Abstract

Given the many negative behaviors that are carried out by teenagers in the village of Pool, especially the tradition of watching the kibot loading program that has existed for a long time, special handling is needed to save the younger generation, especially teenagers from this deviant tradition. Children are included in a group of people who are vulnerable and easily fall into negative things, because they usually give examples of what they see firsthand, especially in adolescence because of their unstable nature and have very high emotions. This change in social phenomena requires religious studies in order to strengthen the aqidah within a person. Religion is an option to overcome the problems that exist in humans. Therefore, researchers feel it is important to create a method of fostering aqidah in adolescents based on an Islamic perspective by doing remembrance and prayer together, as well as conducting Al-Qur'an therapy, remembrance therapy, and prayer therapy in response to conditions. adolescent social skills to improve spirituality (religion), morals (morals), and physical (physical). The purpose of this research is to find out the activities of the community of Pool Village in fostering the aqidah of teenagers, to find out the steps taken in fostering the aqidah of teenagers based on an Islamic perspective, and to determine the impact of remembrance and prayer activities in fostering the aqidah of teenagers in the Village of Pools. The methodology used in this research is through field research (Field Research) using a qualitative approach. The results of the research in the Pond Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, which focused on fostering the aqidah of teenagers with the method of remembrance and prayer together, found that the application of the proper creed of youth was certainly produced by proper research and observation. The activities of remembrance and prayer together in fostering the youth's aqidah are considered as a form of response to the social conditions of teenagers who are able to reduce the tradition of watching the kibot loading program, especially for adolescents in the range of 11-19 years who are considered very vulnerable to negative behaviors. The joint remembrance and prayer activities that were carried out received a positive response as a coaching medium that was considered capable of eliminating the disease of watching the kibot loading program which has become a tradition.

Abstract

This research aims to increase our understanding of the prohibition of treatment using amulets from the perspective of hadith and from the perspective of religious figures. Where this type of research is descriptive qualitative research with data analysis techniques. This method is also included in library research. Relevant data sources come from scientific works, namely journals, articles, news reports, magazines, books and so on. The results of this research are that the use of amulets, whether they come from the Qur'an or not, is clearly prohibited in the Hadith of the Prophet SAW, even the ulama also think so, and it is clear that the act is shirk which is mentioned in the Qur'an. Even though there are opinions from some scholars who say that amulets in Arabic are permissible with certain conditions, it is still best to avoid this because it can undermine the purity of the Qur‟an.

Abstract

Manajemen dalam konteks pelayanan dapat dicirikan sebagai rangkaian langkah-langkah, termasuk mengatur, mengkoordinasikan, mengkoordinasikan dan mengatur pengarahan dan membimbing latihan bantuan. Sumber daya yang berbeda juga sebenarnya digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diajukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjamin bahwa guru yang disupervisi dapat mencapai tujuannya melalui manajemen yang efisien. Instruktur yang melaksanakan administrasi yang baik akan memiliki program pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Pelayanan administrasi bimbingan di sekolah tidak hanya menyasar siswa saja, namun juga memberikan pelayanan bimbingan kepada wali murid dengan menitik beratkan pada permasalahan yang dialami siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the urgency of the need for guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan, (2) to determine the effect after providing services. The problem was found that the level of guidance and counseling service facilities at SMA Negeri 2 still received insufficient attention. So that service and counseling research is important to do, it is also added that his activity has never been carried out at a research location. The research method uses descriptive method with data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The research sample included students in grades X to XI randomly. The results of this study indicate that guidance and counseling service activities have a good effect by finding a large number of enthusiastic students who carry out guidance and counseling services as well as efforts to increase the efforts made by the school in an effort to develop guidance and counseling services in order to support the improvement of guidance and counseling activities that are held.

Abstract

Law No. 38 of 1999, later amended by Law No. 23 of 2011 on the Administration of Zakat, provides the legal basis for the administration of zakat in Indonesia. These laws and regulations recognise only two entities, namely the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) and the Zakat Amil Institution (LAZ), as the legal managers of zakat in Indonesia. In Medan, there are two types of amil zakat, as well as community-formed amil-amil zakat who manage zakat at the mosque level, specifically for zakat fitrah. It is important to note that some of these mosque-level Amils have been approved by the state through a sub-unit framework known as the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ). Meanwhile, some of these amil-amil have not yet been approved by the state and are only based on the policies of the Prosperity Board (BKM) of each mosque. In Islamic Jurisprudence, the appointment of an amil is carried out by the authority of the caliph/sultan (state). In this case, the amil's position is as a representative of the zakat mustahik. It is important to note that the appointment of an amil should be approved by the state to ensure compliance with Islamic Jurisprudence. This research aims to address three problems related to the establishment and management of zakat at the mosque level in the city of Medan, according to Law No. 23/2011. Specifically, the research will examine: 1) the procedure for establishing zakat amil at the mosque level, 2) the management of zakat by the zakat amil at the mosque level, and 3) ways to optimise the management of zakat by the zakat amil at the mosque level. The language used is clear, objective and value-free, with a formal register and precise word choice. The text follows conventional structure and format, with a consistent style of quoting and footnoting. The sentences and paragraphs create a logical flow of information with causal links between propositions. The content has not been changed. This research has identified three key findings in this area. Firstly, the procedure for establishing Amil Zakat at the mosque level in the city of Medan is based on the policy of each mosque administrator (BKM). Secondly, the BKM's policy is then confirmed (validated) through the UPZ system by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of the city of Medan. Finally, it is recommended that a more standardised procedure be implemented to ensure consistency across all mosques in the city. Zakat administration at the mosque level in the city of Medan is an ancillary activity that takes place only during the month of Ramadan and mainly within the framework of Zakat fitrah. During the collection phase, Amil opens a zakat booth at the mosque or at the BKM office, and potential muzakis come to the mosque to pay their zakat. Mosque Zakat Amil uses two methods: the coupon method and the delivery method for the distribution stage to the mustahik. Under the voucher system, a Muslim must present a voucher at the mosque in order to collect his zakat. Currently, the optimisation of zakat management in mosque zakat amil is limited to the collection and distribution stages, without taking into account the utilisation of zakat. Optimising Zakat collection is achieved through Zakat education, specifically by choosing recitation or lecture topics that focus on Zakat and by starting the Zakat collection period at the beginning of the month. During the distribution stage, optimization is achieved by prioritising mustahik selection, with a focus on actual mustahik. This research has found that there is little coordination between the Zakat Amil of the mosque and the BAZNAS, as well as between the Zakat Amil of the other mosques. It is important to address this issue in order to improve the effectiveness of the Zakat distribution.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the leadership of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Professional Competence of Teachers at MTs Nurul Huda Pematang Cengal. Data collection for this research was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Leadership is interpersonal influence, in certain situations and directly through the communication process to achieve one or more specific goals. The head of a madrasah is a teacher who is appointed to occupy a structural position in the madrasah, he is assigned to manage the madrasah. Competency is a collection of knowledge, behavior and skills that teachers must have to achieve learning and educational goals. Professional competence is the ability to master learning material broadly and in depth which enables teachers to guide students to meet the competency standards set out in the National Education Standards. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the leadership of the madrasa head in improving the professional competence of teachers at MTs Nurul Huda Pematang Cengal is carried out through several things, including the madrasa head having to provide training or workshops to the teachers, the madrasa head also providing motivation and support to the teachers, head Madrasas also supervise all teachers to continuously improve their quality. Meanwhile, teachers' professional competence is considered good and sufficient, such as having been certified, having attended training, workshops and MGMP.

Abstract

This study examines educational planning at MAS Al-Washliyah, with a particular focus on the implementation of educational plans, parental participation, and curriculum challenges. The research aims to evaluate the implementation of educational plans, analyze the role of parents, and investigate curriculum challenges. The findings reveal that the implementation of educational plans at MAS Al-Washliyah has been successful in improving student learning outcomes through a diverse and relevant curriculum and close collaboration between the school and parents. Despite these successes, the school faces challenges in adapting the curriculum to the rapid pace of developments in science and technology. Recommendations for further research include embracing criticism and feedback for continuous improvement. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the principal's interpersonal communication in fostering teachers' work motivation at MTs Nurul Huda Pematang Cengal. By using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the results show that the principal's interpersonal communication is going well, characterized by the principal's open character, humor, and consistent presence at school. This interaction creates a conducive working atmosphere despite obstacles, such as the routine absence of some teachers and the seniority gap that reduces the effectiveness of communication. Interpersonal communication is proven to motivate teachers, although the intensity is still incidental and not fully planned. It is recommended that principals be more proactive and structured in building interpersonal communication, and teachers be more active in establishing communication to support increased work motivation and learning quality.
