Abstract

Indonesia is ranked 77th in the world in electronic-based government systems, especially the City of Plembang is ranked 89th regarding the evaluation of smart city improvement in Indonesia. One of the latest applications used in the past year is the SIDEMANG application, which is an information system that has the use and purpose of facilitating access to administrative services related to personal and agency licensing files online at the village and sub-district levels in Palembang city, but this is also not free from obstacles, especially internet signals. Therefore, an analysis is needed related to the implementation of Information Systems, to assess the success of applications that have been implemented, especially government digital services. DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model is used, to see the significant factors that cause the success of Information System implementation. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative because the data collected is in the form of numbers and will be analyzed using the SmartPLS application statistical technique, using a sample size of 97 respondents. The results showed that the information quality factor was not significant to the intention or use of the application, the system quality factor was not significant to the intention or use of the application, the system quality factor was not significant to user satisfaction, the service quality factor was not significant to user satisfaction. Recommendations for the Palembang City Communication and Information Office are related to the evaluation and improvement of the SIDEMANG application using the DeLone and McLean Model analysis. In particular, improvements to the quality of information that can influence citizens to use the application, improvements to the quality of the system that can invite and satisfy users in using the application, and improvements to service quality factors on citizen satisfaction.

Abstract

Tahun 2024 merupakan era digital dimana perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi di dunia semakin pesat, termasuk di Indonesia dimana masyarakat semakin memanfaatkan teknologi dalam berbagai aktivitas termasuk membaca. Salah satu industri baca yang mengalami perubahan digital tersebut adalah komik, yang melahirkan istilah baru seperti "komik digital”. Salah satu aplikasi yang menawarkan berbagai jenis komik digital adalah LINE Webtoon, layanan komik digital asal Korea Selatan dan diluncurkan oleh LINE Corporation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode UTAUT dalam menganalisis apakah minat baca aplikasi komik digital Webtoon di kalangan remaja Indonesia berusia 18-30 tahun dipengaruhi oleh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence dan facilitating condition. Hasil analisis menggunakan tools SmartPLS, menyatakan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan social influence berpengaruh terhadap minat baca. Sedangkan facilitating conditions tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

One of the famous online transportation mobile applications in Indonesia is Maxim. The Maxim mobile application itself has been downloaded by 50 million users and has 1.94 million active application users in the world per week. Based on this data, an application retention rate of 3.88% per week was obtained. It can be said that the application retention rate is still low. One of the reasons for a low retention rate or a decrease in the number of loyal users is poor user experience. Therefore, analysis is needed using a user experience approach, so the user satisfaction model is an appropriate approach. This research aims to analyze user satisfaction factors for online transportation mobile applications with the adoption of the EUCS and UTAUT models. The use of this model includes the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, and user satisfaction in the EUCS model with the variable performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention contained in the UTAUT model. The data obtained was analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this study stated that the variables of content, ease of use, and timeliness had a significant effect on user satisfaction, while accuracy and format had no significant effect. In addition, the variables performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have a significant effect on behavioral intention, while facilitating conditions show no significant influence on behavioral intention.

Abstract

LinkedIn functions as a job search site. LinkedIn users are spread across various regions of Indonesia including Palembang City. Based on ratings on the Play Store, LinkedIn has the lowest rating compared to similar job search applications and a search on LinkedIn by entering Palembang City as a location shows the number of users in Palembang City is lower than other cities. In user reviews there are complaints about verification issues that cause displeasure and rejection of the use of this application. To find out what factors influence acceptance and use of LinkedIn, it is necessary to analyze these factors. This research was conducted by testing several constructs in the UTAUT 2 model. The data analysis technique used is the PLS-SEM analysis approach. The results showed that facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and habit affect behavioral intention. On the other hand, facilitating conditions and habit affect use behavior.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin canggih, keterlibatan publik dalam media sosial pemerintah menjadi krusial. Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah mempengaruhi partisipasi mereka, di mana kepercayaan yang rendah dapat mengakibatkan penurunan partisipasi dan keengganan untuk menerima informasi dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan publik di platform media sosial YouTube Diskominfo Palembang, termasuk durasi video, panjang judul, loop dialog, jenis konten, dan valensi emosional. Dengan menganalisis 148 video dari akun YouTube @diskominfopalembang, analisis regresi binomial negatif menunjukkan bahwa durasi video, panjang judul, dan jenis konten secara signifikan memengaruhi keterlibatan publik. Durasi video dan panjang judul berdampak positif pada jumlah suka dan penayangan, sedangkan jenis konten pendidikan dan dokumenter berpengaruh negatif pada jumlah suka. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti durasi video, panjang judul, loop dialog, jenis konten, dan valensi emosional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi publik dalam video YouTube.

Abstract

DISKOMINFO OKU Regency provides recommendations for the establishment of telecommunication towers. Then do the planning and arrangement of telecommunication towers. However, this is still done manually based on map visualization in printed books, so when changes occur, you have to reprint the book, and you have to re-plan with Microsoft Excel, which makes the process more difficult and time consuming. In addition, there is no digital tower information service causing a lack of information for tower providers, so that the construction of towers has not been properly organized. So the solution to this problem is to build a system that can manage data, can map telecommunication towers and can plan the need for shared towers for the next 5 years by taking into account population, cellular service users, traffic requirements, number of BTS and tower coverage radius, and can provides information on checking coordinates by applying the haversine method which is useful so that the construction of new towers can be properly arranged in the system, where the system is made based on a website with a design using the waterfall method. The results of this study are an application that can assist the process of planning and arrangement of towers, both visual maps, tower requirements, checking coordinates and so on, which is done computerized.

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip surat keluar di Kelurahan Plaju Darat masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering menimbulkan masalah seperti pencarian arsip yang lama, risiko kehilangan dokumen, penomoran tidak tertib, dan keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan. Kondisi ini menghambat pelayanan administrasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan aplikasi e-arsip berbasis web untuk meningkatkan ketertiban, efisiensi, dan kecepatan pengelolaan arsip. Mitra kegiatan adalah aparatur kelurahan dan perangkat RT/RW dengan 35 peserta pelatihan. Pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, uji coba aplikasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Proses dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD, dan praktik langsung. Hasil menunjukkan aplikasi berhasil diterapkan dan digunakan aktif. Secara kualitatif, sistem mempercepat pencatatan, meningkatkan ketertiban data, serta memudahkan pencarian dan pelaporan. Secara kuantitatif, waktu pencarian surat turun dari ±30 menit menjadi kurang dari 1 menit, kesalahan pencatatan berkurang signifikan, dan setidaknya tiga aparatur telah menguasai seluruh prosedur aplikasi. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas digital aparatur, modernisasi administrasi kelurahan, mendukung SDGs 9, serta berkontribusi pada pencapaian IKU perguruan tinggi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen pelanggan terhadap ulasan produk pada toko Nyemil.Saji di platform Tokopedia dengan menerapkan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan ambiguitas antara isi ulasan teks dan rating bintang yang dapat menimbulkan kesulitan dalam menilai kualitas produk secara objektif. Data ulasan pelanggan dikumpulkan melalui teknik web scraping dan diproses menggunakan tahapan text preprocessing (case folding, cleansing, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, dan normalisasi), diikuti dengan representasi fitur Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Sebanyak 2.826 ulasan pelanggan dianalisis dalam penelitian ini untuk memastikan keakuratan model. Model SVM digunakan sebagai algoritma klasifikasi utama untuk menentukan kategori sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SVM menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 96% dengan nilai precision dan recall tertinggi pada sentimen netral, sedangkan F1-score tertinggi diperoleh pada sentimen positif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan Nyemil.Saji cenderung memberikan ulasan yang netral hingga positif terhadap produk yang dibeli, yang menandakan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang baik terhadap kualitas rasa dan pelayanan pengiriman.

Abstract

E-learning includes learning methods that use information technology and can be accessed via the internet, making it possible to learn remotely without face-to-face meetings. E-learning functions to implement knowledge management practices, especially in sharing knowledge. Studies on various knowledge-sharing factors influencing the adoption of e-learning in the post-pandemic context are still limited in the existing literature. Therefore, this study has the objective of developing an Expectation Confirmation Model by taking into account the factors of knowledge sharing (communication openness, personal trust, sharing motivation, use of technology, and perceptions of ease of use of technology) to test the viability of using e-learning, especially at Srivijaya University. This study uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the validity of the developed model. Study data was collected from active students at Sriwijaya University who used or are currently using e-learning in lectures. The results of this study show that knowledge sharing factors, including openness of communication, personal trust, motivation to share, usefulness of technology, and perceived ease of use of technology, are important factors in determining the continued use of e-learning services at Sriwijaya University.

Abstract

E-learning adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sistem pembelajaran. Fungsi e-learning menerapkan praktik manajemen pengetahuan (KM). Beberapa penelitian telah menyelidiki faktor-faktor tertentu yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pembelajaran melalui pembelajaran daring. Namun, kajian tentang faktor manajemen pengetahuan yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan adopsi e-learning pada masa transisi pascapandemi relatif baru dan belum dilaporkan dalam literatur yang ada. Oleh karena itu, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) dengan faktor KM (acquisition, sharing, implement and protection) untuk menguji keberlanjutan penggunaan e-learning khususnya di Universitas Sriwijaya. . Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk memvalidasi model yang dikembangkan. Data dikumpulkan dari 267 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Sriwijaya yang menggunakan atau sedang menggunakan e-learning dalam perkuliahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor manajemen pengetahuan, dalam hal ini knowledge acquisition (KA), knowledge sharing (KS), knowledge application (KAP), dan knowledge protection (KP), merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberlangsungan penggunaan layanan. e-learning di Universitas Sriwijaya.
