Abstract

Promosi jabatan merupakan suatu yang penting bagi jenjang karir seorang karyawan. Dengan mendapatkan promosi, maka karyawan tersebut dapat mengembangkan karirnya dari posisi sebelumnya. Saat ini PT. XYZ belum mempunyai metode pendukung keputusan yang tepat dalam penentuan promosi jabatan karyawan, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan subjektif, oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membantu PT. XYZ dalam menemukan metode pendukung keputusan yang tepat agar diperoleh keputusan yang objektif dengan melakukan perbandingan. Adapun metode yang dibandingkan yaitu metode weighted product dan profile matching. Pengujian menggunakan pendekatan confusion matrix. Hasilnya metode weighted product memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dari metode profile matching dalam tingkat akurasi 95%, presisi 100%, dan recall 75%.

Abstract

Ar-Rasyid Islamic Hospital is an organization in the health sector that supports the health of the people of Palembang City. The increase in hospitals causes stakeholders to choose the best choice among other hospitals. Therefore, hospitals must have a strategy to provide maximum service to stakeholders by implementing a customer relationship management model. With the website-based CRM modeling at the Ar-Rasyid Palembang Islamic Hospital, this is a recommendation for maintaining and increasing patient loyalty. One of them is modeling at the CRM level, where market segmentation is carried out for all groups of patients by means of service automation such as customer service, FAQs, criticism of suggestions, questionnaire polling data using the Community Satisfaction Index, and parts of it, so that it can survive during business competition. After conducting research, it was found that there was an increase in the quality of hospital services because the average per element was on the verge of 80–90%, which had a very good A value. In the context of CRM, this index helps identify the success or failure of CRM modeling in meeting customer needs and expectations. Through CRM modeling with SMIs, companies can identify factors that contribute to customer retention. By understanding customer needs and preferences through the Community Satisfaction Index. With this CRM modeling, it can maintain the existence of the hospital business in the long term and ensure that patients do not switch to competitors.

Abstract

Indonesia is ranked 77th in the world in electronic-based government systems, especially the City of Plembang is ranked 89th regarding the evaluation of smart city improvement in Indonesia. One of the latest applications used in the past year is the SIDEMANG application, which is an information system that has the use and purpose of facilitating access to administrative services related to personal and agency licensing files online at the village and sub-district levels in Palembang city, but this is also not free from obstacles, especially internet signals. Therefore, an analysis is needed related to the implementation of Information Systems, to assess the success of applications that have been implemented, especially government digital services. DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model is used, to see the significant factors that cause the success of Information System implementation. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative because the data collected is in the form of numbers and will be analyzed using the SmartPLS application statistical technique, using a sample size of 97 respondents. The results showed that the information quality factor was not significant to the intention or use of the application, the system quality factor was not significant to the intention or use of the application, the system quality factor was not significant to user satisfaction, the service quality factor was not significant to user satisfaction. Recommendations for the Palembang City Communication and Information Office are related to the evaluation and improvement of the SIDEMANG application using the DeLone and McLean Model analysis. In particular, improvements to the quality of information that can influence citizens to use the application, improvements to the quality of the system that can invite and satisfy users in using the application, and improvements to service quality factors on citizen satisfaction.

Abstract

PLN, as Indonesia’s electricity utilities company, upholds AKHLAK values, where every employees must innovate in doing their work. The purpose of this research is to analyze the extent of the role of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior with knowledge sharing as the mediation variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM modeling assisted with Smart-PLS application with 70 employees as respondents by distributed questionnaires.  The outcome implies that transformational leadership and knowledge sharing have a significant influence on innovative work behavior, as well as knowledge sharing partially mediates between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. Future research is expected to discuss other leadership variables that are in accordance with the prevailing trends and wider research objects.

Abstract

PISA adalah penilaian tingkat internasional yang diselenggarakan setiap tiga sekali untuk menguji kemampuan akademis siswa yang berusia 15 tahun. Tujuan PISA adalah untuk menguji dan membandingkan prestasi anak-anak sekolah di seluruh dunia. Nilai PISA Indonesia di tahun 2018 masih rendah untuk ketiga bidang yang dinilai, yaitu: Matematika, Sains, dan Membaca. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan metode pembelajaran yang mampu memotivasi belajar siswa, terutama di bidang STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). Salah satu metode kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa adalah dengan memberikan pengenalan konsep dan praktik pemrograman komputer untuk diterapkan di bidang matematika, fisika, dan kimia. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan belajar siswa sebesar 15.00% (N-Gain) meskipun secara keseluruhan hasilnya masih belum signifikan. Meskipun demikian hasil evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan cukup memuaskan dengan nilai sebesar 84.91% (Skala Likert). Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa pendekatan pemrograman komputer untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di bidang STEM cukup menjanjikan. Kata Kunci: PISA, STEM, Pemrograman Komputer

Abstract

Tahun 2024 merupakan era digital dimana perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi di dunia semakin pesat, termasuk di Indonesia dimana masyarakat semakin memanfaatkan teknologi dalam berbagai aktivitas termasuk membaca. Salah satu industri baca yang mengalami perubahan digital tersebut adalah komik, yang melahirkan istilah baru seperti "komik digital”. Salah satu aplikasi yang menawarkan berbagai jenis komik digital adalah LINE Webtoon, layanan komik digital asal Korea Selatan dan diluncurkan oleh LINE Corporation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode UTAUT dalam menganalisis apakah minat baca aplikasi komik digital Webtoon di kalangan remaja Indonesia berusia 18-30 tahun dipengaruhi oleh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence dan facilitating condition. Hasil analisis menggunakan tools SmartPLS, menyatakan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan social influence berpengaruh terhadap minat baca. Sedangkan facilitating conditions tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

In this modern era, the use of technology in various fields of life is growing, especially in the financial sector such as digital payments. Digital payments are transactions made via the internet with various forms or electronic payment applications. This research utilizes one of the e-wallet applications, namely the DANA Application. As one of the digital payment applications, DANA's service quality is an important factor in competing with various e-wallet applications or other competitive digital payment applications, sentiment analysis of massive amounts of incoming review data is needed to understand user perceptions and satisfaction levels in order to help companies in decision making. This research analyzes 69632 user review data from May 1 to June 28, 2024, then classifies reviews into positive, negative, and neutral reviews based on aspects to find out the dominant aspects in the review data, as for the aspects determined in this study are mobile applications, interfaces, service performance, and security. This research compares various classification method algorithms to determine the performance of the model, the comparison results show that the Random Forest algorithm has the best performance of other algorithms studied based on evaluation metrics with accuracy 0.82, precision 0.82, recall 0.82, f1_score 0.82, AUC-ROC 0.92, and Cross Validation Mean Accuracy 0.822. This research is expected to produce useful and computerized knowledge extraction and provide perceptual understanding, user satisfaction, and insight into the most effective algorithms which can then help companies in making decisions in the future.

Abstract

The widespread accessibility of the internet via smartphones, laptops, and tablets, along with the convenience of carrying these devices anywhere, has transformed social media from merely a communication tool into a key source of information. Instagram, in particular, focuses on visual aesthetics. Many government agencies in Indonesia now have Instagram accounts to engage with the public, as social media-especially Instagram-is increasingly viewed as a popular platform for information dissemination across various demographic groups. One such agency is the South Sumatra Provincial Food Crop and Horticulture Agriculture, which operates under the Instagram handle @pertaniantph.sumsel. However, engagement with their Instagram community remains low, as seen from the limited number of likes and comments on their posts. To investigate the factors contributing to this issue, a study was conducted using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model, gathering data from 516 questionnaire respondents who follow the @pertaniantph.sumsel account. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS, revealing that Behavioral Intention significantly impacts Usage Behavior, Effort Expectancy significantly affects Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Conditions influence Usage Behavior, Habit has a significant impact on Behavioral Intention, Hedonic Motivation affects Behavioral Intention, and Social Influence also plays a key role in shaping Behavioral Intention.

Abstract

The use of social media has become a key strategy in business development in the era of information technology. Rooftopin Café utilizes social media to build relationships with customers; however, its impact on customer loyalty remains uncertain. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, service quality, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 respondents—customers who have visited Rooftopin Café in Palembang and follow the Instagram account @rooftopin.nesia. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results show that promotion, service quality, and e-WOM have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, indicating complementary mediation. This implies that service quality affects customer loyalty not only directly but also indirectly through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesia is experiencing rapid technological development, especially in the use of the internet and editing platforms like CapCut. These platforms enable video editing on various devices; however, user satisfaction is not always guaranteed due to individual differences in experience. This research aims to identify user sentiment towards the CapCut application based on aspects, using an Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) approach supported by Machine Learning algorithms for the aspect-based sentiment classification task. The algorithm used in the classification process is Support Vector Machine. The data used are reviews of the CapCut application from the Google Play Store, with a total of 22,668 data points. The results show that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm performs well in each aspect, with accuracy values of 0.88 for the feature aspect and 0.87 for the user experience aspect. The results of knowledge extraction are obtained in the form of XML, which contains user sentiment information on two main aspects: features and user experience.
