Tindak pidana pencurian diatur di dalam pasal 362 KUHP untuk pencurian biasa Mengatur tentang perbuatan mengambil barang sesuatu yang seluruhnya atau sebagian kepunyaan orang lain, dengan maksud untuk dimiliki secara melawan hukum. Pencurian adalah pengambilan barang milik orang lain secara tidak sah, tanpa izin, dan dengan niat untuk menguasai barang tersebut secara permanen. Tujuan dalam penelitian dalam hal ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang (1)Apa akibat hukum pada terdakwa pelaku pencurian menurut putusan nomor 109/Pid.B/2025/PN Sit (2) Apakah pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan nomor telah sesuai dengan hukum pidana yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan undang undang dan deskriptif analitis dengan data yang di peroleh di jelaskan dengan menggabarkan masalah hukum yang ada. Hasil yang akan di peroleh dari penelitian ini yakni (1) pelaku terbukti secara sah dan bersalah berdasarkan unsur yang di muat dalam pasal 362 KUHP tentang tindak pidana pencurian (2)pelaku di jatuhi hukuman pidana penjara selama 2 (dua) bulan telah sesuai dengan hukum pidana dan ketentuan pasal 362 KUHP.

This research aims to analyze the use of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tour packages in Malang City and their impact on the consumption patterns of business tourists and bleisure preferences. The identified issues include the form of MICE tour package usage in the implementation of MICE activities in Malang City, the impact of MICE tour package usage on business tourist visits, and the bleisure trend that has not yet been widely facilitated by tour service providers. This bleisure trend indicates that business travelers tend to extend their stay to engage in additional leisure activities after their business events are completed. However, the lack of MICE tour packages integrated with bleisure activities can reduce the comfort and effectiveness of business travelers' trips. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research sample consists of 150 respondents who are business travelers and MICE tourism service providers in the city of Malang. The analysis results show that the use of MICE tour packages significantly affects the consumption patterns of business travelers and bleisure preferences. Bleisure preferences have been proven to mediate the influence of MICE tour package usage on the consumption patterns of business travelers. This means that the more attractive and complete the MICE tour packages are, the greater the incentive for business travelers to engage in bleisure activities, thereby increasing tourist consumption during their visit. The findings of this research emphasize that tourism service providers in Malang City need to develop more integrated and flexible MICE tour packages to support bleisure activities. Thus, the continuously increasing bleisure trend can be utilized to extend the stay of business travelers and promote sustainable tourism economic growth.

This research aims to analyze the influence of tour package branding on customers’ repeat purchase decisions at Cahaya Amanah Tour and Travel, located in Tambakrejo, Tambakasri, Tajinan District, Malang Regency. In the increasingly competitive tourism industry, branding plays a crucial role in shaping brand image, trust, perceived quality, and differentiation—factors that significantly affect customer loyalty and the likelihood of repeat purchases. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The population includes customers who have previously used the tour services of Cahaya Amanah Tour and Travel, with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data was collected through closed questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that branding dimensions—including brand image, brand trust, perceived quality, and differentiation—simultaneously have a significant effect on repeat purchase decisions. Partially, brand image, brand trust, and differentiation have a significant effect, while perceived quality does not significantly affect repeat purchasing. These findings suggest that strong and strategic branding has the potential to enhance customer retention. Therefore, Cahaya Amanah Tour and Travel is encouraged to consistently strengthen its branding across all service aspects.

Penulisan skripsi merupakan tahap akhir yang bersifat krusial dalam menentukan keberhasilan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Hukum dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana. Skripsi tidak hanya menjadi syarat akademik kelulusan, tetapi juga mencerminkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami, menganalisis, dan menerapkan metode penelitian hukum secara ilmiah. Namun, pada praktiknya masih banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kendala dalam merumuskan permasalahan hukum, menentukan jenis dan pendekatan penelitian hukum, mengelola bahan hukum, serta menyusun sistematika dan teknik penulisan skripsi sesuai dengan kaidah ilmiah dan pedoman akademik. Permasalahan tersebut berpotensi menurunkan kualitas karya ilmiah mahasiswa dan memperpanjang masa studi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan praktis mahasiswa Ilmu Hukum dalam menerapkan metode penulisan skripsi secara sistematis, logis, dan sesuai dengan standar akademik. Sasaran kegiatan adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Hukum yang sedang mempersiapkan proposal skripsi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah untuk penguatan konsep metodologi penelitian hukum, diskusi interaktif untuk pendalaman materi, serta praktik penyusunan proposal skripsi sebagai bentuk pendampingan aplikatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap perbedaan dan penerapan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris, kemampuan merumuskan masalah hukum secara tepat, serta keterampilan dalam menyusun sistematika dan teknik penulisan ilmiah yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Hukum serta mendukung tercapainya penyelesaian studi tepat waktu.

Child protection in the criminal justice system for children, in conflict with the law in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for children Crimes committed by children, is legal protection for children at the investigation, prosecution, and trial stages. The Restorative Justice approach prioritizes improving the relationship between the victim and the perpetrator of the crime. Law No. 11 of 2012 Article 9 paragraphs (1) and (2) regulate the pursuit of diversion in paragraph (1), investigators, prosecutors, and judges must consider; the category of a criminal offence, the age of the child, the results of community research from tapas; and the support of the family environment and society. Paragraph (2) Diversion agreements must obtain the consent of the victim and/or the victim's family and the willingness of the child and his/her family, except for criminal offences in the form of violations, minor criminal offences, victimless criminal offences or the value of the victim's loss is not more than the value of the minimum wage of the local provision. The forms of Diversion agreements, among others, Peace with or without compensation; handover back to parents/guardians participation in education or training in educational institutions or LPKS for a maximum of 3 (three) months; or community service.

Banyak sekali kasus tindak pidana yang ada di sekitar kita contohnya adalah kekerasan, khususnya dalam konteks kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga telah melanggar hak sebagai manusia dan mengakibatkan kerugian fisik dan psikologis,. Mayoritas korban adalah para perempuan, dan untuk mencegah agar terbebas dari penyiksaan dan penganiayaan yang telah merendahkan martabat seseorang sebagai manusia, mereka perlu dilindungi oleh negara dan masyarakat. Maka dari itu Indonesia telah mengatur Undang-undang tentang Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) yaitu UU RI Nomor. 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga yang di dalammya berisi pengertian KDRT serta aturan-aturan dan sanksi pidananya.. Seperti perkara di putusan Nomor 420/Pid.SUS/2023/PN JKT BRT tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Penulis menggunakan rumusan masalah yaitu apakah pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan perkara pidana nomor 420/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Jkt Brt sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan, dan apa akibat hukum dari putusan nomor 420/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Jkt Brt tentang KDRT terhadap hukum pidana di Indonesia. Penulis juga menggunakan metode penelitian tipe penelitian yuridis normative (Doctrinal Legal Research) dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian perundang-undangan (status approuch) dan pendekatan kasus (case approach) yang menggunakan putusan hakim serta menggunakan sumber bahan hukum primer dan skunder.
