Abstract

Fitria Wati, Feri Susanto; The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of the customer’s financial statement information with the decision to grant financing in PT.  BPRS Safir Bengkulu. PT. BPRS Safir Bengkulu established to be superior and healthy in Bengkulu Province, provide benefits in economic development, especially people of Bengkulu province, providing professional services and trust in carrying out banking business, and become a business partner community, especially employers. From the results of research conducted showed that the relationship of customer’s financial statement with the decision to grant the provision of financing to PT. BPRS Safir Bengkulu from July 2014 through the month of September 2014 was not all indicators of the information has a significant relationship. Key words: Customer’s Financial Statement Information

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh kreativitas anak yang kurang berkembang, masih terbatasnya alat pendukung dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak dalam pembelajaran dan meningkatkan minat anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Pertiwi Duri. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian disetiap siklus bahwa kemampuan kreativitas anak dari siklus I yang umumnya kemampuan kreativitas anak masih terlihat rendah, pada siklus ke II mengalami peningkatan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa  melalui permainan pelepah pisang kemampuan kreativitas anak meningkat.

Abstract

Head lice (Pediculosis humanus capitis) is a parasite sticking on the scalp and in between the hair. It lives by laying its eggs on some strands of hair and sucking blood from the scalp, which results in itching, inflammation, restless sleep, and concentration degradation. Lice could also lower self-esteem. The infection may also lead to anaemia, which affects the learning pattern and cognitive function of children. However, the use of chemical insecticide may have a harmful effect. Therefore, this research tested three natural ingredients, namely garlic, black turmeric, and red betel vine, as the pediculicide. This research was aimed to find safe, natural ingredients to eliminate head lice while maintaining personal hygiene. It was an experimental research with Randomized Posttest Only Control Grup Design. This research's subject was 28 lice, which were grouped into seven treatments with four lice in each group. The seven treatments included the treatment by spraying garlic, black turmeric, and red betel vine solution. The concentration of those natural ingredients was determined at 8% and 16%. The control group was sprayed by using water. The finding showed the significance of black turmeric (p-value 0.000), garlic (p-value 0.000), and red betel vine (p-value 0.001) as the effective pediculicide. The effective concentration as pediculicide was a 16% solution.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi sejumlah 60 responden. Untuk analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dan perhitungan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang dihitung dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Berdasarkan jawaban kuesioner yang telah diolah dengan SPSS 21.0, hasil uji T dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi dan pada hasil uji F (secara simultan) diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan hasil anova. Jadi, lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dari perhitungan statistik diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) = 0,420 artinya besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi sebesar 42,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,0% (100 - 42,0%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Anchovies and squid are some of the most abundant fishery resources in Indonesian waters. There is an increase in the concentration of heavy metals such as lead in marine waters which is caused by industrial waste, both solid and liquid waste, so that marine biota such as anchovies and squid accumulate these heavy metals. The very high level of heavy metal toxicity can have adverse effects on public health. The aim of this study was to determine the lead content and determine the number of levels in dried anchovies and dried squid circulating in Sambu Market, Medan City. This research used the atomic absorption spectrophotometric method at a wavelength of 283.8 nm. The results showed that dried anchovies and dried squid contained lead with the highest levelsin dried anchovies was 7.04 mg/kg and the levels in dried squid were 6.65 mg/kg. The metal content of lead in dried anchovies and dried squid has exceeded the maximum standard set by the Indonesian National Standard (SNI Number 7387 of 2009), namely 0.3 mg/kg in fish and their processed products, while 1.5 mg/kg in mollusks.

Abstract

The aviation industry is one of the transportation sectors that has an important role in supporting community mobility and the economy of a country. PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk and PT AirAsia Indonesia are two airline companies in Indonesia that offer a variety of flight services with different market segmentations. The Indonesian aviation industry has experienced a negative impact due to Covid-19, where at the national level the flow of passengers from cargo has decreased quite fantastically from March 2020 to April 2020. Not only at the national level these two airlines also experienced a decrease in the number of passengers during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021, causing these two airlines to experience a significant decrease in revenue and profit in that period which had an impact on the ability of these two airlines to meet financial obligations and maintain their financial performance. This study attempts to assess the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk and PT AirAsia Indonesia by using Liquidity Ratio analysis which includes Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Cash Turnover Ratio and Inventory to Net Working Capital, with data taken from financial statements for the 2019-2023 period. Both airlines experienced a significant decline based on five main financial ratios. The liquidity ratios of both companies are low which indicates difficulty in meeting short-term obligations.

It aimed at finding out and describing the planning, implementation, and the students’ learning outcomes in learning Social Science through the model.
