Abstract

This research is based on the problem of researchers' anxiety about the school library being used as a means of information needed as a learning resource that enables educators to improve its quality, it is not running optimally. This study aims to look at management, strategy, service optimization, and the form of integration of library management interconnections in an effort to increase reading interest.This type of research is a type of qualitative research with inductive deductive methods, this type of qualitative research is a type of research based on the philosophy of post-positivism. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The validity of the data was tested by means of a credibility test with technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. The results showed: 1) library management which is carried out by the existence of disposable planning and fixed plans, procurement of library materials, management and maintenance and service improvement, 2) strategies to increase students' reading interest are carried out by completing and adding to book collections, providing teaching media, conducting library learning, motivating students with slogan posters and direct invitations, 3) actions in optimizing library service functions by carrying out and implementing properly the functions of educational, informative, recreational, research, and administrative responsibility functions in a library, 4) to determine the form library management interconnection integration.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan madrasah di Indonesia sudah sangat pesat. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari perjalan sejarah madrasah yang cukup dinamis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah perkembangan madrasah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis yang bersifat deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berkembangnya madrasah di Indonesia memiliki kaitan dengan sejarah madrasah itu sendiri. Terjadinya peralihan dari pola konfensional ke moderen telah dimulai dari gerakan-gerakan yang muncul dari sudut internal maupun sudut eksternal. Dalam mengahadapi masa pandemi madrasah tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah. Kata Kunci: sejarah; madrasah; indonesia.  AbstractThe development of madrasas in Indonesia has been very rapid. This is inseparable from the dynamic history of the madrasa. This study aims to determine the history of the development of madrasas in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative using descriptive analysis. The results show that the development of madrasas in Indonesia is related to madrasas' history. The transition from conventional to modern patterns has started with movements that appear from an internal as well as an external angle. In facing the pandemic, madrassas maintain the health protocols implemented by the government. Keywords: history; madrasa; Indonesia.

Abstract

Abtrak  This article aims to find out how the model of giving punishment to students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ahliyah Al-Islamiyah Aek Badak uses qualitative research methods using descriptive analysis. This research was conducted using interviews and observations of the principal, teachers, and pickets. This research is carried out first looking for data from informant sources to be managed, classified, analyzed and given improvements and conclusions to the results of data that have been collected and analyzed based on relevant previous research concepts. The results of the study show that every violation committed by students must be given educational punishments such as reading the Koran, memorizing the Koran outside class hours. This model of punishment can improve students' understanding of the Koran and ultimately students are able to continue to integrate with the Koran. Suggestions are given to all madrasah managers to apply an educational model of punishment. Keywords: punishment model; students; madrasah.  Abstract Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model pemberian hukuman terhadap peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ahliyah Al-Islamiyah Aek Badak dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis yang bersifat deskrptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi terhadap kepala madrasah, guru, dan piket. Penelotian ini dilakukan terlebih dahulu mencari data dari sumber informan untuk dikelola diklasifikasi, dianalisis serta diberikan penyempurnaan dan kesimpulan terhadap hasil-hasil data yang telah dikumpulkan dan dianalisis berdasarkan konsep penelitian terdahulu yang relepan. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa harus diberikan hukuman yang mendidik seperti membaca Alquran, menghafal Alquran di luar jam pelajaran. Model hukuman seperti ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap Alquran dan akhirnya siswa mampu terus berintegrasi dengan Alquran. Saran-saran yang diberikan kepada semua pengelola madarasah untuk menerapkan model hukuman yang sifatnya mendidik. Kata kunci: model hukuman; peserta didik; madrasah
