Abstract

Abstract. The period in 2016-2020 last sales at Home Amanah Jaya Industri showed that there was a significant decrease in revenue so a SWOT analysis was needed to find out the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and threats that have been defined so that later it can increase sales owned by the Amanah Jaya Home Industry business. Independent. This study aims to determine the business development strategy according to Islamic economics, conduct a SWOT analysis in an effort to increase sales at the X Home Industry in Caringin, Y District. This qualitative research uses a case study approach with the types of data from field research and literature studies. The data collection technique is triangulation and SWOT data analysis, with the results: business development according to Islamic economics, namely good intentions, having good morals, believing in destiny and the pleasure of Allah, being grateful, working as worship, maintaining sharia rules, being humble, avoiding pride, always on time for practicing in prayer. Judging from the business development strategy to increase sales in X Home Industry, it is based on the nature of the Prophet Muhammad, namely Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, Tabligh. And it can be concluded from the perspective of an Islamic business development strategy that this Home Industry is not appropriate and has not applied the theories and concepts of Islamic business development strategies Abstrak. Periode pada tahun 2016-2020 penjualan terakhir di Home Amanah Jaya Industri menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan pendapatan yang signifikan sehingga diperlukan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kelemahan, kekuatan, peluang, dan ancaman yang telah didefinisikan agar nantinya dapat meningkatkan penjualan yang dimiliki bisnis usaha Home Industry X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan bisnis menurut ekonomi islam, melakukan analisis SWOT dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan pada Home Industry X di Caringin Kecamatan Y. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan jenis data penelitian lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu triangulasi dan analisis data SWOT, dengan hasil: pengembangan bisnis menurut ekonomi islam yaitu niat yang baik, memiliki akhlak yang baik, percaya kepada takdir dan ridha Allah, bersyukur, kerja sebagai ibadah, menjaga aturan syariah, bersikap rendah hati, Menghindari kesombongan, selalu tepat waktu karena berlatih dalam shalat. Ditinjau dari strategi pengembangan bisnis untuk meningkatkan penjualan di Home Industry X bahwa berdasarkan dengan sifat Nabi Muhammad Saw yaitu Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, Tabligh. Dan dapat disimpulkan dari perspektif strategi pengembangan bisnis islam bahwa Home Industry ini belum sesuai dan belum menerapkan teori serta konsep strategi pengembangan bisnis islam.

Abstract

Abstract. Religiousity is the levelof one's belief and adherence to the religion being believed in. Consumer knowledge is all information that consumers have about kinds of products and services, also other knowledge about products, services, and information as consumers. This study aims to determine the influence of religiosity and knowledge on the interests of Bank x customer in Sukabumi partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The sample was 94 respondents. The sampling technique is simple Random Sampling. The types of data are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observations. The data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, validity test, reability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple regression analysis test, simultaneous test and test partial. The results is processed by SPSS program showed that the interest of Bank x customers in Sukabumi was influenced by religiosity and knowledge.The results of the F test (simultaneously) show the religiosity and knowledge simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on customer interest. The results of the T test (partial) showed that the knowledge value of X1 hadn’t significant effect on customer interest Y and the knowledge variable X2 showed that it had significant effect on customer interest Y. Abstrak. Religiusitas merupakan tingkat keyakinan dan ketaatan seseorang terhadap agama yang sedang diyakini. Pengetahuan konsumen adalah semua informasi yang dimilki konsumen mengenai berbagai macam produk dan jasa, serta pengetahuan lainya yang terkait dengan produk dan jasa tersebut dan informasi yang berhubungan dengan fungsinya sebagai konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan pengetahuan terhadap minat nasabah bank x Sukabumi secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 94 responden. Teknik yang digukan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu simple Random Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunkan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deeskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji simultan danuji parsial.Hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS menunjukan bahwa minat nasabah bank x sukabumi yang dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas dan pengetahuan.. Hasil uji F (simultan) menujukan nilai religiusitas dan pengetahuan secara simultan berpengaruh siginifikan dan positif terhadap minat nasabah. Hasil uji T (parsial) menunjukan bahwa nilai pengetahuan X1 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Y dan variable pengetahuan X2 menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap minat nasabah Y.

Abstract

Abstract. Workers have some basic rights as someone who has done something and got rewarded. Among them are getting a decent job, getting a decent wage, getting social security, getting rest and leave, and other rights. Several efforts were made by the Indonesian government to be able to provide protection for these workers, which were then regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Including the right contained in the law, companies have the right to have their own regulations governing the granting of leave to workers. These regulations must have the aim of providing welfare and benefits to workers. Maslahah Mursalah is one of the theories for exploring law when there is no evidence to support it in the texts, both in the Quran and Hadith. Islamic law was created to provide benefit to everyone; a determination of Islamic law must bring benefits and reject harm or damage. The purpose of this research is to find out the leave practices applied by CV Rabah Faeyza, which are then reviewed with maslahah mursalah. This research method uses field research; and descriptive analytical techniques to describe the problems that exist in CV Rabah Faeyza. The results of the study show that in practice CV Rabah Faeyza has provided benefits to workers even though the company's work agreement does not provide and explain leave rights. CV Rabah Faeyza provides relief to workers, if workers need and ask for leave. Leave is a basic need for workers that must be obtained by workers and must be provided by the company, however, in practice, leave is included in maslahah hajjiyah (secondary needs) according to the needs of workers. Abstrak. Pekerja memiliki beberapa hak dasar sebagai seseorang yang telah melakukan sesuatu dan mendapatkan imbalan. Diantaranya adalah, mendapat pekerjaan yang layak, mendapat upah yang layak, mendapatkan jaminan sosial, mendapatkan waktu istirahat dan cuti, dan hak-hak lainnya. Beberapa upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk dapat memberikan perlindungan terhadap pekerja tersebut yang kemudian diatur dalam Undang- Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Termasuk hak cuti meskipun terdapat dalan Undang-Undang, perusahaan berhak mempunyai peraturan sendiri yang mengatur pemberian cuti kepada pekerja. Berbagai peraturan tersebut harus memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan kesejahteraan dan kemaslahatan kepada pekerja. Maslahah Mursalah adalah salah satu teori untuk penggalian hukum ketika tidak ada dalil yang mendukung nya dalam nash, baik itu dalam Al-Quran maupun Hadist. Hukum Islam diciptakan tidak lain untuk memberikan kemaslahatan kepada semua orang, suatu penentuan hukum islam harus mendatangkan manfaat dan menolak kemadharatan atau kerusakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perlindungan praktik cuti yang diterapkan oleh CV Rabah Faeyza yang kemudian ditinjau dengan maslahah mursalah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam praktiknya CV Rabah Faeyza telah memberikan kemaslahatan kepada pekerja walaupun dalam perjanjian kerja perusahaan tidak memberikan dan menjelaskan hak cuti. CV Rabah Faeyza memberikan sebuah keringanan kepada pekerja, apabila pekerja membutuhkan dan meminta cuti. Cuti merupakan kebutuhan pokok dari pekerja yang wajib didapatkan oleh pekerja dan wajib diberikan oleh perusahaan. namun dalam prkatiknya cuti termasuk dalam maslahah hajjiyah (kebutuhan sekunder) sesuai kebutuhan pekerja.

Abstract

There is no doubt that every company has a unique approach that must be implemented to ensure that every product that is sold is successful and achieves the goals set. There are product, pricing, advertising, and location/distribution strategies. The purpose of these various marketing objectives is to gain benefits for the company and its own consumers. This problem is caused by the increasing number of competitors who make products that are similar to the products being sold and the lack of product marketing experts. When viewed from the price, this product may not be too expensive for the general public. However, because there are several people who market it, the selling price of the product will change. The purpose of this study is to identify the marketing strategies used by the HAS Hijab Convection and to analyze these strategies by considering their compatibility with sharia marketing. The concept of Islamic marketing and general marketing is used in this research framework. This research is a type of qualitative research using field research, or field research. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews and observation. This study found that the HAS Hijab Convection uses sharia principles in its marketing, but has not maximized its selling value. This research shows that the HAS hijab convection has used a general marketing strategy using a marketing mix, which includes product, price, location, and promotion. In buying and selling and promotions, applying the attitudes of Rasulullah SAW such as shiddiq (honest), amanah (trustworthy), fathonah (intelligent), and tabligh (communicative). So, if a transaction shows a violation of a principle such as honesty, then that principle has not been fully implemented in practice.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to analyze the effect of MSME halal certification on halal tourism in the Al Jabar Mosque area in Bandung City, where many MSMEs in the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque area are not yet halal certified. This is an important urgency in having the prospect of becoming a big tourism destination. In this research, the author analyzes using quantitative research methods using random sampling analysis to find out whether halal certification can influence MSMEs in the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque area. The results of observations and distribution of questionnaires in the field that have been carried out show that 76% of MSMEs in the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque area have not been halal certified and the role of BPJH in certifying halal in the area has not been implemented comprehensively. Apart from that, the role of MSMEs in the area does not affect tourism at the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque because tourists only focus on the tourist attractions, not the MSMEs. It can be concluded that based on the T test in the analysis of this research data, the results obtained show that the variables of halal certification and halal tourism have an influence. The halal certification variable for the halal certification variable is 0.000 < 0.050, while the calculated t value is 3.808 > t table (1.99300). Therefore, from the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that halal certification and halal tourism have no effect on tourists visiting. The better the creation of halal certification evenly for MSMEs, the greater the satisfaction of tourists or prospective tourists who decide to visit the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sertifikasi halal UMKM terhadap pariwisata halal di Kawasan Masjid Al Jabar di Kota Bandung yang dimana UMKM berada di Kawasan Masjid Raya Al Jabbar tersebut banyak yang belum tersertifikasi halal. Yang dimana hal tersebut menjadi sebuah urgensi penting dalam memiliki prospek untuk menjadi pariwisata yang besar. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis menggunakan metode penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis random sampling untuk mengetahui apakah sertifikasi halal dapat mempengaruhi UMKM di Kawasan Masjid Raya Al Jabbar. Hasil dari observasi serta penyebaran kuesioner di lapangan yang telah dilakukan bahwa ditemukan bahwasanya UMKM di Kawasan Masjid Raya Al Jabbar sebanyak 76% belum tersertifikasi halal serta peran BPJH dalam mensertifikasi halal di Kawasan tersebut belum terimplementasikan secara menyeluruh. Selain itu peran UMKM di Kawasan tersebutpun tidak mempengaruhi pariwisata Masjid Raya Al Jabbar dikarenakan para wisatawan hanya berfokus kepada tempat wisatanya bukan kepada UMKM nya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Berdasarkan uji T pada analisis data penelitian ini didapat hasil yang menunjukan bahwa variabel sertifikasi halal serta pariwisata halal berpengaruh. Variabel sertifikasi halal terhadap variabel sertifikasi halal sebesar 0,000 < 0,050 sedangkan untuk nilai t hitung sebesar 3,808 > t table (1.99300). Oleh karena itu, dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sertifikasi halal dan pariwisata halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap wisatawan untuk berkujungan. Semakin baik pembuatan sertifikasi halal secara merata bagi UMKM, maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan para wisatawan atau calon wisataan untuk memutuskan mengunjungi Masjid Raya Al Jabbar.

Abstract

Abstrack. The current trend of mountain climbing has become a source of income for many people, in terms of camping equipment or outdoor equipment rental services. Lease in fiqh is also called ijārah. There are several definitions of ijarah put forward by fiqh scholars. According to Shafi'iyah scholars, ijarah is a contract for a benefit with a replacement. The discussion in this research consists of two core points, the first is to find out the rental practices carried out at the Cantigi outdoor shop, and the second is to analyze the application of ijarah in the rental practices at the shop whether it meets the terms and conditions or not. The main theory used in this research comes from the Al-Qur'an, hadith and DSN-MUI fatwa. In this research, the type of research used is field research, namely how to study in depth the background and conditions that occur in society. As devout and good Muslims, it would be wonderful if we obeyed the commands of Allah SWT, whether they come from the Koran or hadith, the opinion of Ulama and it would be good for us to stay away from his prohibitions. The rental activity in Islamic law is called an ijārah contract. In the ijārah contract there are conditions and pillars for doing so. Without conditions and pillars, the ijārah contract cannot be said to be valid. It can be concluded that the rental practice carried out in the shop is easy to practice, the ijarah contract has been used well, in accordance with the pillars and terms of the ijarah contract, and finally, in the pillars of ujrah, the fine given is only notified verbally, not in writing. So it can be concluded that the rental practice that occurs at the Cantigi outdoor shop in Bandung Regency is legal, however, in the mechanism for applying fines, misunderstandings can occur between the two parties to the contract. Abstrak. Tren pendakian gunung saat ini menjadi ladang rezeki bagi banyak orang, dalam hal usaha jasa sewa-menyewa peralatan camping atau peralatan outdoor. Sewa-menyewa di dalam fiqih disebut juga dengan ijārah. ada beberapa definisi ijarah yang di kemukakan oleh ulama fiqih. Menurut ulama Syafi’iyah, ijarah adalah akad atas suatu kemanfaatan dengan pengganti. Pembahasan pada penelitian ini berjumlah dua point inti yang pertama untuk mengetahui praktek sewa yang dilakukan di toko cantigi outdoor shop, dan yang kedua untuk menganalisa penerapan ijarah dalam praktik sewa menyewa di toko tersebut sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat atau belum. Teori utama yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari Al-Qur'an, hadis dan fatwa DSN-MUI. Dalam peneltian ini jenis penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan atau field research yaitu bagaimana mempelajari secara mendalam tentang latar belakang, kondisi yang berlangsung di masyarakat. Sebagai umat muslim yang taat dan baik, alangkah indahnya jika kita mentaati perintah Allah swt baik itu yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an atau hadis, Pendapat Ulama dan ada baiknya kita untuk menjauhi larangannya. Kegiatan sewa menyewa dalam hukum islam disebut akad ijārah. Dalam akad ijārah terdapat syarat dan rukun untuk melakukannya. Tanpa adanya syarat dan rukun, maka akad ijārah tidak dapat dikatakan sah. Dapat disimpulkan praktik sewa menyewa yang dilakukan di toko tersebut mudah untuk di praktekan, telah menggunakan akad ijarah dengan baik, sesuai dengan rukun dan syarat akad ijarah, dan yang terakhir pada rukun ujrah, denda yang diberikan hanya di beritahukan secara lisan tidak secara tertulis. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan, praktik sewa menyewa yang terjadi di toko cantigi outdoor shop Kabupaten Bandung adalah sah, namun dalam mekanisme penerapan denda tersebut kesalahpahaman bisa saja terjadi diantara kedua belah pihak yang berakad.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of guaranteeing halal products is increasing among Indonesian people, especially in West Java. To meet this need, the government launched various initiatives, including the Free Halal Certificate Program (SEHATI) and the one million free certificates program by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of collaboration between the SEHATI and BPJPH programs in providing halal product guarantees as well as identifying the challenges and opportunities faced during implementation in West Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Informants consisted of small and medium entrepreneurs (UKM), representatives of BPJPH, the Institute for the Study of Food, Drugs and Cosmetics, the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI), as well as consumers in West Java. The research results show that the collaboration between the SEHATI program and BPJPH has significantly increased the number of halal certified products in West Java. This initiative has succeeded in making it easier for entrepreneurs, especially SMEs, to obtain halal certification at no cost, thus encouraging more halal products on the market. In addition, increased coordination and integration between BPJPH and the SEHATI program has helped reduce duplication of efforts and speed up the certification process. Research results show that although there are several challenges, collaboration between the SEHATI program and BPJPH in the one million free certificates program has had a significant positive impact on halal product guarantees in West Java. The recommendations put forward include increasing education and outreach about halal certification, simplifying bureaucratic procedures, as well as increasing technical and financial support for entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan wajib menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) yang terintegrasi dengan Kementerian Kesehatan. Puskesmas Cigugur Tengah telah ditunjuk oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cimahi sebagai pilot project dalam penerapan RME terintegrasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2023 hingga Februari 2024 dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai yang berkaitan dengan rekam medis. Setelah data kuantitatif didapatkan, dilakukan wawancara mendalam kepada perwakilan manajemen untuk melakukan cross-check dengan kejadian aktual di lapangan serta untuk mengetahui upaya manajemen puskesmas dalam mengatasinya dalam bentuk data kualitatif. Kesiapan penerapan RME berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode Doctor’s Office Quality for Information Technology (DOQ-IT) dalam seluruh aspek penilaian termasuk dalam kategori cukup siap. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada kemampuan yang baik di beberapa komponen kesiapan, namun ada pula beberapa kelemahan di komponen lainnya. Jika dilihat berdasarkan keempat aspek kesiapan, hanya terdapat satu aspek, yaitu kapasitas manajemen yang mendapatkan klasifikasi penilaian belum siap, sedangkan tiga aspek lainnya, seperti penyelarasan organisasi, kapasitas operasional, dan kapasitas teknis, termasuk dalam kategori cukup siap. Secara keseluruhan, kesiapan untuk penerapan RME berada pada range II. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Puskesmas Cigugur Tengah cukup siap dalam penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik. Readiness of Electronic Medical Record Implementation at the Cigugur Tengah Health Center with the DOQ-IT ApproachAbstractHealth service facilities must implement an electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with the Ministry of Health. The City Health Department of Cimahi has designated Cigugur Central Health Center in Cimahi City as a pilot project for integrated EMR implementation. Hence, a comprehensive analysis of the readiness for EMR implementation is necessary. This study was conducted from September 2023 to February 2024. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees involved in medical records. After obtaining quantitative data, in-depth interviews were conducted with management representatives to cross-check with actual field incidents and to understand the efforts of health center management in addressing them, which resulted in qualitative data. Based on the analysis results using the Doctor's Office Quality for Information Technology (DOQ-IT) method, readiness in all assessment aspects falls into the category of reasonably prepared. It indicates good capability in some readiness components but also weaknesses in others. When reviewed based on the four readiness elements, only one aspect—management capacity—received a classification of not ready, with an average score of 12.44. In contrast, the other three aspects, such as organizational alignment, operational capacity, and technical capacity, are classified as reasonably prepared. Overall, the readiness for EMR implementation is in range II. Cigugur Central Health Center is reasonably prepared to implement electronic medical records.
