Abstract

The success of innovation in the rural bank and shariah rural bank industry lies in the quality of human resources. Employees' abilities related to readiness to change and innovative behavior affect team innovation. The rapidly changing times must be anticipated by the Management and Employees of rural bank and shariah rural bank with quality innovations. The concept of team innovation will provide views and guidance for employees to be able to improve the competitiveness and existence of rural bank and shariah rural bank, now and in the future.Keywords: readiness to change, innovative behavior, synergizing teamwork and team innovation.

Abstract

: The quality of human resources is one of the factors for increasing the productivity and performance of a company. One of the goals of improving the quality of human resources is to ensure that the organization/company has quality people to achieve organizational goals. As one of the main drivers in the smooth running of a company's activities, the important role of human resources requires every company to pay attention to and motivate its employees to provide good performance. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach, which can be interpreted as a research statement that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 33 employees who worked at the Medan Plantation Company. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, the results showed that each compensation and job satisfaction variable had a partial effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous testing resulted in an F-count value of 8,472 with a significance level of 0.000, while the f-table value at alpha 5% was 3.32, therefore based on the calculation results it was concluded that F-count > F-table and the significance level was 0.001 < 0.05 shows that compensation and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in Plantation Companies. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2), obtained an R-Square value of 0.361, this means that 36.1% of the variation in employee performance values ​​is determined by the role of variations in compensation values ​​and job satisfaction so it can be concluded that the contribution of compensation values ​​and job satisfaction in influencing employee performance was 36.1% while 63.9% was the contribution of other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of the implementation of measured marketing strategies in Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah, particularly in increasing the number of male and female students (santri) and enhancing public awareness nationwide. The research methodology involves both quantitative and qualitative analyses, incorporating data collection from marketing campaigns, feedback from prospective students, and the evaluation of public responses. The findings indicate that the implementation of marketing strategies at Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah has successfully achieved its objectives, leading to a significant increase in student enrollments and heightened awareness among the public. Digital media, including the official website, social media, and online advertising campaigns, proved to be effective tools in reaching the target audience. The success factors involve strong collaboration between the marketing team and the pesantren management, along with active involvement of the pesantren officials in promotional activities. However, challenges were identified in adapting to changing trends in digital marketing and increasing competition within the pesantren sector. Future opportunities lie in the development of creative content, collaboration with influencers, and the utilization of emerging technologies. Recommendations include enhancing collaboration with media outlets, optimizing online advertising campaigns, and continuous monitoring of digital marketing trends. This research contributes to a better understanding of the effectiveness of marketing strategies in religious educational institutions, with the hope that Pesantren Modern An Nahdliyah continues to thrive and becomes a nationally recognized center for education.

Abstract

Team innovation in microfinance institutions lies in the quality of human resources. The rapidly changing times that occur must be able to be anticipated with quality innovation. The quality of human resources can be seen from the ability of employees to share knowledge and behave innovatively and can be assessed from the team innovation that occurs in the institution or organization. The population of this research is employees who work in the microfinance industry with a population of 2100. A sample of 300 employees was taken using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), with the Smart PLS program. This team's innovation concept will provide insight and guidance for employees to be able to increase the competitiveness and existence of Microfinance Institutions now and in the future.

Abstract

Hubungan antara sumber daya manusia dan inovasi memiliki hubungan yang tidak terpisahkan di dunia bisnis dan menjadi kebutuhan untuk bisnis dapat bertahan dan bersaing di tengah tuntutan konsumen yang selalu meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Perusahaan saat ini semakin mengadopsi model inovasi terbuka dan terlibat dengan sumber pengetahuan eksternal dan harus menemukan manusia yang berkuliatas untuk membawa inovasi ke dalam Perusahaan. Pengetahuan dan inovasi baru merupakan kebutuhan untuk menjadikan Perusahaan compete di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Berinovasi cenderung sangat bergantung pada pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman karyawan dalam proses penciptaan nilai. Hal penting lain dalam inovasi adalah adanya proses transfer knowledge dan kesediaan berbagi ilmu pengetahuan. Untuk lebih jauh memahami berbagi pengetahuan dan inovasi dibutuhkan pelatihan khusus, indikator kinerja baru, imbalan baru, dan cara-cara baru untuk berkomunikasi dengan/dan di antara karyawan. Hal tersebut merupakan tuntutan untuk menjadikan sumber daya manusia lebih aktif, efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, berbagi pengetahuan diperlukan untuk mengakomodasi peran strategis sumber daya manusia untuk kreatif dan inovatif serta kompetitif untuk menjadikan Perusahaan yang profitable dan sustanaible. Sinergi kerjatim ini merupakan pengembangan dari teori-teori sumberdaya manusia. Human Capital atau Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan kombinasi dari pengetahuan, keterampilan, inovasi dan kemampuan seseorang untuk menjalankan tugasnya sehingga dapat menciptkan suatu nilai tambah dan akan memberikan suistanable revenue di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan mie ayam kepada siswa dan siswi SMA guna menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha yang bernilai ekonomi. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di SMA di daerah Medan Belawan pada tahun 2024 dan dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan praktis siswa dalam dunia kewirausahaan, khususnya di bidang kuliner. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan teknis serta memberikan pemahaman tentang cara mengelola usaha yang dapat membuka peluang ekonomi di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan langsung dengan pendekatan praktis, yang mencakup pembuatan mie ayam serta pengenalan tentang pentingnya aspek-aspek kewirausahaan seperti perencanaan bisnis, manajemen biaya, dan pemasaran. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang kuliner serta timbulnya semangat wirausaha yang dapat mendorong mereka untuk membuka usaha setelah lulus dari sekolah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi terhadap pelatihan ini, serta potensi keberlanjutan program pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk diterapkan pada program pendidikan di SMA lainnya.

Abstract

Wilayah Kecamatan Sipirok Kab. Tapanuli Selatan terutama masih tergolong pada tingkat ekonomi yang agak rendah. Pemberian perhatian khsususnya di Desa Padang Bujur perlu dilakukan agar pola pikir masyarakat memiliki wawasan wirausaha yang mandiri. Keterampilan dan informasi serta pembinaan seharusnya menjadikan tolak ukur yang kuat bukan hanya sekedar bantuan dana dan program bantuan akomodasi peralatan saja. Wawasan kewirausahaan sangat diperlukan agar masyarakat dapat berupaya mandiri dan memiliki keterampilan usaha yang baik, sehingga masyarakatnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memang ingin membantu menambah penghasilan suami yang hanya dari hasil bertani. Pemberian wawasan kewirausahaan dapat dilihat dari faktor lingkungannya mengingat Desa Padang Bujur yang kental dengan budaya Angkola dan mayoritas beragama Islam. Melalui wawasan pengetahuan, pelatihan, bimbingan, dan pembinaan, ibu-ibu dan perempuan desa Padang Bujur dapat berlaku mandiri dan berani untuk memulai usaha. Selanjutnya masyarakat harus terus dipantau oleh pemerintah setempat dalam berkelanjutan sehingga dapat merubah yang hanya memiliki pendapatan dari hasil tani memiliki keterampilan mengolah sumber daya yang ada menjadi nilai ekonomis.

Abstract

In the digital era, technology has become a major driver of transformation in business management. Optimizing the use of technology allows business actors to improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and strengthen competitiveness. This article discusses the results of training and implementation of technology in business management, focusing on the benefits, challenges, and recommendations for the sustainability of digital transformation. The training results show that the use of management software, digital media, and analytical technology can increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer relationships. However, several challenges such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and resistance to change are still obstacles. To overcome these challenges, continuing education, infrastructure improvement, and financial support are important steps. By optimally utilizing technology, business actors can create innovation, increase efficiency, and adapt to rapid market changes. This article emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the government, private sector, and business actors to accelerate business digitalization, thereby creating a more competitive and sustainable ecosystem. Optimizing technology not only has an impact on the growth of individual businesses, but also makes a major contribution to the growth of the national economy as a whole.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of organizational culture on internal communication and team performance in multinational companies. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with managers and employees and a quantitative survey to examine the relationships between organizational culture, communication, and team performance. The findings reveal that a strong organizational culture positively affects internal communication effectiveness, with clear and consistent communication channels enhancing collaboration and alignment among team members. Additionally, the study highlights the significant role of trust, leadership, and cultural integration in fostering effective communication and high team performance. Multinational companies with a unified organizational culture demonstrated higher levels of teamwork, cooperation, and overall performance, while fragmented cultures led to communication breakdowns and reduced team effectiveness. The results emphasize the importance of cultural cohesion, inclusivity, and adaptability in creating a conducive work environment for global teams. This research provides valuable insights for managers in multinational organizations, suggesting that cultivating a strong, trust-based, and inclusive organizational culture can improve communication, enhance collaboration, and drive team success across diverse cultural contexts.
