Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah produk berupa Buku cerita Dongeng Berbantuan Boneka Tangan Pada Kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan diadaptasi dari model four-D. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis oleh ketiga ahli yaitu: ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan ahli desain menunjukkan bahwa Buku cerita Dongeng Berbantuan Boneka Tangan memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rata-rata skor 0,86. Sedangkan hasil penelitian uji kepraktisan guru dan siswa yang terdiri dari 9 orang menunjukkan bahwa Buku cerita Dongeng Berbantuan Boneka Tangan memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan rata-rata skor 94,44%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku cerita dongeng berbantuan boneka tangan pada kelas II Sekolah Dasar memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and communication skills on the performance of high school teachers in North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study used multiple regression analysis with the classical least squares method (Ordinary Least Square), then assumption tests include; multicollinearity, heterokedasticity, autocorrelation, normally distributed. While the statistical hypothesis using the T test and F test. The results of the analysis of variable X1 obtained t-count = 2.644 and p-value = 0.027 / 2 = 0.013 <0.05, meaningful leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance. Then from the results of the analysis of variable X2 obtained t-count = 2.526 and p-value = 0.013 / 2 = 0.006 <0.05. In conclusion, communication skills have a positive effect on teacher performance. This study aims to describe the leadership style in SMA 5 Lubuklinggau, how the determinants of leadership style principles The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses this type of procedure to develop materials. The results of the study, the environment greatly affects the principal's leadership style, with a good environment can support the application of the principal's leadership style. Conclusion, that research is empirical, education and training, intelligence, skills and environment as capital for principals to be able to apply situational leadership styles, situational leadership styles are very relevant characters and personalities that are different from each other. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership and school principal communication on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The results of the study, through regression calculations, obtained the calculated F price of 9,246 while the F price of 5% table in db (53-2) was 4.11 and the F price of 1% table in db (53-2) was 7.35. So the relationship between participative leadership and principal communication together with teacher performance, is significant. In conclusion, there is an influence of participatory leadership and school principal communication with teacher performance. Keywords: Participatory Leadership, Communication, Teacher Performance

This study aims to manage quality document data based on information technology. The stages of this research method include; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with the waterfall model. The steps for developing a software model with a waterfall model are divided into 4 cycles, namely; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, 1) menu components and SOP submenus are feasible for use, 2) Standard Quality menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 3) quality manual menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 4) menu components and formuruclear submenus are suitable for use. In conclusion, the Quality Document SIM is feasible to use. The Quality Document Database Management Information System can assist LP3MP in managing data online, so that the LP3MP operator team can (input, process and output data) quickly, precisely and accurately. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan KIP kuliah, dan untuk mengetahui kendalanya selama program tersebut berjalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptit kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan studi literatur. Program kartu Indonesia pintar (KIP) kuliah adalah program pemerintah yang memberikan bantuan dana pendidikan yang ditujukan bagi para mahasiswa yang berlatar belakang ekonomi kurang mampu. Sampel peneltian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika angkatan 2020/2021 UNPARI, Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 16 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KIP kuliah sebagai sebuah kebijakan sosial telah memenuhi nilai kesamaan kesempatan dalam pendidikan sebagai salah satu instrumen penting kebijakan sosial, mahasiswa dari keluarga tidak mampu sangat terbantu, prestasi mahasiswa juga meningkat, tetapi disisi lain program KIP kuliah yang menerima bantuan belum sepenuhnya optimal untuk pemenuhan biaya kuliah, besaran dana KIP kuliah belum optimal, keterlambatan pencairan. Simpulan, kebijakan KIP kuliah telah dapat memerdekakan mahasiswa kurang mampu. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan, Kartu Indonesia Pintar

AbstractThis study aims to determine the social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade Students of SD Negeri 71 Lubuklinggau after the Think Pair and Share (TPS) Learning Model has been significanily completed. This research method uses experimental research methods with pre-test and post-test experimental designs. Sampling was taken from the total population considering that there is only one class population, so the population is the sample in the study, the sample used is saturated sampling while the sample in the study is class V students, totaling 24 Sludents. The instrument used by the researcher was in the form of essay guestions, which amounted to 8 guestions. Data collection was taken by using a test technigue. The data were analyzed using the "Z" test formula. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, then Z_count is consulted with Z_(table ) on the distribution list "Z" with a significant level = 0.05 so that the value of Z_count = 9 94 and the value of Z_(table) = 1.64 then Z_(count ) = 9,94 > Z_(table ) = 1.64 with this, then H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Think Pair and Share (TPS) Learning Model can complete the social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 71 Lubuklinggau.). AbstractThis study aims to determine the completion of social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Muara Rupit. The research method used is in the form of pre-experimental design with experimental design used in the form of one-group pre-test and post-test. In this study, one sample class was used, namely class V with 19 students. This means that all members of the population are sampled technique. The instrument used by the researcher was in the form of essay questions which collected 14 questions. Data collection was taken by using tests. The data were analyzed using the z-test formula. Based on the results of the data analysis test with a confidence level it ztounct = ztable 1,64. Because > thus, it can be concleded that the social studies learning outcomes of fifth grade students os SD Negeri 6 Muara Rupit after application of the STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) type cooperative learning model assisted by pop up book media on the social studies learning outcomes of class V SD Negeri 6 Muara Rupit significanty have been completed. keywords : STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions), pop up book, IPS study result

This study aims to determine the student's IPA learning outcomes after applying the Cooperativ Tipe JIGSAW model for class V SD Negeri Suka Menang. The method used is in the form of an experiment with an experimental design used one-group pre-test and post-test. In this study, one sample class was used, namely all fourth grade students of SD Negeri Suka Win, totaling 20 students. The data collection technique used is a test technique. The collected data were analyzed using the z-test. Based on the results of data analysis with a significant level of = 5% and dk = 19, it shows the magnitude of Zcount = 7,62 and Ztable = 1.64 (Zcount>Ztable). Thus, it can be concluded that the IPA learning outcomes of V grade students of SD Negeri Suka Menang after the implementation of the Cooperativ Tipe JIGSAW significantly completed. This study aims to develop a comic learning media design based on Qr Code. Testing the validity and practicality of Qr Code based comic media in Class III PPKn lessons at SD N 1 Marga Sakti. This type of research is Research and Development with a 4-D (Four-D) development model. The subjects of this study were media experts, linguist, material expert, teachers, third grade students at SD N 1 Marga Sakti. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the validity assessment conducted by the three experts, namely media experts who scored 0.76 with the classification "Quite high", linguists who scored 0.85 with the classification "High", and material experts who scored 0.84 with the classification “Tall”. These results shows that the Or Code-based comic learning media meets the valid criteria with an average score of 0.83. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the practicality assessment sheet for teachers and students show that the Qr Code-based comic learning media meets the practical criteria with an average score of 92%. Based on the results from the validity and practicality trials, it can be concluded that Qr Code-based comic media meets the validity and practical criteria and can be used in learning activities Keywords: PPKn, Qr Code, Learning Media, Development, Comics
