Abstract

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy implemented by the company. This research was conducted at Villa Desamuda Seminyak. The subjects in this study were department head managers and customers, totaling 14 people. This research was tested using SWOT analysis, namely by identifying various internal and external factors of the company, namely analysis of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which were then formulated in the SWOT Diagram and SWOT Matrix. From the results of the analysis on the SWOT Diagram it appears that the position of Villa Desamuda Seminyak is located in Quadrant II which is described as a growth position, where internal factors total (2.68 – 2.97) therefore, appropriate strategies and results are needed to increase the guest house by increasing market development, market penetration and product development. As well as facing several opportunities and having various strengths that push to get these opportunities and it is recommended to carry out the SO, ST, WO, WT strategy. Strategies that can be implemented by companies are always issuing promotional packages and disseminating this information to anticipate more attractive offers from competitors, such as working with travel agents, updating information technology through digital marketing such as honeymoon packages, wedding packages, and promotions. meeting room.

Abstract

The development of employee job satisfaction will affect their attitudes and enthusiasm at work so that company goals are achieved. The phenomenon in this study is how the influence of transformational leadership (X1) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency, how is the influence of financial influence (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency, what is the effect of leadership transformation and financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency and its independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency. The population in this study was 44 people and the sample in this study was 43 people. This study used simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test analysis, determination analysis and dominant test. The conclusions obtained are leadership transformation (X1) which has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency, Financial compensation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency. The magnitude of the influence of transformational and financial leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Jaya Kerti in Badung Regency is 63.9% and the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on job satisfaction can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta, which is the transformational leadership variable (X1), which is equal to 0.444.

Abstract

Work performance is something that needs to be considered in a company, because the better employee performance can have an impact on the success of a company. The problems raised in this study are whether communication (X1) affects employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital, does the work environment (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu General Hospital Tabanan, how much influence does communication and work environment have on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital and which independent variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital. The population in this study amounted to 76 people. This study uses the population as a sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, and determination analysis. The results of the analysis show the regression model Y = 1.309 + 0.257 (X1) + 0.564 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that communication (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital as indicated by the regression coefficient b1X1 which is positive. The work environment (X2) partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital, this can be seen in the b2X2 coefficient which is positive. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at Bhakti Rahayu Tabanan General Hospital is 64.8% and the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta, namely the communication variable (X1), which is equal to 0.257, while the work environment variable (X2) is equal to 0.564.

Abstract

Improving employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, work environment, workload and work ethic are things that every company must pay attention to. The purpose of this study is to: 1) ascertain how the workplace environment affects workers' performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction,         2) Analyze how employee performance is affected by workload at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 3) Find out how the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction's employees do in relation to their work ethic, 4) knowing the magnitude of the influence of the work environment, workload and work ethic on the performance of Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction employees. This study employs a quantitative methodology with a 70 employee sample size. Stratified random sampling is the method used in the sampling process. Multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, determination analysis, validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests are the analysis approaches that are employed. The research results show Y = 5.646 + 0.233X1 + 0.354X2 + 0.213X3. The study's findings allow for the following conclusions: 1) The work environment has a positive influence on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 2) Work load has a positive influence on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 3) Work ethic has a positive influence on employee performance on Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction, 4) Work environment (X1) and workload (X2) and work ethic (X3) on employee performance (Y) on Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction is 24.3% while the remaining 75.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

In recent years, Japanese food has become one of the growing trends in Bali. Japanese restaurants offer a variety of Japanese cuisine, and also present an authentic gastronomic experience for local and tourist visitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Price and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at Sushi on The Street Badung. This study applies a quantitative descriptive research method. The Sampling Determination Technique used in this study is the purposive sampling research method. The research analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is consumers or customers of SOS Sushi on The Street Badung who are 17 years old and over who are considered capable of providing information in accordance with the existing facts. The results of the study indicate that 1. Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) SOS Sushi on The Street Badung, 2. Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) SOS Sushi on The Street Badung, 3. Customer Experience (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) SOS Sushi on The Street Badung and 4. The most dominant independent variable influencing customer satisfaction at SOS Sushi on The Street is Product Quality (X1)

Abstract

Sejauh mana suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan berhasil mencapai visi, tujuan, dan sasaran organisasi disebut dengan employee performance. Work ethic , keterlibatan pegawai, dan personality merupakan faktor yang harus diperhatikan dan diterapkan oleh pegawai untuk meningkatkan employee performance di lingkungan pekerjaan umum dan badan pengatur. Hal ini didasarkan pada dorongan dan kemampuan pegawai untuk mengubah tanggung jawab atau pekerjaannya dalam upaya meningkatkan employee performance. Ruang di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) pengaruh work ethic  terhadap employee performance pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar; 2) dampak keterikatan karyawan terhadap employee engagement pada departemen yang sama; dan 3) pengaruh personality terhadap employee performance di dinas Kota Denpasar. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar, serta empat faktor lain yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Dalam penelitian ini, sampelnya berjumlah 58 pekerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan disebut stratified sampling. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, koefisien beta, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, model regresinya adalah Y = 0,350X1 + 0,276X2 + 0,411X3. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah employee performance dipengaruhi secara positif oleh work ethic. Kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh employee engagement. Employee engagement dipengaruhi secara positif oleh personality. Karena variabel personality mempunyai nilai koefisien yang paling tinggi diantara variabel lainnya yaitu sebesar 0,409 maka berpengaruh dominan terhadap employee performance pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

In order to improve employee performance at The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Legian, Kuta Bali, every organization needs to consider competence, emotional stability, and perception. The aim of this research is to ascertain the impact of competence, emotional stability, and perception on employee performance and to find out the independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at The Bandha Hotel & Suites Legian, Kuta Bali. There were eighty two individuals in the sample. Using the probability sampling method. Data collection uses the Likert scale. The t-test, beta coefficient test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, validity and reliability test, and other techniques were employed in the analysis. Competence positively and significantly influenced on employee performance, according to the study's findings, which had a regression of 0.453 and a < gis value of 0.05. Employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by emotional stability, as evidenced by a regression of 0.595 and a < sig value of 0.05. Employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by perception, as evidenced by a regression of 0.337 and a < sig value of 0.05. The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Legian, Kuta Bali has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance, according to the t-test results, which were derived from 5,219 > t table 1.66. Since the emotional stability variable has the highest beta coefficient value when compared to other variables, its results from the beta coefficient test have a greater influence than those of the other variables.
