growth in a period longer than a profitability period short for SMEs. Ability growth is considered a fundamental factor for SMEs, so follow up a study about the influence of women in competence to SMEs performance growth. Research Design & Methods: A quantitative research (positivism). The research location is SMEs in Batu City with 98 respondents. Data analysis methods use validity, reliability, classic assumption, and hypothesis tests. Findings: The female leadership competencies with five dimensions (strategic visions, operation management, professional knowledge, hands-on experience, relationship building) have a positive and significant effect on performance from the perspective of consumers. Implications & Recommendations: The study is that it can provide an understanding of female leadership, that the spirit of competence within oneself needs to be developed so that the business that is built can progress and develop rapidly. Contribution & Value Added: The study expected to be able to provide information as a basis for consideration, support, and contribution of ideas to decision makers in an effort to be able to increase income and carry out business development.
