Abstract

Abstrak : Waduk Bili-Bili direncanakan dengan usia guna efektif 50 tahun. Saat ini masih tersisa umur efektif 31 tahun berdasarkan kapasitas tampungan mati. Pada studi ini dilakukan beberapa analisis, yaitu analisis sedimentasi waduk, analisis penanganan sedimen, analisis manfaat ekonomi air waduk yang berupa manfaat dari air baku, PLTA, dan irigasi, analisis ekonomi serta analisis efektifitas kegiatan pengerukan berdasarkan empat simulasi alternatif waktu pengerukan sedimen dan peggunaan kapal keruk yang direncanakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alternatif eksisting dapat meningkatkan usia guna 5 tahun menjadi 36 tahun, dengan nilai IRR 12,460 sedangkan alternatif 1 dapat meningkatan usia guna 6 tahun menjadi 37 tahun dengan nilai IRR 11,667, sedangkan alternatif 2 dapat meningkatkan usia guna 10 tahun menjadi 41 tahun dengan nilai IRR 9,836 sedangkan alternatif 3 dapat meningkatkan usia guna 15 tahun menjadi 46 tahun dengan nilai IRR sebesar 9,236%. Kata Kunci : Waduk Bili-Bili, Sedimentasi Waduk, Pengerukan Sedimen, Analisis Ekonomi. Abstract: Bili-Bili reservoirs was planned effective life design for 50 years. In this study made several analysis, that are the analysis of reservoir sedimentation, sediment handling, economic benefits of water reservoirs, benefits from hydropower, irrigation, and the effectiveness of dredging. The activities of dredging was planned simulation time and dredger addition. The analysis showed that the existing alternative can increase the life desgin of reservoir up to 5 years being 36 years and it’s have 12,460 IRR value , the first alternative can increase the useful life of reservoir up to 6 years being 37 years and it’s have 11,667 IRR value, the second alternative can increase the useful life of reservoir up to 10 years being 41 years and it’s have 9,836 IRR value, the third alternative can increase the useful life of reservoir up to 15 years being 46 years and it’s have 9,236 IRR value. Keywords: Bili-Bili Reservoir, Sedimentation of Reservoir, Dredging Sediment, Reservoir economic analysis.

Abstract

Cisadane River is the largest river whose overflow often causes flooding in several locations in South Tangerang City. One of them is located in Pesona Serpong Housing, Setu District, South Tangerang City. The Cisadane Environmental Echo Community (GEMALA) is a community that cares about the sustainability of the Cisadane River. This community service aims to improve understanding of river maintenance and socialize the IoT-based Early Warning System (EWS) tool to the GEMALA community as an early flood detection tool. The method used is to use an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 which will measure the water level of the river and will send a signal via the Telegram messaging application. At the end of this activity, an IoT-based Early Warning System (EWS) tool was produced that could be utilized by the GEMALA community as an early flood detection tool.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada adalah bahwa Daerah Irigasi (DI) Wariori tidak mampu beroperasi secara baik, sehingga lahan-lahan pertanian yang sudah direncanakan, tidak dapat diairi dengan optimal dan menjadi lahan tidur. Beberapa bangunan irigasi seperti bangunan bagi dan sadap mengalami kerusakan ringan, sedang maupun rusak berat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk melakukan perencanaan desain bangunan bagi  sadap di DI. Wariori khususnya di saluran primer. Perencanaan bangunan pada saluran primer terdapat 10 bangunan bagi sadap. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara primer dan sekunder dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Metode yang dipakai adalah perhitungan pintu sorong untuk desain bangunan bagi sadapnya. Hasil dari curah hujan rencana dengan kala ulang 100 tahun adalah 205.20 mm/hari. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan debit untuk mengairi areal seluas 3450 ha adalah 4,51 m3/detik. Pada bangunan bagi di ruas BMJ.1 memiliki lebar pintu rencana 1 meter, bangunan bagi BMJ.2 memiliki lebar pintu rencana 1,1 m , 0,3 m dan 0,7 m. Bangunan bagi sadap BMJ 4 memiliki lebar pintu rencana 0,6 m dan 1,1 m. Bangunan bagi sadap BMJ 6 memiliki lebar pintu rencana 0,8 m. Bangunan bagi sadap BMJ 8 memiliki lebar pintu rencana 1,25 m dan 0,5 m. Bangunan bagi sadap BMJ 10 memiliki lebar pintu rencana 0,4 m dan bangunan bagi sadap BMJ.11 memiliki lebar pintu rencana 0,6 m.

Abstract

Kasemen District, Serang City, was one of the irrigation areas that experienced drought and became the focus of this community service. The lack of irrigation water is one of many factors that cause agricultural land in Kasemen District to switch functions. With the existence of several PKM activities such as field surveys, socialization, counseling on the operation and maintenance of irrigation sluice gates, it aims to increase community knowledge in the operation and maintenance of irrigation sluice gates. This activity encourages residents to be more concerned about river sustainability so that Cibomo Village's water needs can be met. The irrigation sluice gates are maintained as a result of this activity, and the Karya Tani Group's understanding of sluice gate operations and maintenance improves. Local residents are expected to become more concerned about the irrigation area environment as a result of the Karya Tani Group's increased understanding, particularly regarding the pattern of operation and maintenance of sluice gates.

Abstract

Flooding in DKI Jakarta Province has become a routine that occurs every year. One of the causes of flooding in Jakarta is the overflow of the Ciliwung river. On February 20, 2021, flooding occurred around the MT herd. Haryono – Manggarai sluice as a result of overflowing water from the Ciliwung river. This study aims to identify the water level in the Ciliwung MT river area. Haryono – Manggarai Sluice using the HSS Nakayasu method and hydraulics analysis using the HEC-RAS 4.1.0 application. Based on the results of the analysis and studies that have been carried out in the Ciliwung MT river area. Haryono – Manggarai Sluice, the design flood discharge is obtained as follows: flood discharge 2 years return period = 198.08 m3/second, 5 year return period = 287.87 m3/second, 10 year return period = 351.12 m3/second, 25 year return period = 427.94 m3/sec, 50 year return period = 490.28 m3/sec, and 100 year return period = 563.44 m3/sec. The results of these calculations were analyzed using the HEC-RAS 4.1.0 program so that it can be seen that several points have the elevation of the water level exceeding the elevation of the river bank being targeted.

Abstract

One of the problems of population density is the lack of adequate housing. Krendang Village is one of the most densely populated urban areas with a population density of 76,124 inhabitants/km2. Surveyor training is needed to provide understanding and knowledge to avoid errors in housing backlog data collection during field surveys. The housing backlog data collection process is carried out using the data collection method directly to residents' homes using the MAPID form to facilitate filling out questionnaires based on location intelligence technology. The results of this housing backlog survey can be used as a policy basis for structuring slum areas and also identifying the demographic map of the Krendang Village area. This surveyor training also produces a housing backlog module that can be used as a reference for surveyors.

Abstract

Bangunan sederhana memiliki kinerja struktur yang optimal jika terjadi gempa apabila berat bangunan yang ringan, dirancang dengan memenuhi kriteria desain seismic yang tepat dan tingkat kinerja bangunan yang optimal. Untuk mengurangi berat bangunan dapat dilakukan dengan memilih material konstruksi ringan namun memiliki usia pakai yang panjang serta mudah perawatan. Berat bangunan terdiri dari berat struktur dan berat material finsihing. Berat struktur diperoleh melalui analisa struktur yang efektif sedangkan berat material finishing diperoleh dengan memilih material yang ringan. Berat material finishing yang terbesar salah satunya berasal dari dinding. Mengganti dinding bata menjadi dinding partisi adalah salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi berat bangunan, manfaat lainnya adalah pengurangan biaya finsihing dan mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan serta meningkatkan kinerja bangunan karena daktilitas lebih tinggi. Estimasi pekerjaan dinding panel GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) akan menunjukan biaya yang lebih murah jika dibandingkan dengan estimasi pekerjaan dinding bata ringan pada partisi ruang yang implikasinya akan memberikan banyak manfaat dan keuntungan bagi pemilik rumah di daerah rawan gempa.

Abstract

Clean water is a need that has no limits and will continue to be sustainable for the community, so there is a need to concentrate on fulfilling it, especially in urban areas where clean water sources are usually difficult to obtain. In meeting the need for clean water, it is necessary to evaluate and plan for the development of the community's clean water needs so that they can be fulfilled optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the need for clean water in urban areas where the study location is the management of the clean water distribution network system whose source of clean water comes from the Legundi IPA, Gresik Regency. The application used to support the analysis of clean water distribution network is EPANET software. Utilization of the program serves to analyze the flow of distributed water and can determine the pressure that occurs in each pipe and node. The evaluation results show an increase in clean water services for the Surabaya River Water Resources service area, Gresik Regency, from 39.78% in 2021 to 50.88% in 2031. Using the Least Square method, the projected population of the Legundi IPA Water Resources service area in 2031 numbered 131,555 people, with a division of nodes of 1278 nodes in 2020 to 1352 nodes in 2031 with pipe diameters of 2 inches to 24 inches. Meanwhile, the average need for clean water is 186.51 liters/second in 2020 to 285.04 liters/second in 2031.

Abstract

The construction industry is undergoing significant transformation in the era of globalization and technological advancements, particularly with the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems. Accelerating the implementation of BIM in Indonesia requires collaboration among various parties, including academia, practitioners, and institutions. Therefore, it is crucial for students to learn about BIM to prepare a competent and adaptable workforce for the future development of construction technology. The aim of this activity is to enhance understanding of the importance of introducing construction planning with BIM technology systems to students at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta, in preparation for them to become ready-to-use workforce in the construction industry, which is increasingly oriented towards information technology. The implementation method involves delivering material sessions followed by questionnaire sessions to assess the level of understanding among students. The results of this activity indicate that 26 students (53.1%) are very proficient in this subject, 19 students (38.8%) are categorized as proficient, and 4 students (8.2%) are categorized as adequately proficient.
