Abstract

Bursa Kerja Khusus(BKK) merupakan bagian dari perekrutan siswa yang akan mencari pekerjaaan yang biasanya diadakan oleh bagian khusus yang bekerjasama dengan berbagai perusahaan baik itu swasta ataupun pemerintahan. Dan yang sebagaian di lakukan oleh berbagai Lembaga Pendidikan baik itu tinggak SMK/SMA. BKK di salah satu SMK di Jatilawang memiliki kesulitan untuk melayani Pendaftar dengan jarak yang jauh maupun dari sekolah di luar Jatilawang. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan saat ini di lakukan melalui pengisian formulir di posko pendaftaran. sehingga Pendaftar sering lupa atau tidak tahu mengenai jadwal tes maupun pengumuman diterima atau ditolak oleh Perusahaan. Pemberitahuan melalui pesan singkat SMS terkadang tidak efektif karena Pendaftar lebih memilih ganti kartu untuk mendapatkan kuota Internet yang banyak. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem ini adalah model waterfall adalah model klasik yang bersifat sistematis, berurutan dalam membangun perangkat lunak. Nama model ini sebenarnya adalah “Linear Sequential Model”. Model ini sering disebut juga dengan “classic life cycle” atau metode waterfall sehingga dapat memberikan solusi alternatif pada sistem website. Dengan Implementasi Metode Waterfall dalam pembuatan aplikasi website untuk BKK di SMK Jatilawang dapat mengatasi masalah jarak, waktu dan pengolahan informasi yang lebih baik. Mengikuti proses seleksi semudah menekan tombol menjadi tujuan Proyek ini. Pendaftar datang tidak hanya dari Kabupaten Banyumas tetapi juga dari Berbagai kota di luar Karsidenan Banyumas. Hal ini menujukan peningkatan Fungsi BKK SMK di Jatilawang sebagai lembaga antar kerja aktif dalam melakukan tugasnya.

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia atau biasa disebut KPRI merupakan Koperasi yang didirikan oleh pegawai negeri serta dikelola untuk kepentingan bersama pegawai negeri. KPRI ADIL Karangpucung merupakan salah satu koperasi yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Karangpucung Kabupaten Cilacap Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Program kerja di KPRI ADIL Karangpucung dalam proses pelayanan dan pengolahan data masih manual atau belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pendataan dan pencatatan transaksi simpan pinjam. Penerapan sistem yang masih manual memungkinkan terjadinya hilangnya data dan salah pencatatan yang akan menimbulkan kurang akuratnya data yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website ini yaitu metode waterfall dengan menggunakan HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, dan JQuery sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MYSQL dan PhpMyAdmin sebagai basis data, CodeIgniter dan Bootstrap sebagai Framework, serta Atom sebagai text editor. Diharapkan dengan adanya implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website ini dapat mempermudah admin dalam mengelola data karyawan, data nasabah, data transaksi simpanan dan pinjaman, data angsuran serta laporan secara keseluruhan, agar data yang dihasilkan lebih akurat.

Abstract

Village government is one of the government agencies in charge of regulating and managing resources at the village level. One of the obligations of the village is to carry out population administration as a form of service to the community. The Kober Village Office, in providing population administration services, still does not use an automated system so that the administrative service process and population data processing becomes slow and less efficient in reporting. For this reason, we need a web system for processing population administration data that is able to overcome the problems that are currently happening. The purpose of making this Population Data Processing website is to help provide alternative solutions to problems in Kober village. With this website, it is hoped that population administration services by the Kober Village government to the community can be carried out better, faster and easier

Abstract

The use of information technology in education is a new breakthrough. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, many teaching and learning activities are carried out online using the internet in the form of e-learning. one important part of e-learning is the test. Computer based test (CBT) can be implemented in schools that should be accessed by students from remote places. Computer-based test applications can be used as a complement to online learning by utilizing the web technology. Web-based applications allows access by students with an internet connection using PC/Laptop or other mobile devices. In addition, implementation costs can be saved because paperless. Computer-based test applications also make it easier for teachers to grade the answer where the application can automatically provide the score instantly when students finish the test. In this study, the application was built using the web technology that run from various devices and platforms. Access applications can be designed for local network use (intranet) or online by hosting the application on a webserver. The application development uses a system development life cycle approach using PHP-MySQL technology. Keyword : CBT, computer base test, PHP-MySQL, webapps.

Abstract

Abstracts - Technological developments are progressing rapidly. Systems continue to emerge with various new innovations that are needed by the wider community. Many agencies and companies are competing to digitize their systems. The availability of sufficient information systems can support fast and simple performance so as to achieve efficiency. One of them is developing in the world of marketing, from a conventional system to a modern one. This change follows sophisticated applications that continue to appear, one of which is Instagram. Content on Instagram is now a marketing place that can reach all circles. The purpose of this research is to design a social media content creation system that can be used to facilitate the work of staff every day and facilitate monitoring of staff work and the achievements of projects being worked on. Methods of observation, interviews and literature study were used to obtain the necessary data. By using a web information system, recording client data, processing content ideas and captions, and managing designs more organized and easily accessible and with a web information system, it is easier for staff at PT. Make Creative Digital Agency (Social Media Admin, Content Writer and Graphic Designer) at work.

Abstract

Abstrak - Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat sangat mempengaruhi berbagai kehidupan terutama dalam kegiatan bisnis seperti usaha konveksi guna mempertahankan dan bersaing di dalam bisnis yang semakin ketat. CV. Jiyo’g merupakan usaha industri yang bergerak di bidang konveksi yang melayani jasa produksi pakaian khususnya pembuatan kaos sablon yang memprioritaskan kepuasan pelanggan. Padahal CV. Jiyo’g sudah memiliki banyak pelanggan, tetapi saat ini dalam kegiatan bisnis pemesanannya masih belum efektif, dimana pelanggan datang ke toko untuk melakukan pemesanan serta dalam pencatatan data pemesanan masih menggunakan buku. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Kaos Sablon Berbasis Web Pada CV Jiyo’g yang bisa memudahkan pelanggan dalam pemesanan kaos sablon, serta admin dapat mengolah data pemesanan, dan data pembayaran dengan cepat. Metode yang digunakan merancang sistem ini berupa metode prototipe, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dengan adanya sebuah sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah pelanggan maupun admin.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pemesanan, Sablon.Abstract - Along with the rapid development of technology, it greatly affects various lives, especially in business activities such as the convection business in order to maintain and compete in an increasingly tight business. CV. Jiyo'g is an industrial business engaged in convection that serves clothing production services, especially the manufacture of screen printing t-shirts that prioritize customer satisfaction. Even though CV. Jiyo'g already has many customers, but currently in its ordering business activities it is still not effective, where customers come to the store to place orders and in recording order data they still use books. For this reason, the author tries to make a Final Project regarding the Design of a Web-Based Screen Printing T-shirt Ordering Information System at CV Jiyo'g which can make it easier for customers to order screen printing t-shirts, and admins can process order data, and payment data quickly. The method used to design this system is a prototype method, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and literature study. With the existence of this information system can make it easier for customers and admins.Keywords: Information System, Ordering, Screen Printing.

Abstract

Generally, every soul has almost experienced the loss of something that previously existed and had no longer exists. The event off loss, especially of property, can cause anxiety for someone who is looking for lost items. This is because there is a possibility of someone will find the lost items. Currently, the process of searching and announcing lost items is not going well because of existing factors such as that information does no spread widely. Therefore, a media is needed that can be a place to accommodate information on the search and find of lost items with the intention of helping people find and return lost items. Android-based application development using Dart programming language, Flutter framework, Firebase database, and Nominatim API. Application development method using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model and tested with black box testing method. The results of the application development indicate the application can run well according the required specifications and can be seen from black box testing with valid results

Abstract

The school library is part of the education component that cannot be saparated form the school environment. As one form of education, the school library function as a learning support for students as well as fosters interest in reading in order to achieve educational goals at school. The library is an instituttion that manages the collection of written, printed, and or recorded work professionally with a standard system to meet the needs of education, research, presevation, information and recreation of students as the use of the library. Based on the author’s research, SMK Tujuh Lima 1 Purwokerto is an educational institution where there is a library with a manual book-lending service system using a book recording method or it can be said that it has not been computerized, thus hampering lending activities within the library itself, using a computerized system so that it can lighten and facilitate activities in the library in borrowing and returning books. The software development method used is the prototype method. Then made a web-based book lending and return information system design which aims to make it easier for officers to manage library data and can minimize the riskof loss or damage to documents.

Abstract

Waste is a problem faced by almost all countries worldwide. There are several operational technical problems in waste management, such as adequate sorting, containerization, collection and transportation systems. The waste disposal and collection process does not separate organic, inorganic and B3 waste. Apart from that, the route for transporting waste from the rubbish bin to the final disposal site takes quite a long time. Therefore, a mobile-based system that aims to overcome this problem is needed. So you can find out the characteristics of waste in the form of the amount and type of waste produced and provide a design for an effective and efficient waste sorting, container, collection and transportation system. In this way, it can improve the current waste management process. The implementation of this system uses the prototype method with the help of Unified Modeling Language tools for depicting system flow diagrams such as use case, activity, Entity Relationship Diagram, Logical Record Structure, class and sequence diagrams which sequentially form a unified system making prototypes or designing mobile apps using Figma. By using computerized mobile app design, it can provide an overview of the waste management system for BUMDes.

Abstract

The community service activity, focusing on the utilization of Google My Business to enhance the economy of BUMDes Sumber Rejeki in Karangkemojing Village, aims to improve the skills of local SME owners in introducing their businesses to a broader market. The training content is designed to enable the community to reach a wider audience, with the expectation of boosting the village's income. The goal is for participants to effectively utilize Google My Business as a promotional tool for the village to external audiences, emphasizing appealing designs and quality content. The execution method involves community service at Bina Sarana Informatika University, collaborating with the managers of BUMDes Karangkemojing Village. The training covers content creation and product promotion using Google My Business, accompanied by monitoring and evaluation stages. Solutions offered include learning how to create engaging content and effective promotion management. The anticipated outcomes encompass press releases in online and electronic media, along with an increase in the income of BUMDes managers who have been equipped with knowledge and technology. This, in turn, is expected to enhance the well-being of the local community in Karangkemojing Village.
