Abstract

AbstrackThe COVID-19 pandemic has a profound impact on many aspects of people's lives. Various ways are being sought to help resolve the spread of COVID 19. The addition of new symptoms that have continued to vary from the beginning to the present has made the public more and more anxious. The symptoms that are felt are usually difficult for the general public to self-diagnose, making it difficult for the public to take preventive action. This paper presents a Web-based expert system model to diagnose Covid-19 early using the Case Based Reasoning Method to help the public diagnose Covid 19 early. Application testing is carried out by comparing the diagnostic results of expert system applications with expert opinions. The test results on 6 sample cases show that the application can diagnose all cases according to expert opinion.Keywords: Expert System, COVID-19, Case Based ReasoningAbstrakPandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan dampak bagi banyak sendi kehidupan kemasyarakat. Berbagai cara diupayakan untuk membantu menyelesaikan penyebaran COVID 19. Bertambahnya gejala-gejala baru yang terus bervariasi sejak awal hingga saat ini membuat masyarakat semakin was-was. Gejala-gejala yang dirasakan biasanya sulit untuk didiagnosa sendiri oleh masyarakat awam, sehingga sulit bagi masyarakat melakukan tindakan pencegahan. Paper ini menyajikan model sistem pakar berbasis Web untuk mendiagnosa secara dini Covid-19 menggunakan Metode Case Based Reasoning untuk membantu masyarakat mendiagnosa dini Covid 19. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil diagnosa aplikasi sistem pakar dengan pendapat pakar. Hasil uji terhadap 6 sampel kasus menunjukkan aplikasi dapat mendignosa keseluruhan kasus sesuai pedapat pakar.Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, COVID-19, Case Based Reasoning

Abstract

AbstractConfirmed cases of the COVID-19 virus that are still unstable, as well as the comparison of total confirmed and total recoveries are quite far, which if not treated quickly will cause the number of people exposed to be increasing. This article aims to test the K-Means algorithm in grouping the spread of Covid-19 in West Java. The grouping was carried out based on confirmed parameters, isolated/under treatment, completed isolation/recovered and died from each area in West Java Province. K-means performs clustering in 3 clusters, namely the high distribution cluster (C1), the moderately distributed cluster (C2) and the lightly distributed cluster (C3). Based on the results of system analysis and testing, there are 2 regions in the high distribution cluster (C1), 6 regions for the medium distribution cluster (C2), and 19 regions for the low distribution cluster (C3).Keywords: Spread of COVID-19, K-Means Algorithm, Grouping AbstrakKasus terkonfirmasi virus COVID-19 yang masih belum stabil, serta perbandingan total terkonfirmasi dan total sembuh cukup jauh, dimana jika tidak segera ditangani dengan cepat akan menyebabkan jumlah orang yang terpapar menjadi semakin banyak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji algoritma K-Means dalam pengelompokan penyebaran Covid-19 di Jawa Barat. Pengelompokkan dilakukan berdasarkan parameter terkonfirmasi, isolasi/dalam perawatan, selesai isolasi/sembuh dan meninggal dari masing-masing daerah yang ada di Provinsi Jawa barat. K-means melakukan klasterisasi dalam 3 cluster yaitu cluster penyebaran tinggi (C1), cluster penyebaran sedang (C2) dan cluster penyebaran ringan (C3). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengujian sistem, daerah yang masuk ke cluster penyebaran tinggi (C1) sebanyak 2 daerah, untuk cluster penyebaran sedang (C2) sebanyak 6 daerah, dan cluster penyebaran rendah (C3) sebanyak 19 daerah.Kata kunci: Penyebaran COVID-19, Algoritma K-Means, Pengelompokan

Abstract

AbstractOver time, the roads will inevitably suffer damage. Roads as a means of supporting the economy do not receive proper maintenance and repair. One of the problems is the limited budget and the inaccurate allocation of funds for priority road repairs. To solve the problem of road repairs, a system is needed to determine the priority order of the repaired roads first, thus optimizing the limited budget. The limited budget of funds from village infrastructure means that village officials must record which ones should be prioritized. In the village of Cilangkap, the village level records and reports on road repair problems or infrastructure are still using manual paper, making it vulnerable to document loss and budget misuse practices, so the author wants to create a system that can overcome these problems in the form of AHP Algorithm implementation to determine road infrastructure priorities in Cilangkap village. The method used is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this enelitianis to create a website to calculate the value of alternatives such as road repair proposal based on the criteria that have been set, so it can be used as a basis for decision-making to determine the priority road improvements. Jalan sebagai salah satu sarana penopang perekonomian kurang mendapatkan perawatan dan perbaikan yang tepat. Salah satu masalahnya yaitu keterbatasan anggaran dan kurang tepatnya pengalokasian dana untuk prioritas perbaikan jalan. Untuk mengatasi masalah perbaikan jalan, dibutuhkan sistem yang menentukan urutan prioritas jalan yang diperbaiki terlebih dahulu, sehingga mengoptimalkan anggaran yang terbatas. Anggaran dana dari sarana prasarana desa yang terbatas membuat perangkat desa harus mendata mana yang harus diprioritaskan. Pada desa Cilangkap perngkat desa mendata dan melaporkan masalah perbaikan jalan ataupun infrastruktur masih menggunakan kertas manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kehilangan dokumen dan praktik penyalahgunaan anggaran sehingga penulis ingin membuat sebuah system yang dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut berupa Implementasi Algoritma AHP untuk menentukan prioritas infrastruktur jalan di desa cilangkap. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah website untuk menghitung nilai perangkingan dari alternatif-alternatif berupa usulan perbaikan jalan berdasarkan kriteria - kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas perbaikan jalan. Abstract

AbstractProviding large funds to villages certainly demands a great deal of responsibility for the village government. In managing public funds, a public sector organization is required to be able to provide accountable financial reports. The village head is responsible for the management of village finances and assets. To achieve the effectiveness of village financial management, a decision support system is needed to assist village officials in determining which village programs will be prioritized. This study focuses on village programs that use village fund allocations in Cibatu village, Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system to determine priority village fund programs using a web-based k-means clustering algorithm. The k-means clustering algorithm can perform the modeling process without supervision (unsupervised) and is one of the methods for grouping data using a partition system. This is in accordance with the desired final result in the form of grouping village work programs into 3 priority levels, namely high priority level in cluster 1, medium priority level in cluster 2 and low priority level in cluster 3. This research was conducted by considering the aspects of urgency and benefits developed. using the PHP version 5 programming language and MySQL version 3.2.1 database. The results of this study are that the village road repair program is included in the high-level priority program in cluster 1, the BUMDES program is included in the medium level priority in cluster 2 and the rainwater storage basin construction program is included in low priority in cluster 3.Keywords : Decision Support System, K-Means Clustering, Village Programs, Village Funds.Pemberian dana desa yang besar tentunya menuntut tanggung jawab yang besar pula bagi pemerintah desa. Suatu organisasi sektor publik dalam mengelola dana masyarakat dituntut harus mampu memberikan laporan keuangan yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Kepala Desa menjadi penanggungjawab pengelolaan keuangan dan aset desa. Untuk mencapai efektifitas pengelolaan keuangan desa maka diperlukan sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan untuk membantu perangkat desa dalam menentukan program desa yang akan di prioritaskan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada program desa yang menggunakan alokasi dana desa di desa Cibatu, Kecamatan Cisaat Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem penunjang keputusan untuk menentukan program prioritas dana desa yang menggunakan algoritma k-means clustering berbasis web. Algoritma k-means clustering dapat melakukan proses pemodelan tanpa supervisi (unsupervised) dan merupakan salah satu metode yang melakukan pengelompokan data dengan sistem partisi. Ini sesuai dengan hasil akhir yang diinginkan berupa pengelompokan program kerja desa menjadi 3 tingkat proritas, yaitu tingkat prioritas tinggi pada cluster 1, tingkat prioritas sedang pada cluster 2 dan tingkat prioritas rendah pada cluster 3. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek urgensi dan kemanfaatan yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP versi 5 dan basis data MySQL versi 3.2.1. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program perbaikan jalan desa termasuk dalam program prioritas tingkat tinggi pada cluster 1, program BUMDES masuk dalam prioritas tingkat sedang pada cluster 2 dan program pembangunan bak penampung air hujan masuk dalam prioritas rendah pada cluster 3.Kata Kunci : Sistem Penunjang Keputusan, K-Means Clustering, Program Desa, Dana Desa.

Abstract

AbstractTermination of employment has a major impact on employees and the company, for employees by getting laid off from the company means that the employee can no longer fulfill his / her needs maximally, even though this is unpleasant, this step must sometimes be taken as a form of defense for the survival of a more stable company life. . Currently PT. YHS still uses a subjective way of determining employee layoffs so there are many complaints about decisions taken because they are considered inappropriate. Therefore this study aims to produce a decision support system that will assist human resource managers in determining employees who get laid off based on predetermined criteria using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as a decision method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The SAW method requires a decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale that can be compared with all existing alternative ratings. By using the SAW method the decisions taken will be more objective because they compare the weighted values of the layoff criteria. This research methodology by means of observation, literature study and interviews. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system that can display employee data values, normalization and ranking, obtained 5 rankings with the lowest scores, namely Agus Suparlan = 0.42, Fitri Nuraeni = 0.47, Aditya Prasetyo = 0.48, Sandi Nurpalah = 0.56 and Nurmalasari = 0.60 which used as a candidate as decision support material to determine employees who get laid off, this system uses the PHP programming language and the database uses MySQL.Keywords: Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting, Termination of EmploymentPemutusan hubungan kerja memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap karyawan dan perusahaan, untuk karyawan dengan mendapat PHK dari perusahaan berarti karyawan tersebut tidak dapat lagi memenuhi kebutuhannya secara maksimal, meski hal ini tidak menyenangkan namun langkah ini terkadang harus diambil sebagai bentuk pertahanan demi keberlangsungan kehidupan perusahaan yang lebih stabil. Saat ini PT. YHS masih menggunakan cara yang subyektif dalam menentukan PHK pada karyawan sehingga banyak terjadi komplen tentang keputusan yang diambil karena dianggap tidak tepat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang akan membantu manajer sumber daya manusia dalam menentukan karyawan yang mendapatkan PHK berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai metode keputusannya. Konsep dasar metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Metode SAW membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (X) ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Dengan menggunakan metode SAW keputusan yang diambil akan lebih obyektif karena memperbandingkan nilai bobot pada kriteria PHK. Metodologi penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menampilkan nilai data karyawan, normalisasi dan ranking, didapat 5 ranking dengan nilai terendah yaitu Agus Suparlan=0.42, Fitri Nuraeni=0.47, Aditya Prasetyo=0.48, Sandi Nurpalah=0.56 dan Nurmalasari=0.60 yang dijadikan kandidat sebagai bahan pendukung keputusan menentukan karyawan yang mendapatkan PHK, sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting, Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT   Identification through morphometric swamp buffaloes in Karo District North Sumatra, is expected to bring out the best location for the development of swamp buffaloes through observations into three sub-districts based population of swamp buffalo, the less population, medium population and the most population, which are Kabanjahe sub-district, Mardingding sub-district and Munte sub-district. Samples obtained as much as 88 buffaloes. The method used in this research is a survey method using Principal Component analysis with use of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results showed that the special identifier swamp buffalo in Karo was high hips, high shoulders and a wide chest for size.Wide chest, in chest and hip high for shape. Swamp buffalo who scored the greatest shape contained in the Kabanjahe sub-district and size swamp buffalo most of these are in Mardingding sub-district, so the good location for the development of swamp buffalo is in Mardingding sub-district. Keywords:  Swamp   buffalo,   morphology   of   swamp  buffalo, morphometrics of swamp buffalo, principal component analisys, karo district   ABSTRAK   Melalui identifikasi morfometrik kerbau lumpur di Kabupaten Karo Sumatera Utara, diharapkan akan memunculkan lokasi yang terbaik untuk pengembangan kerbau lumpur melalui pengamatan tiga kecamatan berdasarkan populasi kerbau lumpur yang terdiri dari daerah seedikit, sedang dan banyak, yaitu Kecamatan Kabanjahe, Kecamatan Mardingdind dan Kecamatan Munte. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 88 ekor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan analisis Komponen Utama yang dengan penggunaan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penciri khusus kerbau lumpur di Kabupaten Karo adalah tinggi pinggul, tinggi pundak dan lebar dada untuk ukuran serta lebar dada, dalam dada dan tinggi pinggul untuk bentuk. Kerbau lumpur yang memiliki skor bentuk paling besar terdapat di Kecamatan Kabanjahe dan ukuran kerbau lumpur yang paling besar terdapat di Kecamatan Mardingding, sehingga lokasi yang baik untuk pengembangan kerbau lumpur adalah di kedua kecamatan tersebut.   Kata Kunci :   Kerbau lumpur, morfologi kerbau lumpur, morfometrik kerbau lumpur, analisis komponen utama, kabupaten karo

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to design a learning management system application at LKP Bumi Kreatif Institute where the learning process in the institution is still classically carried out and does not have system support for online learning so that learning will be hampered in the event of natural disasters such as the Current Covid-19 pandemic because it requires all learning activities to be carried out at home and there is no direct interaction between students and instructors in the classroom. The process in developing applications using waterfall models includes observation studies, system modeling using UML, application construction using PHP and MySQL programming languages as database management, system testing using BlackBox, and to test application feasibility, usability testing is used by distributing questionnaires and weighting through Likert scales. Based on the results of research conducted that the application built can be implemented and able to facilitate online learning activities at the LKP Bumi Kreatif Institute, starting from the registration process, payment calculation, course administration management, students, and instructors. The results of the usability value recap show the overall attribute has an average user acceptance value of 4.27 so it can be said that the application implementation of Learning Management System in LKP Bumi Kreatif Institute has a good value of usability aspect, namely: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem manajemen pembelajaran di Lembaga LKP Bumi Kreatif dimana proses pembelajaran di lembaga tersebut masih dilakukan secara klasikal dan belum memiliki dukungan sistem pembelajaran daring sehingga pembelajaran akan terhambat jika terjadi bencana alam seperti pandemi Covid-19 saat ini karena mengharuskan semua kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan di rumah dan tidak ada interaksi langsung antara siswa dan instruktur di dalam kelas. Proses dalam pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan model waterfall meliputi studi observasi, pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML, pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai pengelolaan database, pengujian sistem menggunakan BlackBox, dan untuk menguji kelayakan aplikasi digunakan pengujian usability dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dan pembobotan melalui Skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun dapat diimplementasikan dan mampu memfasilitasi kegiatan pembelajaran daring di lembaga LKP Bumi Kreatif, mulai dari proses pendaftaran, perhitungan pembayaran, pengelolaan administrasi kursus, mahasiswa, dan instruktur. Hasil rekap nilai usability menunjukkan secara keseluruhan atribut memiliki rata-rata nilai penerimaan pengguna sebesar 4.27 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen pembelajaran di LKP Bumi Kreatif Institute memiliki nilai aspek usability yang baik yaitu: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and design an administrative data management information system in LKP3I, which currently manages it is still manual, namely using Ms. Excel office tools, so it often experiences problems such as accumulation of documents, difficulty finding data, and scattered data of course participants. The application development process using the waterfall model includes collecting data and information, at the analysis stage using the elicitation approach technique which is represented by system modeling, namely flow maps, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Construction of web-based application systems using the programming languages VB.Net and Ms. Access as database management system, testing and evaluating the feasibility of the system using the BlackBox and group discussions. Based on the results of the research and system evaluation conducted, the prototype of the LKP3I administrative data management system that was built through the elicitation approach received a fairly good assessment, which proves that the hypothesis in this study has been tested. Respondents can receive the results of the information system prototype that will be implemented with the provision of improved specifications and functions of user requirements.

Abstract

CV. Vanilla Gemstone is one of the leading vanilla ditributor conpanies in Sukabumi. The preparation of a comprehensive business plan is based on a sales strategy. While at this time the management of sales at CV. Vanilla Gemstone is still less effective because CV. Vanilla Gemstone during the sale, the owner places order or sales via telephone or short massage so that an efficient way for the sales segment has not been found. Then the so called old fashioned way in the sales system itself, resulting in sales figures that are not increasing day by day. It can make the company will experience defeat in business comprtition by other trading rivals. Based on these problems, we need an application that can manage vanilla sales more effeciently.
