Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas media sosial dalam menumbuhkan awareness Pelanggan destinasi wisata Rahmat Zoo & Park. Teknik pengumpulan data dipaparkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka yang ditujukan kepada karyawan dan pengunjung Rahmat Zoo & Park. Hasil penelitian dari wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat dilihat semakin tinggi aktifitas kunjungan pada akun-akun media sosial yang digunakan sebagai instrument pemasaran, semakin tinggi pula jumlah pengunjung yang datang ketempat wisata. Maka, dapat efektivitas media sosial dalam menumbuhkan awareness cukup memberikan peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pada destinasi wisata Rahmat Zoo & Park. 1. Program pemasaran dan promosi di media sosial memiliki peranan peting pada era 4.0. Hasil ini menunjukkan Efektivitas media sosial memberikan dampak yang cukup baik dalam meningkatkan kunjungan destinasi wisata Rahmat Zoo and Park. 2. Hasil menunjukkan tumbuhnya awareness memiliki hubungan yang erat pada pemasaran dalam bentuk word of mouth pada pelanggan ini bisa di lihat dari 33.3% responden datang berkunjung karena menerima informasi dari teman atau kerabatnya. 3. Efektivitas media sosial dalam menumbuhkan awareness cukup memberikan peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pada destinasi wisata Rahmat Zoo & Park. Dilihat dari sebanyak (70.4%) menyetujui sering mengunjungi akun media sosial. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the effectiveness of social media in increasing customer awareness of the Rahmat Zoo & Park tourist destination. Data collection techniques are explained using interviews, observations and literature studies aimed at employees and visitors of Rahmat Zoo & Park. The results of research from interviews and observations carried out by researchers can be seen that the higher the visiting activity on social media accounts used as marketing instruments, the higher the number of visitors who come to tourist attractions. So, the effectiveness of social media in growing awareness is sufficient to increase the number of visits to the Rahmat Zoo & Park tourist destination. 1. Marketing and promotional programs on social media have an important role in the 4.0 era. These results show that the effectiveness of social media has had a quite good impact in increasing visits to the Rahmat Zoo and Park tourist destination. 2. The results show that growing awareness has a close relationship with marketing in the form of word of mouth among customers. This can be seen from 33.3% of respondents coming to visit because they received information from friends or relatives. 3. The effectiveness of social media in growing awareness is sufficient to increase the number of visits to the Rahmat Zoo & Park tourist destination. It can be seen that as many as (70.4%) agree that they often visit social media accounts.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the integration of online and offline marketing strategies has emerged as an effective approach to influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study explores the implementation of these strategies by Mancafe, a coffee shop in Medan, and their impact on customer purchasing behavior. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that online marketing through social media and e-commerce platforms significantly expands customer reach, while offline marketing, particularly through direct customer experiences, plays a crucial role in building trust and loyalty. The synergy of these strategies enhances brand awareness and customer retention. This study provides valuable insights for business owners on optimizing marketing strategies to strengthen competitiveness and improve customer satisfaction

Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini tidak lagi cukup hanya berorientasi pada aspek kognitif atau kecerdasan intelektual, tetapi juga harus menyentuh dimensi afektif dan spiritual. Dalam pendidikan Islam, nilai-nilai keagamaan menjadi dasar utama dalam membentuk siswa yang berakhlak mulia dan berintegritas Tantangan globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang berpotensi mengikis nilai moral, menjadikan pendidikan karakter religius menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter religius melalui program kegiatan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter religius, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan normatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian AIK, guru AIK, guru mata pelajaran selain AIK, wali kelas, siswa, dan wali siswa, kemudian divalidasi menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai religius dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap: transformasi nilai (penyampaian materi ajaran Islam), transaksi nilai (interaksi dua arah dan keteladanan guru), dan transinternalisasi (pembiasaan yang mengakar dalam perilaku siswa). Bentuk kegiatannya meliputi salat dhuha, salat berjamaah, tadarus Al-Qur’an, hafalan surat pendek, mentoring keislaman, dan kegiatan kemuhammadiyahan. Faktor pendukung meliputi budaya sekolah yang religius, peran teladan guru, serta dukungan sebagian besar orang tua. Hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain pengaruh negatif media sosial, latar belakang keluarga yang beragam, keterbatasan waktu, dan inkonsistensi pengawasan di luar sekolah. Internalisasi AIK terbukti berdampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa, tercermin dari peningkatan disiplin ibadah, sopan santun, tanggung jawab, serta kepedulian sosial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat agar nilai religius tertanam lebih mendalam dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how hotel employees in Yogyakarta interpret human resource management (HRM) practices and how these perceptions influence their creativity at work. Using the concept of HR attributions, it examines the personal and organizational meanings employees assign to HR efforts and their impact on creative behavior. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 hotel employees. Thematic analysis revealed that both individual factors, such as motivation and personal values, and organizational factors, including leadership support and team culture, shape employees’ creativity. Findings indicate that employees’ perceptions of the sincerity and relevance of HR practices significantly affect their willingness to innovate beyond formal roles. This research offers valuable insights for future studies on the emotional and contextual aspects of HRM and creativity, particularly in service industries like hospitality.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dengan mengedepankan partisipasi aktif, kolaborasi, dan pengalaman langsung. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu, adanya indikasi minimnya pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan metode outing class interaktif. Metode ini menekankan pembelajaran interaktif dan keterlibatan siswa dalam lingkungan kelas.   Kegiatan  pengabdian   ini  di laksanakan di Pesantren Syaifullah Delitua Medan, pada September 2023, dan kegiatan dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode outing class interaktif. Hasil kegiatan ini, terbukti telah mampu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menginspirasi, praktis, dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada pembentukan jiwa wirausaha peserta didik, karena outing class interaktif bukan hanya tentang transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga tentang membentuk karakter dan sikap yang dibutuhkan dalam hal ini khusus nya untuk meningkatkan jiwa  wirausaha.

Abstract

The tourism industry is an industry that has high development potential and has an important role in economic growth and community welfare. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and level of visitor satisfaction on customer loyalty at Historic Beach. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive research. The population used in the research were visitors to Historic Beach located in Perupuk Village, Limapuluh Pesisir District with a sample of 255 people. When selecting samples, use the purposive sampling method. Instrument The survey instrument used was a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 22 software and the results were presented in table form. Research results using Multiple Linear Regression hypothesis testing. It was found from the t test that service quality and level of visitor satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty. Continuing with the F Test, service quality and level of visitor satisfaction simultaneously influence visitor loyalty at Historic Beach. The adjusted R square value is 0.597 or 59.7% with a fairly significant level of correlation. As a result, it can be said that the variables of service quality (X1), level of visitor satisfaction (X2), and customer loyalty (Y) at Historic Beach influence each other by 59.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Researchers recommend that further research be carried out using a more diverse and extensive sample size and variables. So that it can better represent visitor loyalty.

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize the use of TikTok as an interactive and economically potential learning medium for students and teachers at SMA Harapan 3 Medan. The primary issue identified was the participants' lack of understanding regarding the utilization of social media for educational purposes and monetization. The solution was provided through a workshop based on seven literacies: digital, technological, media, financial, informational, social, and cultural. The implementation methods included theoretical sessions, practical applications, evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests, and follow-up surveys. Results indicated an improvement in participants' understanding, with 85% of students able to create educational content after the training, and 70% of them understanding monetization strategies. The workshop also motivated 60% of teachers to consider social media as a teaching aid. The impact of this activity is expected to continue in adaptive learning and the creative economy in the digital er.

Change is an important thing for the company or organization as well as the employees themselves to be able to advance the organization. However, resistance in the change process can be a barrier in advancing the organization itself through several factors. This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of changing organizational policies on employee resistance attitudes. In research using quantitative methods and using questionnaire as a measuring tool. The scale used in questionnaire and changes in company policy uses a Likert scale with 4 choices of statements. Data processing is carried out using a computer system with the SPSS program. Data were collected from 105 scales distributed to permanent employees. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant influence between employee resistance attitudes to changes in organizational (F count = 80.278, p <0.05). From this research, it is also known that changes in organizational policies have contributed to the attitude of resistance in employees of PT. SEPCO&M Medan is 43.8% and 56.2% is influenced by other factors.

For companies with COVID-19 experiencing a very significant change where the capacity of workers in the room is also limited, the organization modifies the work system from face to face to face to face, the absent system is also modified. This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of changing organizational policies on employee resistance attitudes. In this study using quantitative methods and using a questionnaire as a measuring tool. The scale used in the questionnaire of employee resistance attitudes and changes in company policy uses a Likert scale with 4 choices of statements. Data processing is carried out using a computer system with the SPSS program. Data were collected from 105 scales distributed to permanent employees. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant effect between employee resistance attitudes to organizational policy changes (F count = 80.278, p <0.05). From this research, it is also known that changes in organizational policies have contributed to the attitude of resistance in employees of PT. SEPC O&M Medan is 43.8% and 56.2% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study the relationship between perceived effectiveness of organizational change and job satisfaction is positive and important. SEPC O & M where employees will react to policy changes made, especially during the current pandemic where there are policy changes that the company cannot predict. These changes make employees demand an attitude of resistance.

Abstract

Many people are experiencing economic difficulties due to decreased income and have lost their jobs, so they no longer have the income to meet their financial needs in the Koto Ranah Traditional Village, Koto Besar Dharmasraya. So, in this case, BUMDes is needed to mobilize village potential and assist in poverty alleviation efforts. The purpose of this service activity is to optimize seven Business Units, namely public service units, leasing units, intermediary units, trading units, finance and loan units, joint business units, and contractor or developer unions in the Koto Ranah Traditional Village to deal with the economic crisis that occurred. The results of the dedication stated that the Trading Unit of the Koto Ranah Sakti BUMDes made a breakthrough by helping the economy through the sale of LPG Gas and Mineral Water at affordable prices, where LPG Gas and Mineral Water are important basic needs in every household that are needed and used every day. With the KKN program, by empowering BUMDes, Koto Ranah Sakti can continue to manage the community's economy amid a pandemic, not so that BUMDes can develop more advanced.
