Abstract

Organizations need to have IT governance within a certain time frame or commonly referred to as an IT blueprint as a guideline for the organization's strategic planning in designing the needs, development and management of information systems and technology. Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Muhammadiyah Paguyangan Brebes is a university that has the view that IS/IT strategic planning is a basic need that can be used to realize the vision and mission. The scope of this research is limited to the academic section (BAA) by dividing the main activities and supporting activities using the value chain, while the enterprise architecture methodology uses the Zachman framework which refers to the first line of the planner's perspective, the second line of the owner's perspective and the data, function and network columns. . This research produces a blueprint for information systems and technology that can be used as a reference in the development of information systems and technology in the 2021-2026 timeframe which has been tested with the results that it is feasible to apply in STMIK-MPB.

Abstract

The server is a computer program or a device that provides functionality for other programs or devices, called "clients". Generally, server computers have many resources that can be used by one or more clients through the network with specific permissions and requirements. Therefore, the server needs a monitoring system that can monitor server activity and notify if problems occur. This research focuses on developing a notification and question and answer system to connect the network admin with the monitoring system via chatbot. The developed chatbot can send notifications to the admin if an error occurs and can answer questions about the server's condition. The question and answer system developed implements natural language processing for Indonesian. The process of understanding questions is by classifying each word (token) based on language knowledge stored in the ontology. Then the classification results are processed by rule-base to produce conclusions to take monitoring data and compiled into answers. The test results show that the developed system can auto-notify if any problem in a server, and can answer questions by accuracy 95%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi SMS Gateway yang dapat menyebarkan info kesiswaan kepada wali santri dengan cepat, mudah dan menjangkau semua kalangan melalui SMS. Aplikasi ini akan melakukan SMS secara otomatis kepada wali santri mengenai info pelanggaran, nilai, keuangan dan absensi santri. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat pengerjaan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Aplikasi ini juga memanfaatkan GAMMU sebagai penghubung antara aplikasi dengan modem. Untuk mempercepat pengiriman SMS dengan jumlah yang banyak, aplikasi inimemanfaatkan 2 modem yang akan secara bergantian mengirimkan pesan yang ada pada antrian. Dari hasil ujicoba yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu mempermudah dan mempercepat pihak pesantren dalam menyebarkan info kesiswaan melalui SMS juga dapat menjangkau hampir semua kalangan wali santri.

Abstract

An educational institution should have an academic service system that is easy, accurate and fast in serving documents related to lecture information such as: Kartu Renrana Studi (KRS) and Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS) which will indirectly support the smooth teaching and learning activities.  One of solution is to design an automated service system that can be accessed and served anytime, anywhere, and from anywhere, such as a chatbot. The method used in the design of this chatbot is to use a rule-based method to determine the answer (action) to be taken next. The main emphasis of this research only focuses on information services for the Biro Administrasi Akademik (BAAK). From the results of the adoption of this rule-based chatbot, a fairly high level of accuracy is obtained, which is up to 98.95% success rate (accuracy of answers) from 96 times of testing with different schemes.

Abstract

The increasing volume of household waste in Indonesia has raised the need for efficient waste management solutions. This study developed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based waste classification system aimed at optimizing waste processing. The system integrates digital scales, ESP32 microcontrollers, and cloud-based servers to collect, monitor, and manage waste data in real-time. Using the Prototype Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, the system was designed, implemented, and evaluated iteratively to meet user needs effectively. The system allows users to input waste type, verifies the data with a PIN, and transmits it to a server for centralized management. Testing results demonstrated high accuracy in weight measurements, consistency between devices, and seamless data integration into the system. The IoT-based system not only reduces operational workload but also supports efficient recycling by categorizing waste with economic value. Further research is recommended to expand the system's application to larger communities and explore its integration into broader waste management platforms.

Abstract

Effective waste management requires the separation of waste types into categories such as organic, non-organic, and recyclable. This is necessary because not all types of waste can be processed. Therefore, accurate recording of waste types and weights is crucial in waste processing. A common issue today is that waste data is still recorded manually, leading to a lack of accuracy in the records. This research aims to develop an IoT-based waste type recording tool that can accurately record the weight and type of waste by retrieving values from a scale and transmitting the data in real-time to a waste processing system. The device development method used is the prototype model. This research successfully connected to and retrieved values directly from the Sayaki T-18 digital scale, ensuring that the weight values sent to the system are more accurate. During the testing of the developed IoT device, it accurately recorded and transmitted the quantity and type of waste as specified by the user, and the data stored in the system matched the test data accurately.

Abstract

The increasing amount of household waste presents a major environmental challenge, worsened by inefficient and outdated waste management practices. Traditional systems lack real-time monitoring and responsiveness, creating a gap in timely waste management. This research introduces a creative solution through the development of an Android-based Household Waste Monitoring System, integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technology to provide real-time data on waste bin capacities and immediate notifications. Unlike conventional approaches, this system creatively bridges the gap by enabling proactive waste management through instant alerts and real-time tracking, allowing users to act before issues escalate. The system development follows an Agile/Scrum framework, fostering rapid iteration and user-driven enhancements. Through the innovative application of IoT and Agile methodologies with JIRA Software, this solution effectively addresses the inefficiencies of current waste management systems, as evidenced by an 80% success rate across five testing activities. This creative approach not only improves development efficiency but also accelerates adaptability in response to evolving waste management needs.

Abstract

Libraries have the main task of processing library materials by classifying books according to certain methods. Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) is the most widely used method in the world to determine book classification in libraries. However, the classification process using DDC is inefficient because it takes a long time for the large number of books in the library. This is a serious problem experienced by all libraries, so a solution is needed to bridge the problem. automatic classification system can be the right alternative to overcome the problem. In this research, an automatic classification system based on DDC using the Multinomial Naive Bayes Method so that it can speed up the classification process. This system was created using the CodeIgniter framework with the PHP programming language and MariaDB. Test results from 100 training data and 30 test data show that there are 24 test data with correct classification results and 6 test data with incorrect classification results. So it can be concluded that the accuracy rate of the test is 80%.

Chatbot has convenience in terms of service, because using a chatbot can make it easier to spread data. Document generation is a method that can be used to create lecture-related files in real time, quickly and accurately. Abstract

Terdapat berbagai penyakit yang menyerang manusia, salah satunya penyakit tulang berupa gangguan muskuloskeletal (MsDs). Penyakit ini terjadi saat manusia memaksimalkan tulang untuk terus bekerja tanpa istirahat. Tingkat gangguan Msds sangat tinggi karena sekitar 60% pasien diketahui mencari pertolongan atau pengobatan karena mereka memiliki kondisi tersebut. Kurangnya pengetahuan MsDs menyebabkan gangguan penyakit ini tidak tertangani dengan baik sehingga menimbulkan penyakit yang lebih serius. Faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan ini antara lain karena ekonomi, jarak tempat tinggal, atau jadwal rutinitas yang padat sehingga tidak dapat berkonsultasi dini dengan dokter. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya sarana untuk memfasilitasi minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dengan membuat sistem pakar. Setelah melakukan kajian pustaka maka metode  yang cocok adalah dempster shafer. Metode ini menggunakan belief untuk menghitung ketidakpastian akan penambahan fakta baru. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap 10 kasus uji coba maka dihasilkan presentase hasil kesesuaian 90%.
