Abstract

This research is motivated by the low social skills of students in Integrated Social Studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung. This study aims to compare students' social skills using the MURDER type of cooperative learning model and Time Token Arrends by paying attention to the assignment technique in Integrated Social Studies. The results of data analysis show (1) There are differences in social skills between students whose learning uses the MURDER type cooperative learning model with the cooperative learning model Time Token Arrends type. (2) There is an interaction between the learning model and the assignment of social skills in Integrated Social Studies subjects (3) There are differences in the social skills of students taught using the MURDER type cooperative learning model better than the Time Token Arrends.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan sosial (social skill) siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di kelas VII SMP Negeri 19  Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan keterampilan sosial (social skill)) siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe MURDER dan Time Token Arrends dengan memperhatikan teknik penugasan pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) Ada perbedaan keterampilan sosial antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe MURDER dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Time Token Arrends.  (2) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan teknik penugasan terhadap keterampilan sosial (3) Ada perbedaan ketrampilan sosial siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe MURDER lebih baik daripada Time Token Arrends. Kata kunci: keterampilan sosial (social skill), time token, MURDER, teknik penugasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect from Angke Tragedy in 1740, against social-economy sector in Batavia. This research method uses historical methods. The data collecting techniques used documentation and bibliography. The techniques of data analysis in this research is the technique of qualitative data analysis. The results of this research indicate that the effect from Angke’s Tragedy, have a detrimental effect to socio-economy sector in Batavia. The effects are, reduction of chinese citizens as an important social class  in Batavia, shortages food in Batavia, the reduced sugar export commodities in Batavia, and the decline in pacht (tax) revenue in Batavia because many Chinese people are killed and disappeared as a result of the tragedy.Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh dari terjadinya Tragedi Angke tahun 1740 terhadap bidang sosial-ekonomi di Batavia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitan ini adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh dari terjadinya Tragedi Angke telah memberikan pengaruh buruk pada bidang sosial-ekonomi di Batavia. Pengaruh tersebut yaitu, berkurangnya masyarakat Tionghoa sebagai kelas sosial yang sangat penting di Batavia, terjadinya kekurangan pangan di Batavia, berkurangnya komoditas ekspor gula di Batavia dan terjadinya penurunan pemasukan pacht (pajak) di Batavia karena banyaknya warga Tionghoa yang terbunuh dan menghilang akibat tragedi tersebut.Kata kunci: batavia, pengaruh, sosial-ekonomi

Abstract

Good character needs to be familiarized and exemplified in everyday life by teachers and parents. One character is instilled and accustomed to during that semester. Thus, 12 characters such as orderliness, patience, honesty, responsibility, forgiving, humble, care, sensitivity, concern, tolerance, self-control and wisdom have been formed in children during the 6 years of elementary school. Thematic learning is an interesting learning strategy a number of subjects that provide valuable experience educating students with concise language thematic learning is mixed learning a number of subjects or field studies in one theme. This integration can be seen from the aspects of process or time, curriculum, and teaching and learning aspects. Learning through character formation is the process of carving or sculpting the soul in such a way that it is 'formed' as unique, interesting, and different or distinguishable from others. Creativity learning is a term used in learning activities that have a relationship between creativity and student self-actualization which will be developed through thematic learning activities at school.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik di SDN 6 Metro Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri meningkatkan hasil belajar. Metode yang  digunakan   dalam   penelitian   ini   adalah   metode   quasi   experiment dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah nonequivalent control group design, sehingga terdapat kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V-A sebanyak 30 peserta didik dan V-B sebanyak 30 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh  yaitu 0,841 > 0,361. Besar nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 70,80% sedangkan sisanya 29,20% dipengaruhi faktor atau variabel lain. Model pembelajaran Inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar  pada peserta didik kelas V SDN 6 Metro Barat

Abstract

The curriculum is an essential component of the education system, aiming to achieve national education goals. This article discusses the progress of the curriculum at Yamama Junior High School in relation to national education policies, which continue to evolve. The curriculum has adapted from the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) to the 2013 Curriculum (K-13), and then to the Independent Curriculum. These adaptations help improve the quality of education and align learning with student needs and national education goals. The method used in this study is a literature review to analyze the implementation of the existing curriculum at Yamama Junior High School, as well as the challenges and opportunities within the Indonesian educational context. Yamama Junior High School has successfully adapted to changes in the national curriculum, including the Independent Curriculum, which aims to enhance the quality of education and the relevance of learning.

Abstract

The problem based learning model assisted by games in the learning process is able to create fun learning activities and make it easier for students to understand the contents of the material. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by the Snake and Ladder Board game to improve the science learning outcomes of grade VI students of Elementary School 1 Metro Timur. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent (pretest and posttest) control group design. The population in this study was 44 students with a sample taken of 44 students. Data collection techniques used tests and non-tests. Hypothesis testing using the N-Gain test produced an N-Gain score of 0.75 with an N-Gain interpretation of 75%. The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by the Snake and Ladder Board game was effective in improving the science learning outcomes of grade VI students of Elementary School 1 Metro Timur.

Abstract

Quality education requires the development of critical thinking skills, especially at the elementary level. These skills are very important for students to be able to analyze information, solve problems, and make the right decisions. One approach that is considered effective in overcoming this problem is the Discovery Learning learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the discovery learning model on students' critical thinking skills in grade IV of elementary school. The type of research used was Pre-Experimental Designs with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The subjects of the study consisted of 114 students, with a sample of 28 students selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through tests and observations. The instrument tests used were instrument validity and reliability tests. The prerequisite tests used were normality tests and homogeneity tests. Data analysis used effectiveness tests. The results showed that the application of the discovery learning model had a positive impact on improving critical thinking skills of grade IV students; there was an increase in learning effectiveness of 40.37%, which was included in the moderate category; and the discovery learning model was able to motivate students to be more active in the learning process.

Abstract

One way to improve learners' character is through learning. The Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project (P5) learning training has a significant influence in improving the character of learners. Through a contextual and participatory project-based approach, it actively involves learners in the learning process that emphasises noble values such as mutual cooperation, independence, creativity, and responsibility. The purpose of this study is to determine whether P5 learning training can shape positive character in students. The methods used are observation, programme implementation such as counselling, project making and evaluation using questionnaires that will be given to students. The results show that P5 training has a positive impact on the character of learners in everyday life. Thus, P5 learning training is proven to be an effective strategy in improving the character of learners who are aligned with the values of Pancasila and the demands of the 21st century.
