Poverty is one of the fundamental problems in any country. Poverty is not only experienced by the developing countries, but also for developed countries including Indonesia, especially in the Region of Sarbagita in the Province of Bali. The decline in the poverty rate could be seen through from Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP). GDRP dependent on the realization of investments Investment, Government Expenditure and Labor. The high Investment and Government Expenditure on Region of Sarbagita will increase Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) and influenced to the public welfare and will further reduce the level of poverty.

Economic development is the main road to prosper.The results of hypothesis testing was done by using structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that the understanding of the tax regulations and significant positive effect on adherence pay taxes in Badung.

PNPM Independent Urban is one of the programs launched by the government. The program is implemen ted as a government effort to help the community by providing Direct Community Assistance (BLM),one of them is Environment sector (infrastructure) of the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Independent urban for poverty alleviation with the hope that people can increase labor productivity in order to achieve prosperity.This study uses an intervening variable productivity of society through SEM Partial Least Square (PLS)analysis approach. The location of this study was performed in North Denpasar District. The population used is the recipient community of BLM PNPM Mandiri urban spread in 8 villages and three political district administered by a village chief consist of 98 people.The results showed that PNPM Independent Urban brings positive and significant impact on society productivity.

Otonomi daerah mendorong kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali memaksimalkan potensi daerahnya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Kependudukan Provinsi Bali, selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis faktor, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Berdasarkan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2001-2011. Berdasarkan analisis jalur dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kinerja pembangunan daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2001-2011.

Accountability is responsibility form of success of failure of organization mission in reaching its purpose and target as stated previously. The form of goverment responsibility is monetary report. Information being displayed should be beneficial and can be understood by its users. The quality of monetary report can show the quality of goverment during a period. Questionnaire is used in collecting the data. Its given toward Financial Management (User Administration Budget, Finance Officer, and Treasurer) on regional work units (SKPD). The population used was the financial manager in each SKPD by sampling with quota sampling and purposive sampling each three respondents in each SKPD. The Quality of Human Resources, Monetary Control, The Use of Information Technology influence indirectly toward The Quality Information of Local Goverment Monetary Report of Jembrana Regency, through intervening variable that is Intern Control System.

This study to analyze (1) the effectiveness of the integration program rural development planning with community empowerment national program of rural self-sufficient in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (2) the effect of the implementation of the integration program rural development planning with the national community empowerment program in rural independently on household income target in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (3) the effect of the implementation of the integration program rural development planning with community empowerment national program on employment in rural independent target households in the Badung regency of Bali province. The results showed (1) the effectiveness of the integration program rural development planning with the national community empowerment program in rural independent in the Badung regency of Bali Province effective with the achievement of values ??above 80 percent; (2) The implementation of the integration program rural development planning with national community empowerment program in rural independent positive and significant impact on household income target in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (3) The implementation of the integration program rural development planning with national community empowerment program in rural independent positive and significant impact on employment for the target households in the Badung regency of Bali province.

The realization of good governance is a prerequisite for the government in realizing the aspirations of the people and achieving the ideals of the nation and state. One of the government's efforts to make it happen is by procurement of goods / services electronically or electronic procurement. Nevertheless, there are still problems such as the quality of service is not optimal and there is still auction failed with the implementation of e-procurement. This study analyze the influence of electronic procurement on good governance in Bali Provincial Government. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence between Electronic Procurement variables, Employee Commitment, Quality of Procurement Service, and Good Governance in Bali Provincial Government. In this research used descriptive analysis technique and structural equation with SEM alternative PLS. The results of the research shows that the variable of Electronic Procurement and Employee Commitment have positive and significant effect on Quality of Procurement Service with R-Square value of 0,596. In addition, the varibles of Electronic Procurement, Employee Commitment, and Quality of Procurement Service also have a positive and significant effect on Good Governance with R-Square value of 0.723.

ABSTRAK Desentralisasi menuntut pemerintah daerah lebih mengoptimalkan potensi-potensi yang dimiliki untuk dapat dikembangkan sebagai sektor potensial. Kabupaten Klungkung sebagai salah satu daerah yang masih bercorak agraris memiliki peluang yang cukup besar dalam mengembangkan potensi daerah yang dimiliki dalam rangka mendukung pembangunan ekonomi Kabupaten Klungkung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pertumbuhan ekonomi dilihat dari sisi pendapatan per kapita dan laju pertumbuhan, mengetahui sektor ekonomi potensial dan mengetahui peluang/kesempatan kerja yang mampu diciptakan oleh sektor ekonomi potensial di Kabupaten Klungkung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Atas Dasar Harga Konstan, baik pertumbuhan, kontribusi dan per kapitanya, dan data jumlah penduduk yang tergolong angkatan kerja. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu metode dokumentasi, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan alat analisis Tipologi Klassen, Location Quotients (LQ), Model Rasio Pertumbuhan (MRP), Overlay, dan Rasio Penduduk Pengerjaan (RPP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Klungkung periode 2008-2010 berada pada zone daerah makmur yang sedang menurun. Sektor ekonomi yang potensial dikembangkan, yaitu sektor bangunan dan jasa-jasa. Dari sektor-sektor tersebut muncul beberapa sub sektor yang potensial, yaitu sub sektor jasa swasta. Peluang/kesempatan kerja yang diciptakan sektor bangunan rata-rata hanya 3,01 persen dan sektor jasa rata-rata 5,96 persen, masih sangat minim bila dibandingkan dengan jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Klungkung. ABSTRACT Decentralization requires local governments to further optimize the potential-potential to be developed as a potential sector. Klungkung regency as one of the agricultural character of the area still has a big opportunity in developing potential areas owned in order to support the economic development of Klungkung regency. This study aimed to determine the pattern of economic growth in terms of the Klungkung regency of per capita income and growth rate, economic sectors become aware of potential sectors Klungkung regency and identify opportunities / employment opportunities that can be created from the potential economic sectors in Klungkung regency. This study uses secondary data Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) At Constant Price, both from growth, and per capita contribution, and data on the number of people belonging to the labor force. Data collection methods used the method of documentation, further analysis using tools Quotients Klassen, Location quotients (LQ), Growth Ratio Model (MRP), Overlay, and Work Population Ratio (RPP). The results of this study stated that the economic growth pattern of Klungkung regency period 2008-2010 are in zone affluent areas are declining. While the potential economic sectors namely construction and development services. Of these sectors appear several potential sub-sectors, namely private services sub-sector. Opportunities / employment opportunities created from the construction sector average of only 3,01 percent and the service sector average of 5,96 per cent, is still very low when compared with the population as a whole Klungkung regency.

ABSTRACT The utilization of the government agency is purposed to create the agency with first-rate service, efficient, effective, clean and respectable, and also can do the duties of public administration and development, which is based on the spirit and dedication attitude for the nation, country and father land, as a model, shelter, and serve the society, and also able to grow the initiative and active participation of the community in development which forms the implementation of Pancasila and UUD 1945. In order to make those purposes are done the government agency must work professionally. Based on those explanations this research is done by hypothesis to the influence of estimate participation to the performance of The Youth and Sport Education Official agency of Bali Province, either directly or through the estimate imbalance, the clarity of estimate purpose, the work motivation and the organizational culture. The population of this research was The Youth and Sport Education Official agency of Bali Province, which are about 118 agencies. By using Slovin approach was gotten the amount of sampling are 91 agencies. This research used random sampling for getting the samples. The data that was used in this research was primer data. The analysis data tools, which were used in this research, were consists of validity test, reliability test, regression strip analysis. Based on the findings of this research it can be concluded that there were influences of positif estimate participation to the performance of agencies at The Youth and Sport Education Official agency of Bali Province either directly or through the estimate imbalance, the clarity of estimate purpose, the work motivation and the organizational culture. This result of the research is expected to be used as a guidance of the next research in order to know the factors that can be influenced directly or indirectly to the performance of government agency. This study aims to 1) analyze the direct influence of Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in Indonesia. 2) analyze the direct influence of Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rates and JCI on Government Bonds in Indonesia. 3) determine the indirect effect of Inflation, Interest Rates, and Exchange Rates on Government Bonds through the JCI in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data from 2010 to 2019 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical technique used in this study is path analysis. The test results show that 1) Inflation has no direct effect on the Jakarta Composite Index. Interest rates do not directly have a significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index in Indonesia. The exchange rate directly has a positive and significant effect on the composite stock price index in Indonesia. 2) Inflation has no direct effect on government bonds in Indonesia. Interest rates do not directly have a significant effect on government bonds in Indonesia. The exchange rate directly does not have a significant effect on government bonds in Indonesia. The Jakarta Composite Index does not directly have a significant effect on government bonds in Indonesia. 3) Inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates do not indirectly affect government bonds through the Jakarta Composite Index.
