Abstract

Abstract

Currently, the world of work requires skilled labor with work-ready skills. One of the skills needed in the world of work is computer skills. Course education institutions can be used as an alternative to learning the skills needed by the world of work. Therefore, many course education institutions (LPK) have sprung up that organize work-ready education to meet the needs of the world of work. Kurus programming is a course education institution that focuses on programming languages, namely web programming, java, and c++ which aims to help students to make projects or assignments. The coding course application system at skinny programming is a website-based system in the IT field, it is hoped that this system can help course management and facilitate student data management, scheduling and management of payment funds from students. With this system, it can facilitate students to register, select tutors, select the desired course class, and select the main material. The obstacles that researchers find in thin programming include registration, both students and tutors are still written by hand, making schedules and payment systems are also still done by recording all existing transactions using handwriting and in the book in writing, because using handwritten data is prone to loss such as being exposed to water or torn so that researchers make this system so that data is safe and easy to find again, difficulty in finding tutors that suit your needs and promotions that are not yet widespread. The method used is the Waterfall method which is divided into several stages: Software Requirements Analysis, Design, Program Code Generation, Testing and maintenance. For this reason, researchers try to create a web-based coding course information system in the hope that it can provide convenience for students or students in doing assignments.

Abstract

Effective UMKM assistance requires business identification and grouping. Officially, UMKM in Indonesia are divided into Micro, Small, and Medium based on assets and turnover. This research aims to group UMKM in a Regency of South Sumatra by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm using these two variables. The research stages include business understanding, data understanding, data processing, modeling, evaluation, and dissemination. From 15 test data, this study successfully applied K-Means to classify UMKM. The result was the formation of 3 clusters, consisting of 8 data (53%) in Cluster 1, 6 data (40%) in Cluster 2, and 1 data (7%) in Cluster 3. This result has been validated using RapidMiner and shows identical outcomes. This grouping can serve as a basis for stakeholders to provide more effective assistance

Abstract

The recruitment of PT Automobil Jaya Mandiri Purwokerto employees is the determination of a human resource management plan related to the large number of employees needed by PT Automobil Jaya Mandiri Purwokerto. PT Automobil Jaya Mandiri Purwokerto is one of the companies engaged in 3S automotive (Sales, Service, Spare Parts). PT Automobil Jaya Mandiri Purwokerto sometimes opens employee recruitment, but still applies manual systems such as applicant registration, selection tests, and recording applicant data. For this reason, a website-based employee recruitment system was created using the waterfall method in which there are several stages, namely software requirements analysis, design, program code creation, testing and support or maintenance to help disseminate information, add employees and assist manager performance. Meanwhile, the data modeling uses a structured method, namely Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) to describe the data model and Logical Record Structure (LRS) makes it easier to define file specifications. This information system application on employee recruitment is a solution to be able to disseminate information about employee recruitment and selection online and can assist managers in managing payment data and transactions.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a valuable method for understanding user opinions on digital applications. This study evaluates the performance of the Naive Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithms in classifying sentiments from user reviews of the Duolingo application obtained from the Google Play Store. The dataset consists of 2,000 reviews, comprising 1,000 negative (1-star) and 1,000 positive (5-star) reviews. Preprocessing was conducted in RapidMiner through several stages, including case transformation, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming, with features represented using TF-IDF. The experimental results show that Naive Bayes achieved an accuracy of 79.96%, recall of 87.76%, precision of 77.21%, and an AUC of 96.40%. Meanwhile, KNN achieved an accuracy of 78.34%, recall of 75.32%, precision of 81.06%, and an AUC of 92.20%. These findings suggest that Naive Bayes outperforms KNN overall, particularly in sensitivity and class separation, while KNN produces more precise positive predictions. Therefore, the choice of algorithm should depend on analysis objectives, whether emphasizing broader sentiment detection or higher precision in positive sentiment classification.

Abstract

Large Language Model (LLM) applications such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and Perplexity have been massively adopted in Indonesia, yet user experience evaluation remains largely limited to global sentiment analysis. This study implements Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) using a dual-Transformer approach: DeBERTa zero-shot for aspect extraction and IndoBERT for sentiment classification on 5,000 Indonesian-language reviews from the Google Play Store across four aspect categories. Manual validation by two annotators on 300 samples yielded Cohen’s Kappa of  (aspect) and  (sentiment), both Moderate. Evaluation against the gold standard showed aspect accuracy of 37.5% (weighted F1 = 0.42) and sentiment accuracy of 64.7% (weighted F1 = 0.61). Sensitivity analysis across five hypothesis templates revealed inter-template Kappa of 0.19–0.63, confirming template selection impact on predictions. Comparative analysis reveals Copilot achieves the highest satisfaction (mean score 4.67), while Claude records the most complaints (36.9% negative). This study contributes a validated comparative ABSA framework for Indonesian-language LLM applications

Abstract

The use of information technology in education is a new breakthrough. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, many teaching and learning activities are carried out online using the internet in the form of e-learning. one important part of e-learning is the test. Computer based test (CBT) can be implemented in schools that should be accessed by students from remote places. Computer-based test applications can be used as a complement to online learning by utilizing the web technology. Web-based applications allows access by students with an internet connection using PC/Laptop or other mobile devices. In addition, implementation costs can be saved because paperless. Computer-based test applications also make it easier for teachers to grade the answer where the application can automatically provide the score instantly when students finish the test. In this study, the application was built using the web technology that run from various devices and platforms. Access applications can be designed for local network use (intranet) or online by hosting the application on a webserver. The application development uses a system development life cycle approach using PHP-MySQL technology. Keyword : CBT, computer base test, PHP-MySQL, webapps.
