<![CDATA[Public services organized by public organizations are one manifestation of functions of the state government apparatus as civil servants. Public services are intended to prosper the community. The condition of people who experience dynamic development, the better level of community life, resulting in people becoming more aware of what their rights and obligations are as citizens in living in the community, proposing their demands, desires, and aspirations to the government. The purpose of this study are as follows: 1) To determine the service quality of KIR test at the Department of Transportation (Dishub) of Kediri City? 2) To find out the satisfaction of KIR service users in the Department of Transportation (Dishub) of Kediri City?, 3) To analyze the influence Kir test service quality to the satisfaction of KIR service users in the Kediri City Transportation Agency (Dishub)? This study uses quantitative research designs. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable of this study is the quality of service while the dependent variable of the study is the satisfaction of the users of mobile vehicle testing services, data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Based on the results of the research. The following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Based on the results of the investigation it has been proven that the quality of service of the KIR test at the Kediri City Transportation Agency (Dishub) is good, service employees, facilities and tools the support used in the test is complete and modern. 2) Based on the results of the analysis it has been proven that the level of satisfaction of KIR service users in the Kediri City Transportation Agency (Dishub) is quite high. 3) There is a significant effect of service quality variables on community satisfaction of test service users in the city of Kediri, service quality variables have an impact of 78.6% on the achievement of the service user community.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThis thesis is titled "Social Problem Solving Survey of Class XI Students of IIS SMA Pontianak Mujahidin" The common problem in this study is how the social problem solving abilities of IIS Mujahidin SMA XI grade X students with sub-problems include: 1) how is the problem solving ability of social class XI students IIS Pontianak Mujahidin High School? 2) what affects the ability to solve social problems of class XI IIS Mujahidin Pontianak ?. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative method and the form of research using surveys. The results of one sub-problem research are: Solving Abilities Social problems of class XI IIS SMA Mujahidin Pontianak are known as 40 of 98 students who have students' social problem solving skills namely medium category of 40.81%. So that it can be seen that almost half of the 11th grade students of IIS SMA Pontianak Mujahidin have the ability to solve social problems in the medium category. the results of the two sub-problem research are: It can be seen from the indicators that affect almost 50% of the 11th grade students of IIS SMA Mujahidin Pontianak have the ability to solve social problems in the medium category. Conclusions from the results of the study: Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the researcher can answer according to the formulation of the problem by concluding the results of the study. In accordance with the results of the research data analysis, that the ability to solve social problems of class XI IIS of the Mujahidin High School in Pontianak is included in the medium category. Keyword : Solving Social Problems, Students.]]>

<![CDATA[The material object examined in this research is a painting entitled "Brother and Sister" by Basuki Abdullah. To obtain theoretical results, the analysis was carried out by applying a qualitative approach. This analysis was carried out with the aim of finding out the concepts or ideas and meanings that shape the beauty of the shape of the object used, the colors chosen, and the overall message to be conveyed through this painting. This feeling emerged when the painter was in the frenzy of social change which was the impact of changes in the nation's economic system at that time. This analysis technique is carried out by collecting articles that contain the meaning of a work. Apart from that, the analysis technique is also carried out by using library research and online data searches. In this way, it is found that each element in the painting "Brother and Sister" indeed contains aesthetic values. This can be seen from how these elements need each other to explain the overall meaning of empathy, compassion and humanity. This feeling emerged when the painter was in the frenzy of social change which was the impact of changes in the nation's economic system at that time. Abstrak Objek material yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah karya seni lukis berjudul “Kakak dan Adik” karya Basuki Abdullah. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang teoritis, maka analisis dilakukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui konsep atau ide serta makna yang membentuk keindahan dari bentuk objek yang digunakan, warna yang dipilih, hingga keseluruhan pesan yang hendak disampaikan melalui lukisan ini. Rasa tersebut muncul ketika pelukis berada dalam hiruk pikuk perubahan sosial yang merupakan dampak dari perubahan sistem ekonomi bangsa kala itu. Teknik analisis ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan artikel yang berisikan mengenai pemaknaan terhadap suatu karya selain itu juga teknik analisis dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan studi Pustaka dan penelusuran data online. Dengan ini didapati bahwa tiap unsur dalam lukisan “Kakak dan Adik” memang memuat nilai-nilai keindahan. Hal itu terlihat dari bagaimana unsur-unsur tersebut saling membutuhkan dalam menjelaskan makna keseluruhan mengenai rasa empati pada kasih sayang dan kemanusiaan. Rasa tersebut muncul ketika pelukis berada dalam hiruk pikuk perubahan sosial yang merupakan dampak dari perubahan sistem ekonomi bangsa kala itu.]]>

<![CDATA[Slovin’s formula was a popular formula employed to calculate sample size in psychological research in Indonesia. There were not many Indonesian academic publications in Psychology discussing the use of the formula. Most of discussion regarding the use of the formula were conducted in social media platform, which were incomplete or inaccurate at their best. The current article was written to provide a deeper look at the formula and its limitation. One simulation study was conducted to provide empirical basis for evaluating the use of the formula in different contexts. It was concluded that the application of Slovin’s formula was limited to a very specific research context and that employing the formula for calculating sample sizes in different contexts may result in lower precision of parameter estimation.]]>

<![CDATA[Developing a financial wellness questionnaire in Indonesia is necessary to evaluate household financial situation. However, there has been a scarcity of research that adapts and tests the psychometric properties of the financial wellness questionnaire in Indonesia. The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Indonesian version of Joo’s Financial Wellness Questionnaire. Data was collected using an online survey consisting of 388 participants (25-60 years). The results provided two evidences of the validity of the Indonesian version of the Financial Wellness Questionnaire based on the scale’s internal structure. Firstly, the structure of relationships between items in the questionnaire fits the theoretical model of financial wellness, which includes objective and subjective measurements. Furthermore, the structure of relationships between items in the subjective measure fits the theoretical model of the subjective measure of financial wellness, which comprises aspects of subjective perception, financial behavior, and financial satisfaction. Based on the evaluation of the Multiple Indicator Multiple Cause (MIMIC) model fitted, we also identified the effects of gender, education, and socio-economic status (SES) on some of the subjective financial wellness indicators. Therefore, the questionnaire should consider the aforementioned variables in interpreting the questionnaire scores. ]]>

<![CDATA[In implementing the independent curriculum there are various obstacles. 0ne of them is the readiness of schools and teaching staff.Differences in school conditions and students are also.To overcome them , teaching staff use the differentiation method. It is a learning method that aims to meet the needs of students according to their individual characteristics, regarding learning styles, differences in abilities and so on.Differentiation is also appropriate to apply to inclusive children.Where learning requires differences in learning methods and outcomes.This research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods using observation, interviews and module studies.The results of this research show that differentiation in the form of different treatment in content,process, redianess, product, also the form of learning settings and lesson modules is very appropriate to the needs of inclusive children.]]>

<![CDATA[The current article shows the importance of involving an adequate size of try-out samples based on two considerations: the power of the analysis and the accuracy of parameter estimates. Two simulation studies were conducted to achieve two purposes. The first was to show the disadvantages of calculating reliability estimates with inadequate sample sizes due to lower power or high inaccuracy. The second objective was to show the performance of two formulas for calculating the required sample size: Feldt and Bonett. Based on their performance, the recommendation on which formula should be used was made. The results of the first simulation show that inadequate sample size resulted in lower power to test estimated reliability from the data and large fluctuation of reliability estimates across samples. Such large fluctuations made higher possibility of having sample values of reliability estimates far from the population value. The second simulation results in better estimation of sample size required to have large power and accuracy using Bonett’s formula.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKListrik dalam kehidupan sehari merupakan suatu hal yang sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok. Dalam kehidupan rumah tangga disatu sisi listrik memiliki banyak manfaat tetapi disisi lain memiliki resiko besar yang dapat membahayakan bagi pemakaianya apabila salah dalam penanganan dan penggunaanya sehingga akan berakibat fatal sampai merenggut nyawa manusia. Adapun pemasangan instalasi listrik di indonesia telah diatur sesuai dengan Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL 2000). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian penelitian ini dengan observasi. Langkah penelitian dimulai dari tahap persiapan meliputi perijinan dan penelusuran pustaka. Kemudian pengukuran dan pengambilan data resistansi pentanahan untuk sistem pentanahan Lapas Kelas IIA Bengkulu dan dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan serta perbandingan. Hasil keseluruhan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menyatakan bahwa nilai tahanan pentanahan pada gedung – gedung Lapas Kelas IIA Bengkulu jika dilihat dari hasil perbandingan nilai tahanan pentanahan yang diukur didapatkan nilai tertinggi sebesar 14 Ohm sedangkan nilai tahanan pentanahan terendah 11 ohm dan dibandingkan dengan nilai tahanan sesuai dengan standart PLN untuk rumah tinggal/gedung maka didapatkan bahwa sistem pentanahan di Lapas Kelas IIA bengkulu belum memenuhi standart PLNKata kunci: Grounding, nilai pentanahan, elektroda]]>
