Abstract

The physical, the intellectual and the spiritual qualities of the agent is creates agent competence so that they can compete in the sharia insurance marketing business. Competition for human performance is currently over helmed by the ease of technology through the internet mediawhich poses a challenge for agents to be able to take advantage of technology. The high competition needs to be framed using sharia views in order to maintain Islamic values. This phenomenon then makes insurance agents as a technology driver in marketing the shariah insurance business in sharia companies in the Nort Sumatera. This stydy uses a qualitative method with a construction approach. Primary research data were obtained through interviews with agency company leaders and MDRT agents to found the quality agens. Secondary data were obtained from literature studies. The results showed that the physical quality of Islamic insurance agents is very influential in marketing products but in technology optimizationit has less effect. While intellectual quality has an effect on the ability of agent technology optimization, then spiritual quality to greatly effect the ability to optimize technology. Sharia insurance agents at takaful and prudential companies have optimized technology as their marketing medium frame by sharia views

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the urgency of consumption in the economy and the implementation of Islamic values in public consumption behavior. The data used was time series data to food consumption on Indonesian from year 2011 to 2014. The analysis was conducted with qualitative method using the analysis techniques library research, are deskriptive analysis. The result shows that consumptive behavior becomes a habit Indonesian society, so the community income mostly just for consumption. Islam provides a solution that balanced consumption behavior that is not tabdjir and not ishraf.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang urgensi konsumsi dalam perekonomian dan implementasi nilai Islam pada perilaku konsumsi masyarakat. Data yang digunakan adalah data seri waktu (time series) terhadap konsumsi makanan di Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2014. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan tekhnik analisis library research yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Hasil-hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku konsumtif menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga penghasilan masyarakat sebagian besar hanya untuk konsumsi. Islam menawarkan pola konsumsi yang seimbang yaitu tidak tabdjir dan tidak ishraf.

Abstract

The role of Islamic banking is very important ricently. generally Islamic banking function similar with conventional banking as intermediary financial sector and real sector.The banking sector plays a role in the stability and the growth rate of money supply in the economy.Banking capabilities in managing public funds and creating a healthy business cycle will encourage the stability of the financial system.Islamic banking businesses experienced growth be viewed from the number of banks and Islamic banks are continueing increase. However, the growth rate of assets, acceleration of the increase in the share of banking more sloping back even declined. Hence the ability of banks to manage public funds and creating a healthy business cycle will encourage the stability of the financial system.Peran perbankan syariah sangat penting bagi perekonomian saat ini. Secara umum fungsi perbankan syariah sama dengan perbankan konvensional yaitu sebagai sektor keuangan perantara dan sektor riil. Sektor perbankan berperan dalam stabilitas dan tingkat pertumbuhan uang beredar dalam perekonomian. Kemampuan perbankan dalam mengelola dana publik dan menciptakan siklus bisnis yang sehat akan mendorong stabilitas sistem keuangan. Bisnis perbankan syariah mengalami pertumbuhan dilihat dari jumlah bank dan bank syariah yang terus meningkat. Namun, menurunnya laju pertumbuhan aset, akselerasi peningkatan pangsa perbankan syariah akan semakin melandai, bahkan kembali menurun. Maka kemampuan bank untuk mengelola dana masyarakat dan menciptakan siklus bisnis yang sehat akan mendorong stabilitas sistem keuangan.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that upholds the values of work. Ethos of work describes aspects of a good work in humans, sourced from the quality of the self, embodied by the values, as work ativity implemented in the workplace. Islam encourages Muslims to work hard in accordance with Shari'a. Work ethos in Islam is closely related to the values contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah of the work. The Qur'an and Sunnah is a guide that a motivation to perform work activities in various fields of life.Islam adalah agama yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kerja. Ethos kerja menggambarkan aspek kerja yang baik, bersumber dari kualitas diri, diwujudkan oleh nilai-nilai, seperti aktivitas kerja yang dilaksanakan di tempat kerja. Islam menganjurkan muslim untuk bekerja keras sesuai dengan syariah. Etos kerja dalam Islam terkait erat dengan nilainilai kandungan Alquran dan Sunnah dalam bekerja. Alquran dan sunnah merupakan sebuah petunjuk yang memotivasi untuk melakukan aktivitas kerja di beraneka bidan kehidupan.

This is the main attraction in this paper. Therefore, extracting the values of the Islamic economic filosophy through the market at the time of Muhammad. is expected to be a model for today's market.

Abstract

Islamic Insurance agents as sharia human resources are the spearhead of the insurance industry. The improvement of the quality from sharia insurance agent which consist of: physical and health qualities, intellectual quality and spiritual quality must be maintained in order to have the ability to compete. Therefore, an analysis of the agent’s self-quality needs to be known more deeply to improve the competitiveness of human resources in order to be able to compete in the international arena. This study uses a qualitative method using Analysis Networking Process (ANP). Primary research data were obtained through interviews with agency branch leaders, Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Indonesia Islamic Insurance Association (AASI), secondary data were obtained from literature studies. The result show that quality as a solution to increasing the competitiveness of Islamic insurance agents are: simultaneously there is an agreement among respondents regarding the priority order of Islamic insurance agents as much as 77 percent with the highest priority, it is spiritual quality; simultaneously there was an agreement among respondents regarding the priority order of alternative strategies for sharia insurance agents as much as 68 percent with the highest priority, it is training and education.

Abstract

Sometimes, social contract is overlooked in society which in turn can cause problems. 'ariyah is seldom to be discussed in relation to the law, it is showed by the absence of DSN-MUI fatwa, about ariyah and specific discussion in KHES. Qardh that is applied in the banking and other LKS (qard al hasan) can be found  in the DSN-MUI Fatwa and KHES, as well as Grant. Ariyah, qardh and grants are Sunnah for the giver and the permission for the recipient. The social contract, the contract, tabarru’ contract is used all these social contract are allocated properly,  the contribution for infrastructure development will be better.

Abstract

Substantively, zakat, alms andinfaq is part of the core of the religious spirit of the mechanisms of redistributing income. Zakat funds drawn from the wealth of redundant and distributed to those in need. In connection with the collection of zakat, although still very much with national potential but continued to show a significant rise. For the case of North Sumatra public confidence in the Bazda-SU still to fluctuation. This study tested how Influence Collection, Distribution and Utilization of Zakat to the Zakat Management Effectiveness in BadanAmil Zakat North Sumatra. The study was conducted by using the technique of multiple regression analysis of the 67 survey respondents. The results showed that the variable collection of zakat (P1) is positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of management in Amil Zakat North Sumatra with a value of 4.996 tcount>ttable 2.000. Variable P2 (zakat distribution) effect on the effectiveness of management in BadanAmil Zakat North Sumatra. It is known from the test where tcount of 3.826 and P3 variable (utilization of zakat) effect on the effectiveness of the management of 2,947 tcount Based on Ftest concluded that the better the pattern of the collection, distribution and utilization of zakat is used, the better the effectiveness of the management of zakat The Bazda North Sumatra.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepercayaan, pengetahuan, lembaga zakat, kualitas pelayanan zakat dan religiusitas terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat pada BAZNAS di desa Pantai Gemi Kecamatan Stabat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh masyarakat Muslim yang ada di Desa Pantai Gemi, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan probability sampling dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, pengetahuan, kualitas zakat dan pelayanan keagamaan berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat di BAZNAS. Sedangkan kredibilitas lembaga zakat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat membayar zakat di BAZNAS. Oleh karena itu, BAZNAS Langkat harus memperhatikan dan lebih mengembangkan kepercayaan, pengetahuan, kredibilitas lembaga zakat, kualitas layanan zakat dan religiusitas guna meningkatkan animo masyarakat untuk membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS. Abstract The purpose of this study was to show the influence of trust, knowledge, zakat institutions, quality of zakat services and religiosity of public interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS in Pantai Gemi village, Stabat sub-district, both orally and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative data. The population used is the entire Muslim community in the village of Pantai Gemi, with a sample of 100 respondents using probability sampling and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that trust, knowledge, quality of zakat and religious services had a partial and significant effect on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS. Meanwhile, the credibility of zakat institutions has no significant effect on interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS. Therefore, BAZNAS Langkat should pay attention and further develop trust, knowledge, credibility of zakat institutions, quality of zakat services and religiosity in order to increase public interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS.
